Very warm welcome, it is a hotel that has a soul with its wooden staircase, parquet, a decoration dismatched and vintage…
It is clean and close to everything, we will return without any problem…

I've passed 3 days in the hotel, and it was great, the staff were so helpful and nice and the room so clean and it's located next to subway you can get anywhere and the most important thing is that's so affordable, I recommended for people with low budget and for family.

The staff is wonderful, the desk-lady is always nice and fluently speaks English (which is great because my French isn't that good haha). The bathroom is newly renovated and the balcony view is beautiful. Although as an old building, it lacks ventilation and we arrived in France when the heat wave came around the last week of May. Nonetheless, the balcony doors are very soundproof and blocks all street noise and the bed and breakfast is so filling with their bread and coffee/tea. The location itself is great as we can walk around the corner to get something to eat or were walking distance away from any other attractions or sites in France, especially those hop on hop off buses.

Good home a little bit limited considering the price clean room but TV not walk, breakfast rudimentary served in the room but kfe soluble in the pod. No elevators to the 6th it is hard. The price / quality ratio limit friendly staff nothing to say…

The staff was very nice, sure not the luxury type of place buuut. The bed was infested by bedbugs! No need to say that the treatment against it was really expensive as not only luggages and clothes has to be treated but a whole house to make sure it does not spread. The worst is that we contacted the hotel to report the concern and they never got back to us to say thay would do something about it for the next customers. It looked like a family-owed hotel. I would suggest anyone for the same price in the area to book with bigger hotels where they have professional treatment of bedlinen. At the end the cheap hotel turned to be very expensive.

A nice hotel from his point of view style Haussmann, "" old Paris"" like all Parisians buildings with sculptures in the rooms with a beautiful façade on the outside. We stayed with my husband 5 great nights in a cute room, we sleep well, calm reigns in this small family hotel, very comfortable bed and renewed. We were spoiled by the team because the breakfast is served in our room each morning at 8: 00 at our request the day before. If you want to have a good Parisian stay in a charming Parisian hotel do not hesitate go to Hotel Baudin. Even in the rooms, they remember that we are in Paris because there are some beautiful paintings of old Paris. Great stay at the hotel Baudin. Ideal for families and good for others too
We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, available to us. Always smiling. The room large and very clean, toilet and bedding were well kept. The cleaning is done regularly. We enjoyed this hotel because of its proximity to the Aligre market, the bus to the centre of Paris as Châtelet and the Louvre and Rivoli. I recommend this highly to families because it offers a small bath, Cot, same stroller for baby. Breakfast service begins from 6:30 until 10:30 at our convenience in our room. It is a pleasure to be in this cute hotel as the staff adapts to the needs of the customer's request. Thanks to all the staff. My family and I, we will not forget you.

Good location, room spotless and clean, staff friendly, good value for money. Family hotel with one star deserves two stars. Decoration style old Paris. I heartily recommend, I was with two girlfriends and I do not regret at all. Very good stay.

Ball hotel is a charming small hotel, it is in the heart of paris, it has beautiful architecture and a very warm welcome and service to the customers door, I loved my these days at home, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to visited paris Council to do not the spleen.

I stayed in that hotel almost one month and I recomend to everyone, I was really well receveid by the staff, the hotel staff is a familly and they are all very kind, sympatique and always ready to do something for us, of course is not a 5 star hotel but have all the accomodations, private toillet, tv, internet. The hotel is situed in centre of paris in a safe zone, you walk in every hour the evening without any problems, I have been in several hotels in that area and for me that one is absolutely the best.

To book: I booked a room there with a shower over the phone. Since there were problems which allegedly email, I received no confirmation. When we got there they gave us, of course, a room with a bath, which was € 10 more expensive. Since I had no confirmation email or the name of the person with whom I spoke on the telephone, we had to pay the money. Rooms: I have on my 6-month tour of Australia 2 times disgusting rooms and showers seen. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel at least look the same. Only that I had paid in Australia 10AUS$ and not 75 € for the room. The carpet is dirty and broken. The window does not close and the glass window was partially broken. It was through large holes in the wall from the bed to see through to the bathroom. If you turned on the bed, the mattress made a loud noise. We lay in bed for two. We have rolled into the middle, because the mattress or the bed was so corrupt. Not to forget the flea bites that we had in the morning. Conclusion: No way to go there again.

No cup, no kettle, even no quilt (then have carpet, but looks not clean). booked a roon with bath, they gave me one with shower, but still asked me to pay the price of a room with bath. this is the worst hotel I have lived.

I stayed here for 10 days last year Of course it's not the Ritz, but the staff was so nice, a family. The room was shabby but charming. There is a busy street outside, but that busy street is in PARIS. Look, for 55 euros, what can you expect? I was as happy here as in many places I'd stayed for three times the price.
