Great value for the money. Super convenient location near the metro. Slightly small bit clean rooms.

The place is definitely very central, so it enjoys a great location and is well connected by public transport. The friendly staff greeted us after we escaped from the previous hotel. Rooms with a cleanse just below sufficiency, mostly old rooms. This is also reflected in the bathrooms, which should be redone. One night for 3 people we paid just under 60 euros, a great price. However, I have seen that prices are currently about double, but these figures are not worth it.

Overall it is worth the price. Rooms are clean and the furniture look brand new. However the room we stayed in was way too small. Only a small space around the full bed. The rooms don't have air conditioner so it gets really hot through out the day in summer. The staff are nice, and helpful. Breakfast was €10. The hotel is very close to metro station.

Good location, however the rooms are way too small and cannot fit anything bigger than a carry on. The Wi-Fi can be choppy sometimes with unexplained cutouts. The floor is dirty and the is mold on the curtains.

Small room is an understatement. We had 4 pieces of luggage and couldntc walk into the room without tripping. On the other hand the bed was very comfortable. No a/c but with the windows open, in June, it was nice. Didn't eat the breakfast. Staff was friendly. Close to the metro and decent neighborhood.

A very good welcome, well located in Paris, clean and properly equipped room. Very good value for money. I go there regularly and I'm never disappointed.

A good comfortable and clean place. The staff were very friendly and friendly and attentive to the guest's language. Few rooms which makes it a pretty quiet place.

Decent hotel. It is a place with good value for money. The hotel is located ready for a metro station and easily spotted thanks to Google Maps.
The hotel's personal is professional. A simple hello, and request for identity card at the entrance in the room.
I got to room 18. A tiny room where I would not sleep more than a week. The room has no view or window on the street.
The only aeration comes from a small courtyard. Moreover the cleaning of the sheets is actually to be revisited. (See photos — hair on sheets)
The bathroom is really narrow is humid.
In the end I stayed one night. A note of three stars and largely correct.

Great location. 30 sec walk from the metro station and close to downtown. Staff is friendly. Only thing is that the room was super small. Was fitting a double bed and almost no space to open luggages around. Floor was dusty a little bit. Seemed like they cleaned the room a while ago and didnt recheck it before we checked in. They offered to store our luggages for the day before check in as we arrived early in the morning. Room service done daily. Reception open 24h. I would recommend this hotel for those who are on a budget. It is pretty good for a 2 stars hotel.

I stayed in this Hotel, very central area with metro stop at 30 meters. The rooms are small, even the bathroom, but for us of young age it is perfect, considering also that we did 3 nights and 4 days.

A simple hotel, the size of the room was OK, the furniture is also OK. The only downside is the bathroom, the latter is not at the room level.
The staff is outgoing and attentive.
Breakfast is a free service with a fairly wide choice.
Thanks to the offers on the Internet, you can have access to very attractive rates.
For my part, it is part of my favorite addresses.
Last point, the hotel is 100 metres from Metro line 5.

We had to stay on the fifth floor because the room they had planned was undone… and they had a month without active elevator, removing this misfortune were nice and the breakfast was OK.

There are still small hotels in Paris clean and reasonably priced.
Mary's is one of those.
It is close to the bus line Montparnasse/Oberkampf, it is very convenient… it avoids to travel kilometers of subway corridors.
You are a few steps from the Marais, the Bastille and the Republic Square.
Breakfasts a little expensive.
The reception could sometimes be a little more smiling… you can say things in a good mood.

This is a very nice hotel. But I didn't expect More. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very tiny, dirty floor and stank smoke very much. The room was Big. The wife was very unhappy. But the location is very advantageous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cried the child half-night in the next room. In short two stars and Less.

This is a well priced centrally located hotel. Yes, the rooms are small but its manageable. We stayed for 2 nights in November. Good enough for a few nights and the location is perfect for a couples get away. If you go to Paris, and spend your time in the room, you are doing it wrong.

I don't recommend this hotel because the people who clean there robbed a very expensive pair of shoes from me that I left in the room.
I went there two times looking for my shoes and the big woman in the reception was not nice, she started to yell at me in front of the other costumers.

