Very small room and a smaller bath room. Was very noisy at night as one of the residents decided to play blaring music in the middle of the night. Elevator was super small, we could barely fit our bags in it.

Luckily we had taken a double room "superior" I can not even imagine the classic! very small room, without great comfort and dilapidated. Hotel very well located, not far from the great places to visit, and the seine, where we can take the batobus.
Simple but ok breakfast for the price. As there is no bar or restaurant, it would be nice to put a small fridge in the rooms. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

It can seem very quirky at 1st but it is what it is. The service was excellent and the location is one of my favourites in Paris. Near Bastille, Voltaire, Nation and with great links to any major attractions.

Hotel which clearly does not deserve the 3 stars.
— The room is dirty and narrow (the bed is really tiny) (dust too) — the photos do not match that of the site — the bathroom is dirty and the water does not empty properly — there is no room to put these feet in the toilet because it Ollé in the shower — the bedding still smelled like the front customer — the soundproofing is catastrophic (we hear the noise of people next door, above, and the noise of the car as a bonus) — the staff is nice but lacks professionalism honestly for the price it costs, there are better hotels in Paris, do not let you have. You will have a very bad stay!

Equipment at. Minimum. Need renovation!

Old equipement dirty. Ask for a hair drier ___no way just an old no working on the wall
Give this hotel just one star _ no value for money.

The return hotel, though small. Clean underwear. Cleaning daily. Comfortable beds, though narrow. The plumbing is working. Clean bathrooms. Good staff. Wonderful location. Nearby are a lot of shops food chain and cafes. Very happy.

Room very small, cleanliness limit, very far from a 3 star and does not even deserve 1 star. No soundproofing. To avoid.

Disaster 1. Parking you need to care by yourself 2. Twin room with double bed and bathroom looks like box room for two kids with separate beds and. Different than on the picture 3. Only reception is very nice and helpfull, and this area looks very modern 4. Elevator capacity : two light person 5. Is a bit close to Bastille, is a change to lost but is underground, busses, simple way btw.

Nice welcome. The room has been redone recently. The bed is comfortable with a welcoming firmness. Outlets are easily accessible, one closer to a bedside table would have been a plus to charge the phone/alarm clock during the night. The bathroom is well designed and spacious for Paris. The décor is sober and efficient. We hear the noise of the cars on the street, but it is far from unbearable. All in all a good surprise for a very good value for money.

Of the best in Paris in terms of quality / price. Something away from the metro area and a bit dark of night, but silent and with good rooms.

Great hotel for small budget. Rooms were small but cozy and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the location is also great. Price-performance ratio is right. Would book this hotel again at any time.

Good attention to it. Get to 12 and m left her to do the check in even though the schedule is at 14. The room was very clean, the bathroom also. For walkers it comes quietly to the eiffel tower on foot. Provide an adapter to charge the phone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm. The location was fantastic. I would definitely return.

It was a great value hotel. The room was clean upon arrival. The room was actually quiet and I rarely ever heard a neighbor. It was also in a good location, near the transit. I was not, however, a fan of leaving my key at the desk everytime I left. Came back late one night and receptionist didn't seem happy to unlock the door… Then why have this policy? Also, the sink is tiny and the blow dryer is too weak to be worth anything. That said, we had a good stay and the pros outweighed the cons.

Worth for price. Close to food and train, M9. Good staff.

Room hygiene more than doubtful! Lots of movement at night in the corridors! Don't deserve the 3 stars! However, the price remains correct for the services.

Small rooms.

It's small and dirty, not a 3 star for me, in my room there was something sticky on the table and the Chair.

Receptionist not super pro nor very polite. Room is small but cozy and relatively clean. Good location. Bad sound isolation! You will hear your room neighbours. To sum up That's a ok place for one night.

Nice little hotel, optimum value for money. However, when I visited Paris and booked two rooms on different floors, there was a significant difference between them, one had a new look, the other one seemed old. Possibly they were renovating, although I haven't seen any working crew around. As for the position of the hotel, It's quite close to a subway station, which is the best way to explore the city (the easy to understand subway map can help you easily reach almost all the landmarks in Paris). And, on the 4 minute walk to the subway station, right before you you enter, there is a great pastry and coffee shop where I reccomend a quick breakfast stop that will worth every penny and charge your batteries for the long day ahead. All in all, if you want a clean and comfortable accomodation, this is the hotel you've been searching. Have a great vacation!

Small Hotel But the rooms are clean.

It is very small, nothing to do with the photos that you show. The cleaning practically non-existent, and attention is also very bad. It wasn't a pleasant stay. Just adds a little the location, but the reality is that with the subway any place this near.

It's very comfortable. Worth it's price, strongly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great staff! The rooms are fit for the quintessential minimalist! The area is filled with shops, good food options, bikes for rent, and trendy people! J'adore.

We visited on an unseasonably hot week in June and there was no air conditioning in our 6th floor room. The rooms were smaller than I'm used to in America but nicely decorated. My biggest complaint really was the heat — especially because the employees in the lobby were well cooled. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff were nice.

Nice staff… but experience to cancel… small rooms, rumorosissime, dirty, … the hotel should be completely renovated… and nn is x nothing a three star…

Good location as its near the center of Paris. It's a bit loud at night, but that's to be expected. There's not a lot of restaurants nearby, but Le Rey is about a block down and it's very good. There's also a good bakery nearby. It's kinda weird that you have to leave the key when you leave. The rooms are small but again that's to be expected in Paris and it isn't too bad.

