Very nice location which is near the heart of the city. Nice places to eat nearby. Metro station at walkable distance.

Very nice and clean place. Staff at your service, comfortable room with a lot of small care. (towel, floor mats, SOAP, dishwasher…)
Nice breakfast with choice and TV in the breakfast room or small chill on the side.
Luggage service available.

Confortable and close to the public trasportation stations. Clean and very good customer service. I enjoyed my stay there highly recomend it! I will keep staying in this hotel whenever I come to Paris.

The place is okay but the service… Gosh We get there and we are told to pay a certain amount, we step out to change our dollar to euro, we get back and we are told to pay 400 euro more. REALLY? Why were we not told this before?

The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Good location and poor comfort the toilet in a week just happened to clean and change clothes one day.

Excellent value for money. Thanks to Isis for its great welcome. Tt The staff are very welcoming also Super bedding, the kitchenette are very very well equipped. Table and iron are present. The breakfast is very decent with a homemade fruit salad.

Great location, 1/2 Block from metro. Nice up & coming neighborhood, bakery, grocery store, wine shop, pharmacy & butcher/cheese shops within the block, Friendly staff, Older, but nice apartments.

Comfortable and quiet establishment. Day and night staff are present and extremely friendly. A rarity in Paris.

A good place to rest and be able to get to know Paris quietly because it has everything at hand and the area is very nice, the cleanliness of the rooms has a cost 17 EU per day but that's not a problem.

Nice and clean, good location with respect to most important places, such as Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, Alexander III Bridge, Concorde Square, Notre Dame, Red Mill, etc. The most bad do not speak Spanish. The best to one side of the entrance to the subway.

We took a room for four people. Quite spacious a little run down the dishwasher was not working but we are staying only one night. On the other hand the TV in the room did not pick up well and nothing could be done because there was no more maintenance service at 22:00 when it was found. Not cool but I found a movie to look at and the quality of the bedding to fix the problem very quickly as I quickly and very well slept. A bit noisy in the morning but not at all at night. The flat we have to free the room at 11am a little early for my taste. Otherwise clean and personal rooms very very friendly. Well located close to the shops of the Bastille and not very far from Nation.

The location is excellent. The place is nice and has kitchenette. But you don't do the daily housekeeping if you are less than 6 days stay. And on the door sign says the check out is at twelve o'clock, however, we were called at eleven saying it would be until 11 or they would charge us an extra day. If you require soap or toilet paper, you must request it at the reception.

We were in an apartment, very complete with kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, where we prepared our own breakfast, very comfortable room despite not being very spacious. The Citadines is located farther away from the typical tourist resorts of Paris but with the metro we managed perfect making the combinations clearly identified in all the Stations. Paris has an excellent underground network and perfectly signposted trains, I do not think of buses because I did not use.

Good facilities, kitchen, balcony but no airco and pretty costly.

Great place to stay. Room Clean, bed comfortable, bathroom great — shower hot and good water pressure. Kitchenette facility great. Excellent location — close to metro and Gare de Lyon. Most Staff friendly and helpful. This is my second Citadines and have not been let down.

Não tem serviço de quarto na diária. Muito simples. Fica longe da área história de Paris. As camas e o tamanho do quarto é ótimo! Tem cozinha com todos utensílios. Mas no quarto que fiquei não tinha box e havia um rodo para puxar a água que se espalhava. Não tem amenidades de banho apenas sabonete líquido e barra.

Service is awesome. Rooms are fine, And the location is good. Close to all the major area that needed to be visited.

Apart Hotel. Spacious Studio. Friendly staff.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The location near the train station and metro is ideal. The neighbourhood has everything you could ask for restaurants, bars, food stores etc. Our room is on the 1st floor so we can sit outside with our morning coffee in the courtyard smelling the jasmine vines and listen to the birds. Fabulous oasis.

Good Appart-Hotel, you have to know that the housekeeping is only once a week, and that there is no air conditioning! Everything else is fine.

My girlfriend's parents were staying here and everytime we visited the people at the front desk were extremely nice. The rooms are great but do not have A/C so that could be an issue depending on the time of year. Another great thing is that the metro is just around the corner and there is so many restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone unless it is the middle of summer and you can't sleep if it is hot.

Good apart-hotel. Bathrooms are small, but new and clean, Beds are comfortable. Lots of shopping nearby to buy food if you want to cook,

Nice location. The reception staff was very good and helpful. Me and my family stayed twice here. The rooms were clean but could improve. The kitchen was well equipped & functional, but the gadgets were old. Over all. Im happy to stay here and would recommend.

We stayed here for our honeymoon not knowing about the construction currently happening within the hotel. The drilling started promptly at 9am daily, and was loud enough to shake our mattress (which left us with back aches after one night) Also, we did not know that maid service optional, and therefore an extra fee on top of the nightly rate, which would have probably swayed us towards another hotel The staff and location were fantastic, which is a shame because we had to leave in such a rush each morning to escape the noise.

Great hotel for families. Its an appart hotel so you can cook there. The neighbourhood its nice. Gare DeLyon and Dideot metro station very near.

Great value in the best city outside Australia!

I've stayed here with mother and daughter and found it to be comfortable. My mother could shop independently, going out to buy groceries to the markets which were nearby. We felt right at home and my daughter has stayed since which says it all. No fuss and affordable rates, clean and helpful staff.

Standard suite is not that great. Missing aircondition and refrigerator is noisy. So sensible people might find it hard to fall asleep. Also beds are very hard and pillows high.

There are nice shops in the street, bakery, chocolatier, wine merchant. And also a lot of restaurants that deserve a visit.

We were my wife and I hosted two weeks in the hotel citadines bastille gare de lyon, the people of the hotel are super friendly, the hotel very clean, quiet, great location you can move without problems to all of paris, highly recommended. Greetings.

Love the location! For us it's like our little home away from home! Just a few minutes walk to flea mkt, metro, laundry, pastry, and great food! Looking forward to our next visit!

My family and I stayed there for a week in 2013. The place was small but well situated. Loved the little balcony off the main bedroom.

Great location, very good value for money.

August-2013. Our stay was disappointing (2 adults and 2 children). The photographs of the studies that appear on the website of the hotel does not have anything to do with the reality that you find yourself, the study is very old, the joints of the ceramic of the bathroom were yellow, the sofa-bed ripping and the curtains of the room with holes. We feel very deceived. The price-quality ratio is bad, I don'T RECOMMEND IT.

Great Hotel! Awesome location (half a block to the Reuilly-Diderot metro station) and good staff! Rooms could be better.
