Hello everybody! So to start off my review regarding this hotel, I would like to be straight and clear for everyone who is planning to visit Paris and enjoy their stay in this hotel. The only thing you get in this hotel is good cleaning service during the day (at the time you are outside your room) and really nice view from balcony (only if you live on levels 4-6) and THATS IT. First thing that is disappointing that stuff over here doesn't speak english at all! So there's a really big problem with understanding what you want. Next thing is that there are no elevators so you use only a staircase to get upstairs (we have been living on level 5). For disabled people or people with bad health conditions theres no chance. Room insights: its is colder in the room than outside, a bit windy if you do not use shutters on the window during the night, plus really high moisture level (our dry food was gone really quick). There are nothing inside that could help you with warming up like tea, coffe, there's no any items inside like plates, cutlery or kettle. Rooms are in a average conditions. There are loads of holes around, no noise reduction so basically you can hear everything and everyone talking even on the level 2 (if you are on level 5). Another thing that during our stay they have been doing some maintenance works like drilling, hammering, replacing bath items, making a lot if noises and if I say a lot, that means A LOT guys.

I’ve paid more and stayed in better hotels and I’ve paid less and stayed on worse. The location is great, the guy at the reception nice, the room was not the cleanest.

Cheap, stair railing falling apart. IT was in refurb while we were there but nothing mentioned on forehand. Lots of homeless people in the close neighbourhood.

The location is ok, near metro stations. Laundry service close to the hotel. The service is pretty awful and the place is just really, really tiny. The rooms are just bed, sink and bathroom theres only like 4 to 5 feet of free space. And the stairs! Going up 5 to 6 floors. Besides that, theres a lot of places to eat really good.

Cheap. Well place Metro Bus Station and place dela Bastille to get out.

The staircase is narrow without elevator, I had to go up to the third floor with my big suitcase.
It is better to put 10 or 20 euros more and have the toilet and shower in your room as these are not of an exemplary property!

Pretty much anything bad you can imagine about a hotel applies to this one. The Wi-Fi isn’t working most of the time, and it’s not free. The shower is disgusting. You can hear every little noise from the hallway. The radiator is far too weak, and the windows can’t be closed properly. Would not recommend, even though it’s cheap.

Noisy until 2:00, suspicious traces on the blankets, toilet on the landing without light, no curtains at the window.
In short I went because it was the cheapest option and now I know why.
The person at the reception is rather pleasant.

If you enkoy sharing people's night life then good place for you. You can hear everything that goes on. Terrible experience.

Well to spend the night, noisy side road. Not very well insulated between the rooms. Attention to toilet and shower not in all the rooms. Cheap rooms at all.

Good Value for money. Nothing too much, just the essentials except internet which you have to pay extra for. Good location 30mins walking from Notre Dame.

A little disappointed with the different photos that appear on the Internet. But that explains the rates below those of the other hotels in the neighborhood.

The guy at thé front desk was sypathetic, but apart from that, don't expect much else. There was little isolation, which means you can hear everything, especially the stairwell. I was there in summer, thé heat in thé room was unbearable and thé noise from thé party goers, incessant.

Perfect place to see Paris from. The hotel has the essentials. The room is clean, with a comfortable bed.

Hotel paid 40 euros thinking of making a good deal for one night. By the time we arrive at the reception we are already starting to be septic. Indeed, we had a room on the 6th floor, without a lift with a spiral staircase, so I let you imagine the suffering to pack up the suitcases. Arrived at the 6th by opening the door of our room It is the horror: window that does not close, a lot of noise, curtain on the ground so light from the outside. Cardboard walls, you hear absolutely everything about your neighbors. Bathroom and toilets in common. The toilet without light! And the bathroom horribly dirty. Shameful and sickening.
So one recommendation do not hesitate to invest 20 euros more and sleep in decent conditions because very sincerely this hotel and a nightmare. Horrible memory.

The room was sufficiently clean as were the facilities. The only problem I had was no safe in the room, and no elevator to climb six flights of stairs with a giant hiking backpack.

For the price of the rooms for two nights it is simply the scam, the shower (common and this is not clarified in a clear way) of the 6th floor is clogged and poorly maintained, the toilets (they also common in the 6th) do not illuminate, the rooms so poorly insulated that one hears the privacy of the adjoining rooms and even from the top, the narrow spiral staircases have only one railing, the night watchman is completely useless as it does not make its rounds to check at least the shower full of hair is other, and friends being on the floor below my reported the same kind of worries, in short I advise this hotel.

It was a good moment. I booked this hotel for a weekend to discover Paris. The neighbor was good.

Poor standards, not safe for children and old people, very small rooms, no free Wi-Fi, no elevator, shared washroom on floor, highly not recommended, complete waste of money and disaster.

Because of the low price, I did not have high expectations but after staying there a week, it really exceeded all my expectations. The room was renovated and clean. The staff, especially Rafiq, was friendly and helpful. We also liked the location and the neighbourhood. I would definitely go back again. There is ofcourse some room for improvement but I don't expect miracles from such cheap hotels.

I can't name it as hotel. Only bed for sleep. It is very dirty. You have to pay for internet connection. Street part rooms are very very noisy and other parts are very bad view from window. It was my worst experience in hotel issues in my life. The only good point is location. And just for location we did this mistake. Cleaner only arranged beds without changing sheet or cleaning floor. No tv. No even Trash can.
