Great location for family friendly environment.

Sad that do not honour cancellation on account of unusual scenario of COVID-19 outbreak and recommendations by French Prime Minister to avoid non-essential travel. Highly disappointed.

I used to like this hotel and stayed in it many times and it was very good and convenient, but I think this will be the last time. I had a plane at 9am in the morning and I had requested a wake up call at 5:30, no one called me and I ended up missing my plane and had to pay a fee to take the next day plane same time. I informed the manager of the hotel on this and told her I had to pay a penalty to have my ticket for the next day and she said we will see what we will do. At 12 the receptionist called me asked me what time I will be checking out because they need the room so I ended up missing my flight, paying a ticket change fee and having to take a hotel for another night (not at this hotel obviously because they dis not even offer) all because their wake up service guy was sleeping.

Beautiful place and close to everything.

Very lovely boutique hotel tucked away with its own beautiful courtyard. Excellent breakfast offered each morning. Superior linens and towels along with night slippers. A small kitchenette was nice along with tea and cafe service. A separate W. C. From sink and bath/shower combination also very nice with a large closet. Would stay here again if ever returning to Paris.

From the outside from the street, the hotel looked modest, but once we checked in, we could sense its magnificence, and a very modern and amazing ambience! Lovely place worth every Euro! Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a delightful neighborhood. The staff is very helpful, there is a restaurant onsite, and plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood — just a delight.

Overall, a very nice hotel in a great location. The neighborhood, La Marais, has many of the best restaurants, cafes, clothing stores, chocolate shops, and coffee shops in Paris. It caters to a more mellow crowd than neighborhoods like the Latin Quarter, but there are still plenty of late night options for cocktails. I would suggest skipping the breakfast offered by the hotel and just head to something a block or two away for your coffee, pastries, and breakfasts.

Stayed here 3 weeks ago as part of a tour group. Excellent service from reception; great quiet room, clean and tidy with super soft bed for good night's sleep. Room looked a bit tired but you don't spend much time in your room anyway. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Well done to all staff we had contact with as they were so helpful.

Rooms are larger and better appointed than usual Paris hotels, but for that you are a good 15 minute walk from main Marais action. Beds are lovely and bathroom good. Minor niggles are a TV that keeps turning off, very slow check in. We were asked if we wanted king bed specifically, then were given twins? The guy failed to act when I asked for safe to be fixed and for an iron to be sent to room. His colleague sorted albeit 6 hours later. If you want a bit of peace and quiet, courtyard is lovely. Didn't have breakfast or use other facilities.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay. Close the the metro and there’s a little café right down the street that has delicious espresso! It was clean & the bed was comfy. Th rooms are outdated but I personally didn’t care about that. My only complaint was that it was really hot in Paris being the end of July & our air conditioning in the room barely worked. Also, the refrigerator stopped working during our stay, so now we had a hot room & warm drinks too. Overall, I loved the area it was in. Lively at night & a lot of fun, but not overly loud. The hotel staff was nice and I would stay here again.

I'm not sure if I would call this hotel luxury, perhaps it used to be but it seemed pretty tired around the edges to me. It looks very stylish on first look, with artwork in the lovely courtyard area, but then you soon start to notice broken bits here and there. Here's a few things we encountered: -Worn/stained/scratched toilet and bath. -Broken lift. -No full length mirror in room. -Dirty cutlery left outside room for for three days and it wasn't our cutlery, perhaps it was the previous occupants. We didn't get off to a good start when we tried to check in and found we only had a booking for one room instead of two twin rooms. We booked via a holiday company so who knows what happened there, there must have been a miscommunication somewhere. It took a while for the receptionist to find us appropriate rooms and it was ridiculously hot in reception, but when she did find us rooms she told us the lift in our building was broken, great! They arranged for a porter to take up our bags which was good as we were on the second floor. Then when we got to our rooms we found one of them was a double, not a twin, what did they not understand about us needing two twin bedrooms? Back down the stairs we went to ask for another room and wait again in reception. I wasn't counting but it must have taken nearly two hours if not more to get the rooms we had booked and as we are only in Paris for the weekend, this is eating a lot of our time!

Lovely Hotel in a great spot. This was our first visit to Paris. We hired bikes from 6clo nearby and bikes to the main attractions which was handy. The food and drinks are expensive but there is a supermarket about 20m down the road where you can purchase bottled water and food for a fraction of the price. Rooms are on the smaller side but for the location it was pretty much what you get. Staff are mostly friendly and spoke good English. 2min wall to the main strip full of cafes and restaurants. The markets are about a 10 min walk. Uber’s are affordable and it’s a flat fee if 50 euros from the airport and $ 57 euros back including a booking fee.

