We had 2 different rooms. The deluxe and the regular double room. Everything was clean and the desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. To go in the hotel, someone needs to buzz you in, but there's always someone at the welcome desk. The neighbourhood is nice, lots of small restaurants pretty near and 2 patisserie shops. The rooms were very clean and the deluxe room was super nice (like the bathroom)

For a short holiday this hotel is perfect. Services from the time of excellent arrival to the end, speak several languages. Comfortable rooms and fantastic bathroom. Excellent downtown location with the convenience of two metro lines that take you to all tourist sites. Another time returning to Paris he did not hesitate to repeat.

Great hotel, lovely staff with good English. The room was a decent size double room with a spacious ensuite. Very stylish and the bed is comfortable. Not the best hotel I have stayed in but it is certainly good.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days for my honeymoon in Paris. First of all, the location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from one of the major Metro stations in Paris called Nation. Accessing the city was not a problem at all and the hotel staff was very helpful as well to guide us. There are also several fast food places, cafes, and convenience stores at a walking distance and one of them being 24/7 which was our go to place after Midnights. As for the hotel itself, the room was perfect for me and my wife and it had all the basic amenities that are required. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected but I realized that in Paris; many rooms, apartments are of this size. If I am to return to this city, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Perfect choice for those looking for a well-connected neat hotel on a budget. Staff are cordial and welcomed us (a newly married couple) with letter, chocolate and balloons on bed. Located near Nation subway stop which is extremely well connected to all corners of Paris, as well as Disneyland. Rooms have a baroque theme and windows look out to a typical Parisian neighbourhood. Well worth a stay for sure.

Hotel located near the Metro Place de la Nation, so good location to visit Paris. Comfortable and clean Rooms. The bathroom in particular had a big shower. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Breakfast fee, but with good variety of choice, both sweet and salty. Recommended.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. We landed early was hoping for an early check-in but no rooms were available yet. Instead they ask us to keep our luggage with them and provided us with a map and suggestions on where to go. The rooms here are on small side but serviceable. A couple of great things about this hotel is it's very centrally located and within 5 minutes walk of the Nation Metro Station and close many small eateries on Voltaire Blvd. Overall fantastic stay for my first time in Paris.

A hotel that has fallen a lot in quality for a year.

This place is located very close to metro station. Very convenient to go around. There are pastrie shops, convience shops, laundroumat very close. The rooms are quite small, but very cosy and comfortable. The people at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. They went out of the way to book a taxi for us, when non of the taxi wanted to come to the hotel as the roads had been closed off for a marathon. Definitely recommend staying there.

Second trip to the Hotel Du Prince Eugène and it continued to live up to expectations. Small but comfortable rooms, with beautiful fabric wallpaper and decor. Excellent staff and service. We had considerable attention and care from the staff. We love it here and will always stay here.

Nice cosy room with great decor. Very clean. Walls are very thin so you can hear a lot especially in the morning from the cleaners and you have to be very quiet. Otherwise train station is very close and a lot of great bars, supermarkets and restaurants around it.

Relationship quality-price is great, all very clean, well cared, cosy and comfortable.

This hotel has surpassed my expectation for a 3 star hotel. They send a survey to ask for my inquiries prior to my arrival for better preparation, and carefully prepare everything. Friendly and helpful staff that make you feel more at home.

Clean, cosy, charming, located in a quiet yet lively area, near subway, bus, bicycles, restaurants, bar, coffees, mini markets, etc. On the downside, single rooms are quite smaller than those on the photos, but great value for the money anyway.

Clean, quiet rooms with adjustable and efficient heating. The receptionist was very friendly.

Hotel in an excellent position, we got a double superior room with a long-size bed, nice bathroom with huge window. Rooms are clean, staff really helpful. Breakfast is 10€ per person, which is a bit expensive, but normal in hotels. There's a boulangerie in the same block, closed Monday and Tuesday, which sells brioches, tasty bread, panini, and salads, so breakfast and lunch sorted. Recommended!

Stayed for a couple of nights with my daughter and mum as visiting Disneyland Paris. The hotel is very well presented, incredibly clean and the staff and facilities are very good for a 3 star Paris hotel. It's located in a quite traditional part of the city with done great patisserie shops and good restaurants within a few hundred meters. The metro anf RER are at the end of the road to getting into the city or to Disneyland are a single journey. I would definitely visit again as the staff made us all very welcome and speak a multitude of languages.

