Rooms are small but adiquite. Friendly staff.

Small rooms but very clean and reasonably priced. Staff incredibly helpfull and knowledgeable with high level of English.

A little bit small the room, but seems to lack anything. Reception 24h and very convenient for the Metro (Exit 3 and you have it in front)

The most uncomfortable thing of our stay was the mattress. I have not slept in such an uncomfortable mattress in a very long time. All 4 of us woke up with back /neck pain every morning and we are all in our late 20s/ early 30s so you can imagine just how bad it was. The hotel rooms are very small, the ceiling in quite low and the shower heads in some rooms are so low that people over 6ft. 1 may find it difficult to shower. Strange noises can be heard from pipes or the corridors and not really sound proof rooms unless you wear ear plugs in which case you can't really hear a thing. The areas under the bed looked like they haven't been vacuum cleaned in months although the rest of the room was clean. No toilet brush in the rooms, which gets rather interesting when 2 people need to use the loo for a number 2. This is certainly not comparable with other 3 star hotels I've been to in other cities/countries. I don't know if other 3 star hotels in Paris are on the same level but this was barely a 2 star experience and certainly not value for money.

Cheap, next to a Metro stop, very nice staff, clean, helpful bed… the only bad thing about the room is something small. It is highly recommended. Hope Summer.

Comfortable Hotel subway (M03 Rue Saint Maur), quiet, clean, the staff at the reception is super friendly.
The surroundings are full of restaurants, with different offerings from all over the world.

The small, somewhat hidden in the Hotel Verlain Paris, located in a very lively quarter, a little off the beaten track. The Hotel makes altogether a sympathetic impression is of a clean and practical. The staff is aloof, but friendly. In the rooms are the essential elements for a business activity there. However, the rooms are very small and the decor is rather Spartan. The Wi-Fi reception at home is very different and requires relatively complex inputs per device. In the room it is in spite of the location, even at night, pleasantly quiet. The Breakfast buffet in the basement is comprehensive and good, so that you are in a good mood the day in attack.

Great location but don't expect a 3-star. Nice little boutique hotel in Marais. Lots of bars and cafés around. Little overpriced for standard of rooms.

Small, but very modern decorated, very clean rooms with super equipped, pretty new sanitary facilities. Metro, supermarket and many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Generous breakfast buffet for € 12.
