Cleaning OK. Bathroom a little uncomfortable. Good location.

Not terrible it's amazing to see the difference in level with other establishments of the same company.
This one is low end for a premium price…

A conveniently located apartment hotel. The area is nice, many small shops available.
The studio is clean, well equipped, quiet.
The staff are welcoming overall.

Comfortable accomodation within 5 minute walk of 2 metro lines. This is listed as an aparthotel but is more like a hotel room with some basic cooking facilities. Located in a really nice area with lots of cafes/restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms are quite small but clean and functional. Perfect for a short city break.

Well-located Appart Hotel (Metro station FAIDHERBE in 2mn on foot) near Bastille and Gare de Lyon. The apartments are spacious and clean. The kitchenette is sketchy but sufficient (a toaster is missing). Very good value for money. I'll be back.

Apartment but mini table kind table. An unusable kettle. It's better to go out and eat at the restaurant. Clean limit. All for the price of a 4 star room.

Don't book this hotel. You will be charged the first night and this amount will be blocked on your credit card forever even if you cancel the booking.

This accomodation pre-authorize your credit card to be charged. Even though, you cancel with free cancellation option way before arrival they do not give tour money back for several days, maybe weeks. They leave tou without an access to your money and the amount is not small. In mu case is 180€. They do not answer your mails, only sometimes saying ""do not worry dear guest". They should have canceled thei pre authorization with their bank the same moment you cancel your — free cancelation — booking. Booking also does not replay. Shame on you!

Good air conditioning! Right near two major metro stations that take you right to all the good places. Breakfast is meh.

The rooms are very simple but they give you all that you need, which is perfect for needing just a place to sleep.

Hi, my name is Wing. I was staying in Adagio Access Paris Reuilly from 20th January 2017 until 25th January 2017 with my friend Ms. Lam Ka Mei. On the second day which is 21st January 2017 night around 10 pm, when we came back to the room we found out our luggage was cut by someone and our personal belongings — all CASH was disappeared. We do contact the reception immediately but they give no response on that night. On the 22nd January 2017 morning, we went to reception directly, but the receptionist still kept that attitude, like this is not my business, I don't know why you will be stolen inside the hotel and the lady in the front office keep saying is weird, I known is weird but can you give me a right response expect this sentence. Afterward, we went to the police station by ourselves and made the record. After I contact the hotel manager and shown him the police record, he made a copy of the record and just sent me an email to apologize and said they had forward my case to the insurance company. In addition, they didn't offer me anything like changing the hotel if I am not asking. But I didn't change my room due to all evident to protect myself is inside the room. But until we check-out, the hotel manager didn't check our room and he promises me to show me the record of the room key system, but he didn't. I am still waiting for the record.

Quality-price very acceptable. Very comfortable and functional. Sufficiently equipped apartments. Adequate cleanliness and amplitude. Very well located: Metro, supermarket, restaurants… Problem with air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is well-placed. Restaurant small supermarket and metro nearby. Metro very close. The room is spacious clean and comfortable but basic. 2 big flaws : 1. No shower curtain for the shower which floods the bathroom. Some rooms do not have a wall of protection. 2. Breakfast at 8.50 euros far too expensive for the quality of the breakfast. Even the breakfast of formula 1 is of the best quality for seulement4, 50 euros
Just for these 2 points, it ruins the stay.

The place is simply amazing, it's proximity to the metro station, warm and friendly staff, very good amenities including a microwave oven, a refrigerator and all in all, beautifully done apartments makes it the best choice to stay in. It is very affordable too!

You have two subway lines half a block from the hotel-line 1 and 8. It is modern and quiet. The rooms have a kitchen, very convenient for breakfasts and simple meals.

My young daughter are about to stay there for the third time. It's so close to everything and I love the independence of an apartment. You get the feeling of living in Paris.

Hotel its new Semiconductor. Everything is fine. Near MRT, shops, supermarket.