We have been to this property a week. Central Location and beautiful place. The Rooms (at least the. Ours) are in a classic style, but for the time that we were in nn indicated much. In the vicinity of Hotel C is everything from bars to restaurants to pizzerias to very large shops. Only flaw The Metro is a little far 600 700 meters.

Very back dated. Seems like the chamber maids only set my bed back and never cleaned anything else. The toilet amenities such as cotton wool was not replenished. Even the shower gel/shampoo seemed to have been used before. All the rubbish left in my room was left untouched. For the price I paid and I stayed for 6 nights, felt really uncomfortable. As my work seminar was here, I had to stay on. Wont recommend at all. Better ones nearby.

Fantastc living in executive room. Great service and very nice staff. Just loved it. Te only thing is that the jardin is more of an inner court but still great.

Interesting spot. Location is great, rooms are nice, staff is nice. Hotel has a cozy inner yard. I had no minibar in the room, but had an electric kettle with some tea bags and instant coffees. Which was nice! The breakfast menu was really great, but the coffee was simply horrible. And they can lend you an umbrella for a walk in the city. So, the summary: I would gladly stay here again. But their coffee on breakfast is horrible.

We stay at this hotel during our first time in Paris, great location with easy excess to subway. Restaurants, bakery, convenient stores and Picasso Museum, etc — walk in distance. Rooms are small but well maintained. Cute Lobby decor. Beautiful patio — terrace inside. Quite place and good room service.

4 star Hotel + so small disappointment when to hygiene. Staff friendly but accustomed to speak English better than French.

Very large hotel so breakfast is a bit of a canteen, you have to constantly ask the waiters to bring pastries or other because the buffet is empty in 5min.

Was exactly what I was looking for, a decent priced comfortable room in Marais. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Looking forward to returning.

Inconsistent, rooms vary substantially but none are "unliveable", I've stayed here 2x and seen 5 rooms overall for what it's worth. Location is great, and amenities are adequate. Breakfast served is excellent and Swedish buffet style. Cleanliness could be better, rooms are never dirty and there is cleaning done daily, but obviously things are a little bit on the older side (this also has its art deco charms however). Overall, decent.

Beautiful hotel with an ideal location in a historic district in the heart of Paris. Metro stations are very well reached by foot. Ideal for a weekend trip to Paris. Only a few Metro stops away from the Gare de l'est.

It's a very good hotel, they offer everything you might need during your stay. The hotel itself is designer differently than mostra hotels: it is devided in different buildings, and in the middle there is a connecting space that has some beautiful lounges in a small garden where you can relax and hang out. Room is comfortable, even has a small kitchen area with microwave. The main issue we found was the room service. It didn't have manu options and what they have is not fresh, is like "canned soup" and "canned meals". They could improve that! Aside from that, everything was great! The location is amazing, the subway is nearby and there are many restaurants, markets and etc. The staff is really nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a very nice hotel, the staff were very pleasant. The room was a little small and the bathroom was very odd. It's a half size glass, makes it impossible to take a real shower.

Very comfortable. This is a very pleasant hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast for 20 euros which is a bargain given the buffet on offer. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. What kind of sleep can you have if the pillow does not suit? The hotel is close to St Sebastian Froissart metro station and within walking distance of the Picasso Museum. Sleep well.

The room was clean, the bed a little Small. Breakfast is Plentiful. Atmosphere is more likely not to Occur. It's more like a Canteen. The bar is empty, the drinks prices High. When you checkout, you won't even be asked how you liked it.

This is a romantic spot in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of Marais. Larger than average rooms for Paris, at reasonable prices. I love the staff here. You are appreciated as a guest and friend when staying here. Morning buffet is good. The Garden bar is lovely. Location is perfect and steps away from metro. City hall and Notre Dame are walkable. But the real draw is the Marais promenade on weekends.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful romantic weekend. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, modern, beautiful decoration, spacious, silent and total relaxation. Unforgettable sauna and service! Delicious Sunday brunch, with a huge variety of dishes and drinks. Excellent attention from the staff, in all the different areas of the hotel. We are sure to return as it is also very strategic location in Paris.

