Hôtel FABRIC is absolutely wonderful and the location is perfect. It is surrounded by great shops, bakeries, restaurants, and even a record store just a few blocks from the front door. The staff was also incredibility helpful, accommodating, and kind which made for an fantastic birthday getaway. Looking forward to staying at the hotel again soon. Wunderbar!

This hotel is a real find. The decor is lovely. The rooms are clean. The shower is fantastic. The bathroom is compact but is beautifully kitted out with L’Occtaine products. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. There are lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. If you are planning a trip to Paris I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Hotel Fabic exceeded our expectations being quaint boutique as well as a bigger room than we were expecting in Europe. Great find in a great neighborhood.

Hotel Fabric was the absolute perfect hotel for our mother & daughter first trip to Paris. We stayed for almost a week and couldn’t have been more delighted with everything about this boutique hotel. It is about a 45 minute Metro ride to the tourist spots from the hotel but that is one of the things we loved. It’s location allowed us a quiet relaxing setting in an authentic Paris neighborhood for our evenings. The food options within walking distance of the hotel are excellent. The quality of the hotel furnishings are excellent, the bed and shower were heavenly! And the AC was so much appreciated!
I also can’t speak highly enough about the staff. They will attend to your every need and are so hospitable.

Wonderful place. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We stayed in the duplex room which was perfect for my husband, our two teenage daughters and me. The shower was magnificent. Drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning were delightful. The location is convenient, just steps from a pharmacy, supermarket and laundry. We could also walk to the Bastille area. Using Chauffer prive, everything was easy and quick to reach. Highly recommend.

Very lovely hotel in a great part of Paris. I stayed here for my honeymoon and greatly enjoyed my stay. We were near the non-touristy restaurants and natural wine bars. The hotel staff was warm and accommodating. Our room included breakfast each morning and access to water, tea, coffee, and snacks. We plan on staying here again next time we are in Paris.

The best hotel in its category in Paris! Service and cleanliness impeccable! The staff are in the small care. The rooms are very nicely decorated, spacious and the bathroom is splendid!
Breakfast is taken in the lobby, which is beautifully decorated. At any time of the day it is possible to have a small coffee, the machine being self-service.
The hammam is beautiful, spotlessly clean and equipped with a bathrobe, slippers, a small bottle of water and quality cosmetic products. Looking forward to staying there again.

Lovely hotel In a great part of town with some great restaurants near by. The staff very helpfully and their overall service was superb. The hotel was modern and clean. I would recommend this hotel for couples looking to stay away from busy tourist areas.

The hotel deserves the good placement on Tripadvisor. The rooms are small but fine, very clean and stylishly furnished. The lobby is also stylishly furnished and you feel transported back in time, but in a positive sense. The staff are friendly and attentive throughout!

Renovated former textile factory. Really nice staff, quiet and good area to explore the city. Got a great deal on it too for a long weekend.

Clean and comfy. Lovely ameneties. Good location. Excellent shower. The most tasty hazelnut coffee I have ever had in my life! Friendly staff.

This lovely stylish quirky hotel was in a perfect location to explore the whole of Paris as we were near to two Metro stations. The staff were so friendly and helpful — answering our every question and looking up anything they didn't know. With complementary hot drinks and biscuits, we could start and end the day in a relaxed manner and the free use of the steam room was so therapeutic. We didn't have time to use the little gym but that was a lovely unexpected extra too. We had a room for 3 and had plenty of space and bathroom with the little wall lights was fabulous — the shower was heavenly and the L'Occitaine toiletries were luxurious. If we ever return to Paris, we would definitely return here. Thank you so much xxx.

Nice room. Bed was bigger than expected, which was a bonus! Very clean and nice. Everything felt very new. I personally loved the industrial chic decor and overall feel. The staff was all very kind and helpful. They spoke English which helped us a lot. Loved the bathroom! Probably my favorite part actually. Shower was amazing. Mini fridge offered refreshment. Loved being close to a market and metro.

Hotel was really lovely, the entrance to the hotel is very good, comfortable seating and free hot drinks. Room fully furnished, great location. Very friendly staff and good service. The breakfast is also very good. Bar drinks are great!

Love this hotel. Location is perfect, and there are many bars and restaurants around. You feel like you're in a real Paris, surroundings very appropriately. Hotel was great, style and design is very good, everything was perfect, very comfortable, for the employees, no big deal. Highly recommended, I'll be back again.

My girlfriend and I had a great time in Paris in large part to the wonderful staff at this beautiful hotel. Order the breakfast, it's delicious! They have these tiny little pancake thingies. Put strawberries on them! The honor bar is fully stocked every night with the best Whiskey and Wines. But the shower is really the best part. If Paris weren't such an amazing city, I would have spent my whole trip in the shower.

The hotel Fabric is absolutely amazing. The decoration is drawn from a past workman of the Oberkampf district with a cutting-edge design and modernity which makes all its charm. Large spaces, brick walls, exposed columns. This hotel is amazing. The staff is attentive. I like a lot.

We had a great stay at Hotel Fabric. Staff was great and they truly believe in customer service. We will stay there again the next time we visit Paris.