The beds are a bit firmer than I'm used to, but otherwise this is a great hotel! The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and nicely finished! The rooms might be too small if you bring a lot of luggage — any more than one rolling bag per person will probably get obnoxious to maneuver around. We just brought backpacks, and the room isn't any bigger than we need!

It's a one night stay with my wife on the occasion of the Paris Marathon. The staff was kind and very attentive. The renovated and beautifully decorated rooms and a hearty breakfast.
The hotel left us the opportunity to come back after the marathon to take a shower. A room was blocked for this purpose without extra charge, which is not offered by any other hotel. A counsellor for sports stays in the capital.

Comfortable and modern. Lovely bathroom, friendly and service oriented staff, nicely decorated rooms — though a little cramped, but comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is at an additional cost and needs work. But conveniently located close to good restaurants and public transport.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, it is in a good and well connected area (the Metro Nation stop is 5 minutes walk and besides having an exit on Boulevard Voltaire (the street of the hotel) has the great convenience of being connected with various metro lines : RER A Rossa, Metro 1, 9, 2, 6). The hotel is small, but has a nice and modern style, cleanliness is good, the heats great (important thing with the cold that there is in Paris in December), the bathroom and the room are small (compared to what is accustomed to an average Italian, but on the site is pointed out how many square meters is the room so no surprises! ) and are recently renovated, so in good condition, in the hotel you will find the elevator (another very important thing) and at the reception I met people always courteous.
Do not forget: The Wi-Fi works well!

Good value place very small rooms. Multiple designed rooms available. Breakfast available, but great choices around hotel. Parking advertised but when you arrive it's not on site and you cannot stop front of hotel to get directions to parking as Road very busy main road. Overall good hotel for short stay. But I would not go back as a bit of a walk from central. About 1 hour.

I really liked this place as it was conveniently located to the Metro, the rooms were clean and bathroom upgraded. Wi-Fi worked well in my room and it was quiet facing the courtyard. Staff were very professional, always full of helpful suggestions or recommendations. Good restaurants open late night were located close by as well as corner store, bakery, butcher and ready made Asian hot food store that was delicious and convenient. Bed was also comfortable and reasonable price too. Unfortunately the cable English channels were not working the 3 nights I was there, that is my only complaint and they comped me a free breakfast for it!

Furnished classic and Elegamte, very helpful and prepared staff. The hotel is located near the metro station, very convenient for the various trips you want to do.

Very intimate Hotel, quiet and close to the Metro with 4 lines + RER available. Very good breakfast If you are smoking ask for Room 101, which has a small terrace where you can smoke in peace.

Good hotel located on Boulevard Voltaire, very close to Place De La Nation and three different metro stations. So strategically good location on the east side of the city center. The staff was very helpful Despite being on the busy Boulevard Voltaire, closing the Windows not the room very quiet rhyming. Some small (not significant) problem of soundproofing, instead, between the rooms so, if your neighbour is usual to call every late evening in a very high voice, you can participate passionately in the topics of the case. But honestly, he really spoke out loud… Ultimately a place where I will happily return! Recommended.

Very good hotel, well located and refurbished, it is very nice for any type of stays. The staff are very friendly day and night. I would recommend this hotel to the excellent value for money.

Reasonable price, quiet, but the smaller room than I expected.

Golden Prince Hotel is a lovely little hotel, rooms are beautiful and comfortable. But the shower is a bit narrow, shower had to bend the elbow. In addition, the hotel's Wi-Fi works great, used laptops are no problem! Also have a mini bar and refrigerator in the room, which like to eat snacks drinks was great for me. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very warm and friendly. Yes, room service menus are there, but we didn't order food. Despite the location, very close to the Metro station, no matter what Paris …

Great boutique hotel, very clean and well maintained. Strongly recommended. Located near States, there are many routes to all major tourist attractions, great. Room was very small but more than adequate. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bakery next door is highly recommended, I'd like to go there again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful: good advice on restaurants and accommodation. Rooms very nice, reasonable price, there are Metro and bus stops close to the hotel, and great restaurants. Very close to the city center, just 5 minutes by subway. Neighborhood is very quiet. Strongly recommended.