Small but nice room. Not perfectly clean, bathroom too small and poor breakfast. The place is located. Cmw. Well located, one step from the Metro and points of interest.

Antiphatic Service, rotten breakfast, extremely bad bedding, non-existent soundproofing, hygiene to review, microscopic room… the only positive point is there location… they charge very expensive (€120/night without breakfast! )

The tiniest rooms ever, plus a double bed is only 120 cm?!? What is that about. The room was also super dusty and dirty. The staff is polite and the price is good. But I would rather spend some more money next time.

Basic but clean. Good location right next to the obercampf metro. The Au Metro cafe next to the hotel is good as well. Worth a go if your just looking for somewhere to lay your head.

Tourist attractions, only 1.5 miles or so. The hotel room is very small, but don't tell me this is a typical European-style hotel. The room was clean and very quiet. From the airport to the hotel, the railway is about a block so far. We don't have the hotel Breakfast, because it is three blocks outside of Starbucks, we.

We stayed in the triple room for 2 nights in late January. We found the rooms to be quite small for three people with us having to play a game of Tetris just to be able to get ready in the morning. The bathroom was okay, but we found the shower to be a bit of a let down with the inconsistency of the water temperature and the mould that was growing at the bottom of the shower curtain. The breakfast was not worth the 10 Euro each per day that they tried to charge us, You will be much better off getting something from a street vender on your way. The location is perfect with been right next to a metro station with good connections to both of the major train stations. It is a good hotel if you are looking for a budget no thrills experience without going to the extent of staying in a youth hostel.

The welcome was cold, nonchalant and poorly organized, bed was made the next day but sloppy (badly folded sheets…), not to mention the overall cleaning of the room was inadequate (hair and hair on the sheets, dirt on the ground etc).
We had the breakfast and we were disappointed by croissants (ask us have come to if they were not the day before. ) in any case they are not cooked on-site the morning even that's a conviction. For 8th breakfast I think it's not correct.
More walls are not well insulated (you could hear the discussion of the next room).
Horror of horrors, the bathroom should be well ventilated (although the VMC makes a noise not possible), and there was mold.
Fortunately the price was more than adequate (about 200th 3 nights with breakfast included).

The rate and location were good. The room was very tiny and you could here every sound in the hotel. The Wi-Fi was the worst, you could hardly connect and you had to get a new code (for each device, cell and computer) every 24 hours. I would spend the extra money for something a little better next time.

+ Good staff is not rude, you can leave things (bags) for storage either prior to arrival or after. Breakfast is not taken. The subway is a 2 min walk. Room pipets are small but comfortable beds. — A bit noisy if you open Windows and the smell of the street. Wi-Fi is simply no.

Minimalist but sufficient, renovated and clean.
Nothing wrong if that if outside noise on the street is completely obscured by the double glazing, the noise inside l; hotel varies according to the discretion of other customers, because that in the corridors or rooms and toilet adjacent insulation is quite absent. On the other hand, despite my reservation and a word on my arrival time, the room was ready only to near 15 h.
To end on a positive note, the welcome is friendly.

The only redeeming factor is the close proximity to the metro. Poor service. Great as a hole. Poor hygiene. You don't make the beds in the morning. Breakfast is extra and costs 7, 50 €. Best done in some bars spending half. Wouldn't you wouldn't. Disappointed.

Small friendly hotel, good location: next to the metro, carrefour express, brewery "in the subway" (they serve very good salads! ), Japanese restaurant / Asian.
Room small but adequate for short stay, a rather nice, maybe a little too "familiar".

For the price, I was pleased. Great location. SUPER small rooms. The staff was friendly while I was there, but I left a kindle fire in the room on checking out. I called within the day and was unable to get through to anyone. I sent 5 (! ) emails and nobody ever got back to me even just to say that had not found it. I picture one of the staff, giggling to himself, as he now reads this review on his fancy new kindle fire. Oh well — my present to you Hotel Mary. I wish you had been a little nicer back to me.

Location near to Metro Room clean but basic and small without cupboard (only shelves). Without pillow (only slim bolster like pillow) No coffee tea maker in room or kettle. If you need hot water, you have to get it downstairs from their cafe counter and you need to bring your container as they don't have flask. The same young lady working at reception and cafe counter was courteous and helpful.
