This place is well named and well located! It’s very cozy and cool classy. They even have eggs for breakfast!

Charming hotel with very helpful staff! Close to metro and in a nice, relaxed neighborhood.

Great little spot with clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff, they held my bags all day while I wandered around Paris. I got back just after midnight, and they were there to check me in. Lots to do in the neighborhood, or take a stroll into downtown.

Very very nice room. Value for money. Good food. Very easy access to the Metro.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Definitely the worst hotel experience in my life. The rooms are microscopic in size and have extremely paper thin walls. Stay away from here.

Very small rooms, attached bistro very pleasant and good. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Typical Parisian residential area, young audience (due to close university? ) Staff/reception does not speak German!

Nice hotel, in the true Parisian charm, the bar/restaurant contributes strongly to this atmosphere, and it is very good food.
Parisian size room… with good bedding.
On the other hand be warned there is no elevator.

Lovely spot, recently renovated so very clean and well decorated even though the rooms are quite small (it is Paris after all). Management was very friendly and much obliged to help me extend my stay, etc. Reasonable prices, delicious breakfast.

The beer next door tastes really good.

The hotel is well named: the rooms are as new with a modern and cosy decoration. The bathroom is not necessarily very large but clean and well equipped.
The reception is warm and caring, the breakfast neat and hearty.
The only point a little off is the soundproofing of the rooms which is not very efficient, especially compared to the noises of the staircase (but the customers also have their share of responsibility on this point).

Nickel room, breakfast at the restaurant next door, decent price. I just regret that there are no shutters or double curtains to get less sun in the morning. But overall very satisfied.

Except the night watchman more than bizarre and awkward… Everything was nickel.

Friendly, clean and renovated hotel at nine, in a friendly and lively district. Well placed from the point of view of the rates. I recommend.

Just perfect! Small cozy is very well named: the rooms are spacious, clean and modern (special mention for the bathroom and shower). The bed is comfortable and the room quiet. The team is very welcoming and accommodating ;) Hotel is also very well located, a few minutes from the place of the Nation, and the neighborhood is nice. A great stay, we will be back! =)

I liked it very much. An excellent surprise on the outskirts of Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and plenty. Comfortable beds, quiet surroundings and good communication.

I travel to Europe 2.3 times a month, so with some ease in interpreting the price ratio suitable according to the type of trip.
The small Cosy Hotel, which just opened these doors a few weeks ago is in the 3 best establishment of my list: family property, motivated collaborators with client orientation and smiling, very clean rooms and with all comforts.
The most: annexed Resto managed by the same family, quality breakfast buffet.
Least: Decentre of major metro axes.

Tiny toilet and showers to mushroom to share with everyone, butts in all windows, unbearable personal kitchen fat disgusting smells perfectly incorrect (except cleaning women who are very well) etc.
It certainly more than a few cockroaches/cockroaches to mix with this place…
Above all, don't get hurt during one of your trips. This will be the door at the sight of blood-stained towels directly. Better get hurt in their hazardous stairs without a ramp…
In short, a nice 0 for this place, which increasingly devalues the pleasant place of Courteline/Picpus.

The hotel is located near the metro station Picpus has which we can access it from the Nation in minutes. Not need much walk to get to find the hotel with. A storefront with a glowing yellow. An entry on the charming side and a very warm welcome on the part of a very nice lady. Registration in fact very quickly and it's quite nice not to wait for thirty-six hours before access to the rooms. Spacious rooms for two and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and clean. The view is nice looking at weather. The windows are quite same insulating if noise from Paris is still present but it is not disturbing. Access to the hotel is very good and even late at night.
This hotel is good and to see concerts is impeccable. It's eyes closed as I tell you very soon!

Price quality at the highest level, "Nation" Metro station is 500 m allows you to reach all the major attractions without any changes, so if you plan on a lot of walking, and hotel for you is "just sleep" book boldly, not make a mistake.

The fall of 2013. Maximum advantage is to leave Super near a metro station (3 minutes walk) environment is good, there is a small park, downstairs is Carrefour, a little street. Very quiet. Room was small, bathroom in public facilities. Our room has a bed, Chair, washbasin, mirror, wardrobe, that's all. Wood floors, soundproofing are lousy. Accommodation in Paris are expensive, and therefore choose to stay for a psychological preparation, basic and imagine no worse. Despite the facilities, but the management is good, day and night shifts at the door's brother always proactive and we say hi one day we went to Michel – transport, at 4, 5 points out, little brother is also very happy to greet us, feeling very warm.

Very disappointed. Welcomes very well but the dirty room and smelled bad j have to sleep with a scarf on the nose. Very very very disappointed. Fortunately, I n is taken as an evening otherwise j get peter a cable.

Small but cozy, clean (room parquet, change towels every day), very young, helpful and smiling, ready to solve every need. Located in an area useful, opposite metro PICPUS and near NATION that leads in the Center with a single line. Even the Cafe — restaurant is good with average prices. The restaurant is a convenient alternative, the food is very good, with average prices. Only against the bath-water really small, but it is a European standard.
