LPL is a very basic hotel that is pretty much just a room with a bed and bathroom. It's fairly run down with holes/cracks in the walls, and the room does feel somewhat dirty. Bathroom is tiny and does not come with linens unless you put a 10€ deposit which will then be returned. There are no elevators either here, and rooms are as high as the third floor. In addition, the key situation is interesting. When you leave your room, you give your key to the barman at LPL's cafe, and he holds it for you until you return. Also definitely no room service. This place is certainly not for those who want a nicer experience, but for those on a budget, it's a decent deal. I ended up liking this place because I was out all day anyway and just needed a place to stay. This is also in a very good location for those who want to stay out of touristy areas but still within Texas. Close to lots of restaurants and nightlife.

The impression that the hotel transmits is bad from the start. It is annexed to a Cutrillo bar and the entrance is a bit unfortunate. We appreciate the security cameras that you see in reception but the hallway and the staircase look sloppy. The room was slightly improved by the impression of the bed, which is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom acceptable, although the soundproofing is lousy, the door vibrates and makes a lot of noise when other guests open or close theirs. In addition to the lighting not working in full, the lamps on the bedside tables were without bulb! There was dust, housekeeping was insufficient (there was no room service between the two nights we stayed), we were given only one towel to each and two tiny soap pads for three days! To top it off, the only window looked into a very left inner courtyard.
The little redeemable of the hotel is that it is well connected to the metro and close to shops and supermarkets. Customer service is modest but correct; They keep the suitcases the first and last day.

The rooms I liked, the entrance, the reception and the facilities left to be desired.
We have to emphasize that the staff is very friendly.
Remember that you are in Paris, for this price you will not find anything better!

Dirty and dilapidated room with infiltration on the ceiling. Bad soundproof. Leak in the bathroom during the night, impossible to sleep with the drops falling in the bucket! Staff anxious to do well but no solution found or proposed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice room But a shower that does not work, no towels, frankly disappointed.

The galley when you have a big suitcase, narrow staircase, very small shower and very thin walls, short for one night no more!

Reception locked, broken bed, hair in the shower, no blanket, no hot water, no soundproofing! To flee.

Very bad reception: reception closed key, we have to wait that the receptionist on the phone with his wife decides to us open.
No room prepared for us, not aware of our arrival.

Dirty room, sticky floor, pillowcase eventree, towel with blood, no shampoo in the shower, hair and hair of any kind on the ground.
We didn't even sleep in the bedroom, too noisy and dirty!
I strongly recommend it.

I didn't like the attention, the hotel was dirty where you look. Rooms: dust and hair on the ground for weeks. The dirty bathroom, shower snot stuck and had to be bound with ropes that was broken. The beds were not changed the sheets and comforter with blood. We asked to change rooms and we saw that they were all chaotic. They do not speak Spanish and very little English. They said that they cleaned the rooms and was lying. After my stay I was bitten the chinces throughout the body. Filthy remember without solutions by the hotel.
