Really well-kept room is clean no noise!, small balcony with two very nice chairs overlooking the neighborhood. Nice staff!.

there are bugs and mites! dirty, cupboards full of dust, there is a senior clerk who insults, another girl who does not give you good morning. They do not know English. I wanted to go by the presence of bedbugs and mites in the room and they would not let me go, they forced me to pay in cash a reservation that I had paid in expedia. He demanded that he call the police and refuse. In the end I got him to call me and said that we had not paid. In the end the police forced him to leave. But he did not want to refund anything of the stay that remained. Its old, all are brokend and the windows not open

hay chinches y acaros! sucio, armarios llenos de polvo, hay un recepcionista mayor que insulta, otra chica que ni te da lo buenos dias. No saben ingles. Me quise ir por la presencia de chinches y acaros en la habitación y no me dejaban irme, me obligaban a pagar en efectivo una reserva que habia pagado en expedia. Le exigía que llamara a la policía y se negaba. Al final le conseguí llamar yo y decia que no habiamos pagado. Al final la policia le obligo que nos fueramos. Pero no quiso reembolsar nada de la estancia que quedaba. Es viejo y esta roto las ventanas no abren.

The welcome of the sailor is not pleasant to see painful (hence my star in less) quite contrary to the evening reception.
The breakfast is plentiful and quality and it is very affordable (€10).

On your walk to this hotel, you will come accross some seedy shops that may 2nd guess your choice, but once you are there, the service and rennovation are excellent. The location is near gare du lyon, but away from the station's traffic. The number 1 Train gets you to most sites directly or with one transfer. There are plenty of stores, cafes, etc on the walk between the hotel and the train. The hotel has a small elevator, but you may not fit in the elevator with your luggage at the same time. Instead, expect to be walking up and down the spiral staircase to your room. Rooms are well decorated, but basic. You can get three useful outlets, about 20-30 inches between the full sized bed and a wall. Bathroom is clean, modern, but again closet sized. No fridge or microwave, etc. But you can pick up drinks on the lobby. Supermarket is around the corner for forgotten items or water pickup. Staff is very helpful and overall a geat choice to crash overnight while you tour Paris.

Third, a fantastic breakfast, with eggs and sausages and pastries and crunchy bread. Juices and coffee. Best value in Paris. Just ten euros per person.

A good address and every time I go up to Paris I choose the Viator for: — The welcome always nice, smiling and impeccable — the hearty breakfast — the possibility of late arrival 24/24 — the price.
And of course the meaning of the service… especially to compare to the galleys that I could have with larger chains.

Very expensive for what it is. Oh, and when I was there, it offered NO FREE internet. Despite information on all possible websites that it does. The employees turned aggressive when I mentioned that according to the website I should have free internet. Awful, awful experience.

I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. The bathroom smelled so bad, my husband and I didn't even want to use it. We had to keep the door shut to keep the rest of the room from smelling like it. The real icing on the cake was the receptionist who snapped at me when I called to see if they allow late check-out. I actually cried leaving the hotel because this receptionist was so awful. She only softened up when she realized I was sick and really did need a bed before my train left later that day. Needless to say, do not do not do not book a room here. Not 3-star quality in any sense.

One of the most laid back, chill, relaxed hotel experiences. Incredibly friendly and easy going. I really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed at Hotel Boat or many times and have never been disappointed. It is perfectly located within a very short walk of Gare de Lyon. Paris awaits and is easily accessible by foot or Metro. The hotel is neat, clean and comfortable. The feel is welcoming and helpful.

Very simple, clean and small room. The price is fair. I went during spring and the air conditioner was turned off. I complained about it but they seemed to be saving money and did not replied about it. It is near to the station but a little bit far from the interesting places. So, it's worth considering cost benefit.

Because of the neighbourhood and age of the building, the rooms are small (the single rooms anyway). However, it's EXCEPTIONALLY clean, the staff are friendly, the Wi-Fi works well, and the hotel is staffed 24 hours a day. Anyone who is used to the size of rooms, and especially bathrooms, in North America will find them small, but it's more than enough to be functional. Great neighbourhood for tourists, with gare de lyon a block away, loads of restaurants for blocks and blocks around, and within walking distance of several spots for sightseeing, like the Place de la Bastille and Opera Bastille. If you're in this area, do yourself a favor and stop at Les Embruns for lunch or dinner too, the food is awesome!

A classic European hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. There's a coffee shop, an elevator.

The Hotel Viator is located one block from the Gare De Lyon. It is a typical small and traditional Paris hotel. The hotel although has been newly refurbished and manages to include all amenities in a very small space. Our room has avery nice balcony with a view. The staff is excellent and attentive and accommodated all my requests. I highly recommend it for a one night stop over.

Very easy access to Gare de Lyon train station. The room was very small, but everything was there and worked. Just what I expected for the price. Breakfast was simple but palatable.

We booked this hotel through Neckermann and it was really great. The price was surprisingly cheap for Paris and the location of the hotel, as well as the room, surprising! A large bathroom and a clean bed. The cleaners are very friendly on the first day the woman at the front desk was somewhat rude to us. Nevertheless, we have enjoyed the days. The breakfast is also good, however, there are only a few tables for breakfast, so it can happen that you should plan a latency. It has direct connection to the Metro, the ' Gare de lyon " (Bahnhof für Regional und Fernferkehrszüge) only 5 minutes away. Also a grocery store is around the corner.
I'd also my next holiday at this hotel.