We received so many great recommendations from the staff about where to eat, go, etc. Appreciated how much they went out of their way to make sure that everything at my stay was going well and taken care of. The courtyard was darling and made for great evenings. Really appreciated Paul, he was such a funny and kind bartender, who made my experience so much better. Thank you Paul + team!

Hotel does not deserve 4 stars! No double curtain! No real coffee maker in the rooms! Average home! Parking is difficult to access! Street View with works, the room we had did not allow us to enjoy the gardens which from my point of view seems to be the only positive point that all the guests do not enjoy! That's a pity! In view of the price, go your way.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. Love the neighborhood. There are plenty of places to get a bite to eat or espresso before heading out to explore the city.

Very dated hotel room. The walls, bathroom, safe, etc were noticeably old and tired. However, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The cleaners took our towels despite us hanging them up for reuse and I had to call 3 times to request new towels and it took them over an hour to bring them. Good location if you're happy to walk a bit or grab a bike.

Quite big hotel made of several buildings with a private inner yard. It's acceptable but not great, with a style that tries to be elegant and fancy, but actually feel quite cheap and ageing. The breakfast matches the rest, enough diversity to be acceptable, with a quality that could be better, but isn't right bad. Rooms have a small kitchen and a fridge, quite convenient. The area is calm at night. I didn't have time to check the relaxing space and spa.

The worse hotel I ever been! Starting with the people that work there they were so rude and mean, as they said "we were not in America" so they just don't care what we wanted or not" the room was small and cheap, it's like a motel! Not sure how they got the 4 start of the room sucks. I got an upgrade and the upgrade was even worse. But they just don't care they did not wanted to give my money back even for one night of out the 4 we stay. They are cheat rude and not pleasant hotel. The terrorist attack was 3 block away from that when I realized that I did not feel save and we decide to move the last night we decide to leave and they did not wanted to have out last night money back instead they charge us "hotels feets" in top of what we already paid for online! It was just an umpleasent experience. Def no going back!

In Paris the most beautiful hotel in cosy place. Room with quality service and good entertainment. I live very well! People there are helpful, polite, and I highly recommend it.

I just reserved a room in this hotel, because it was indicated in Google maps to be located in rue Trousseau! But SURPRISE: it's not at all in rue Trousseau, not even close! Now I have to cancel and reserve somewhere else! Can Google please do its ******* job.

We tried the Sunday Brunch.
Quite disappointing! few choices both at the level of the salty Buffet Buffet sugar.
The basic and nothing but the basic salmon, but egg, blinis etc. And just 1 single flat (here meat in sauce) invoiced 35 euros per person without drinks (not possible to have a jug of water, they give you automatically bottles), even if the frame is very nice, it is not enough.

This summer, the gardens of the marshes in the 11th made it big to offer one of the most unique terraces! Nestled in the middle of several buildings of the 11th, the place is very charming, very romantic and quiet too! The cocktails are very successful and often original including the famous Mojito which is prepared with cream with fruit juice! Feel free to ask what's new with the bartender!
It is very affordable! Downside: when it gets super hot, there is a tendency to suffocate on the deck because of the sweltering heat, hemmed in between four walls. The cocktails are generous and the note is correct.

Not matching the price-quality. Superior Twin booked for 480 euro per night, and tried to settle in the dark room at 15 1 floor with non-working air conditioning and a fridge in the room. Declared free Wi-Fi works with labor and trips. No room even Dinnerware-kitchen area without plates. Forks and casseroles. Tomorrow monotonous and meager — some sausage and eggs. June 2014.

Worst hotel experience. Power to the building went out and the hotel refused to compensate us. Room service was delivered to the wrong room and the staff initially blamed us. Water pressure is abysmal. The advertised "view of roofs over Paris or of the garden" was really a plaster wall outside the window. Other than Lawrence the staff was less than helpful. Construction was underway next door, and while assured it would not disturb us, we were woken up each morning before 7am by hammering. Once the power was out, we were moved to another room which had HVAC issues and had not been cleaned since the hotel had moved the last couple out because of the heat issues. We travel a good bit, but will not stay here or in a Summit Hotel Group location again.

Nice hotel with a beautiful courtyard in the summer. But 2-bed rooms testify with only a Chair and a small closet once more that the design often follows does not function.

Great location (close to marais and St. Martin). Very well-priced for Paris. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overall, not bad. Did have an encounter with a rude member of the staff, although the manager did apologize later on, I highly doubt I will stay there again as it did ruin a fairly nice experience.