Hotel room According to the photos but cleanliness could be greatly improved. Also there is a problem of quality of the furniture (shower that does not close completely, curtain rod that falls), and the insulation at the hallway as well as other rooms is very bad. This hotel cannot be called "three star hotel". However the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel about 30-45 minutes from most of the major attractions (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc…). The room is on the smaller side but has everything you need, and the staff was great.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very helpful, but of course you can use the Metro which is only about 3 minutes walk away. The rooms are quite small but the beds are very cozy and the staff very nice. For people who would like to have it quiet, I strongly recommend earplugs as the rooms are very very light-hearing. Breakfast is not worth the money for my feeling, but if you go south on the road you will come across a supermarket after a few meters and after a few meters on a variety of delicious restaurants and cafes. For the price I would go back to the hotel but this time bring earplugs;)

Room that does not correspond at all to the photo. Breakfast gross orange juice taste of water. The noise in this hotel is unbearable it feels like a move to place in the hotel permanently. The elevator walked 1 times out of 2. It's narrow! Cigarette butt on the window sill so we smoke in the rooms. Hygiene BoF BOF… I do not recommend. We only spend 2 nights and fortunately.

From the photos on the web looks inviting. Then when you arrive, you realize immediately that the last restoration has not been moved a finger. Bathroom with black corners of old memory, lukewarm shower water when it goes well and drain that wets wet your feet for 5 cm. Never again.

Literally sucks. From close to the sanitary conditions at the limit of decency. I cancelled the reservation losing 200 euros after sleeping for one night in this dung heap.

Exactly what you need and expect. The rooms are small, but have enough space to be comfortable (you really won't be spending much time in there anyways). They are clean, both in appearance and smell, and are comfy. The receptionists are all very friendly, helpful, and care about your safety. The only issue I had was that it can get a bit noisy because of the busy street and you can definitely hear that noise.

Shameful as establishment! Badly cleaned rooms, staff who's trying to rip off by giving a standard room that we booked a superior room! Breakfast (10 euros) dismal: (not fresh) croissants, coffee and juice. I understand that this hotel has 3 stars!

I will take this into the five worst hotel. Staff at the front desk won't help a little. Room was very small, very hot. Bathroom is small, poor and very dirty. Breakfast makes people laugh or cry, no cups, spoons, and when you ask for a glass when they tell you to go to other tables to find one! It's part of Eurostar packages, please be careful.

I am not sure if this is common thing with the hotels in paris, but this was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in, definitely not as advertised. The room sizes were like 10ftX10ft. But the bed was comfy and good, all basic facilities were available in the bathroom. Location was really good, check-in staff speaks good english and are really helpful.

Well I mean, little that fits about this hotel. Cleanliness is not so bad, the Wi-Fi works fine but the rest …
Walls as if they did not exist, it seems to have other people in their room, in addition if it has an elevator alongside, imagine. Microscopic baths, physically impassable by people of a certain size. In short, the low price is well justified, or almost.

Clean and warm place. Small rooms as usual for paris. City center within 10 minutes with metro. One bad thing is You can hear everything when others speak in the room.

We asked for a quiet room, we were in Room 601 side lift one unbearable noise the rise and descent of the lift. We asked to change room, there we refused. No gesture for a 3 stars and a room to 95 euros…

Hotel very very very noisy. Slept really badly.

-Reception and reasonable reception.
-Correct room but very very badly isolated on interior noise. Night follies and noisy elevator will enliven your nights. + early passing in the hallway the morning. On the outside noise, no worries (on the 5th floor side avenue Ledru rollin)
-Room service, far from quiet in the morning. No need to wake-up service!
-The bathroom is in good condition, in addition to the dry hair out of service. And when we shower, we flood all! The wall is not a big thing.
-On the other hand, excellent Wi — Fi!
— And finally. The breakfast is just shameful: industrial and gross orange juice, 2 kinds of "JAMS", dry pastries, some yogurt, not nutella! You don't have to take it. Even if it was included in the booking, I preferred to take it elsewhere.
But otherwise the area is nice.

No air conditioning, bed scratching back.

This was my wife's first time in Paris. The room was like you would expect in Paris. Small room and small bathroom w/ no air conditioning. You do get your own bathroom (some hotels in Paris you'll need to share). The bathroom and shower were very tiny. Just a word of caution, if you are a bigger man or woman you will have a tough time fitting in the shower. The good: It was cheap and welcoming to Americans. The front desk was nice and welcoming, plus spoke English. The best part about this room was its location. It is right next to two Metros that will take you to any part of the city. Let's face it, you'll probably won't be spending most of your time in Paris in your room.

Ok so the small room can be expected. Its Europe. The beds were as hard as a rock and instead of a full size mattress we had two twin beds put together. The room didn't have any toilet paper that was a down side. The staff was fairly nice. Mostly the morning staff, the nightshift was a bit sketchy, but they all speak English and well. Besides the extremely small elevator and the really creepy staircase its ok for what we paid.

The hotel room is very small, but always clean. The bathroom is even smaller, but at least there are no shared water closets! The staff is absolutely amazing. They are extremely helpful, cheerful, and made our stay very enjoyable. The location is very conveniently located in the Bastille district, just steps away from the July column and between the Voltaire and Bastille metro stations. Lots of cafes, bistros, brasseries to choose from in this area, open all hours of the day/night.
