I was staying in this hotel on the top floor and it was great! The room was very clean, the personnel very welcoming and kind. The location is good and I would recommend it 100%

All ways stay here when in Paris staff friendly rooms clean and in walking distance of getting to see my son. Would recommend when visiting Paris metro nearby and only a few stops from central Paris good restaurants and bars.

I’m a big Ibis fan because you always know what to expect. This is a good option if you’re planning to explore Le Marais. Avoid rooms at the top floor (low ceiling). Walking distance to some of the best bars in town (Bisou, Candelaria, Little Red Door). Walking distance from Republique Square. Candelaria has a great taqueria.

Not recommended. The description about the hotel is unfortunately not correct except for the free Wi-Fi.

Standard Ibis Hotel. The room was very clean. Good location.

Cheap Hotel in Paris and essential in the furnishings. Good Breakfast, very nice staff that will go out of the four to meet you. Location The Only drawback is the lack of a bar and a little room where you meet your friends.

Quality is good for the price. Location is near city center. Breakfasts are superb. Definitely recommended.

It is what it is. Great location, good bed. The room was a little poky but just about manageable. The main gripe was our room was cold, the bathroom freezing. That there were two additional portable heaters in the room suggests it's a permanent problem.

I phoned yesterday evening at the hotel to make a reservation. I asked to adjust my 3-day stay (from Saturday 12 August to Tuesday 15 August) in holiday vouchers. (These checks that I pay from my employer throughout the year to be able to benefit from a vacation at an advantageous price). I precise that I live in Dunkirk and that I do not know very well Paris. The person I talked to on the phone I was clearly "repackaged" as "Shit" by asking me if I wanted to make him lose his time. She told me that I had to make the reservation via your website with my checks. (something quite impossible)

So if you want to tell me how I should proceed, because I think that I am "stupid" and that I do not know serve me a website for booking? I am outraged to hear how you receive your customers by phone… there are dishonest people everywhere, but it is not necessary to put everyone in the same bag. In addition, you have the opportunity to take my credit card number to cover you in the event of a false booking as some of the crafty ones do. I simply believe that your employee didn't want to operate his brain and fill me in… If this is the case, called him to give his place to someone else, unemployed, this is not what it lacks in France. What professionalism for a large sign!

I absolutely love Ibis/Accor but had a pretty bad experience with this hotel. 1) When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that my first night at the hotel was cancelled due to a small group of people that missed their flight. Ibis should definitely have found a solution without penalising me and potentially other travellers. 2) I was never notified by phone, text or email that my room was cancelled for the first night. 3) The receptionist sent me to a lower standard hotel nearby that was actually more expensive. 4) Ibis never offered to pay for the difference or even less to offer a partial compensation for the inconvenience, not their problem apparently. The rest of the stay (three other nights) was in fairness good but I couldn’t get over how the staff and their management was so bad at handling a problem I had nothing to do with. I would definitely avoid this Ibis next time I come to Paris.

TERRIBLE! One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Customer service is non existent here and Eugene at the front desk made sure we left disappointed, distraught, and unhappy. We were on a tight schedule and communicated this to the hotel several times. When we arrived, we were told our room was "broken. " They informed us they are putting us in a different hotel we would have to reach by cab. Said hotel was not nearly as nice and was reviewed to have bed bugs. They told us we would be paying the full price for their hotel at the new one. We waited for an hour for the cab they supposedly called for us, making us very late to our once in a life time event, and during this time they had the nerve to check someone else in. We ended up finding our own accommodations and cancelled our reservation. Do not stay here if you expect a hotel to assist you in any way. You're better off elsewhere.

Budget hotel while the price is not very "budget" Wifi is a joke here, u can't even load a picture from Facebook without endless waiting and refresh. Can't YouTube without buffering. Connection completely drops very often. Room is small, but clean and tidy. Staff is nice too. Location is very good, 10 mins away from metro. Many restaurants nearby. No water boiler nor refrigerator provided…

OK for 1-2 nights but not for longer because rooms are very small, but that are hotels in Paris. Staff very friendly. Location is excellent. Room is very good like in all Ibis hotels. Breakfast good. Internet connection very poor!

Finally a serious hotel in Paris. A professional, ultra ultra team welcoming. The air conditioning works! The bedding is quality. The rooms, very clean. The buffet, with real orange juice. We recommend this hotel quite!

Had a fantastic long weekend here, the staff are friendly, the rooms are quaint. Really well situated for getting around Pairs.

Great value for the money, it has everything you need and is located very close to République, giving you access to all of Paris, often with no metro changes needed.

Small no-frills hotel — and good value for central-east Paris. Easily accessed from métro République or Oberkampf.
