The rooms without air conditioning and in the middle of summer it gets hot, there is a small fan thing that I find a mess.
There are only two sockets in the room just below the TV in front of the bed which means you don't have it next to the bedside to charge several things at once is impossible and somewhat uncomfortable because they are not at hand.
Being inside the room they entered without knocking on the door and when they realized that we were inside they slammed the door without knowing who had entered which gives me a lot of mistrust about the staff since the room had already been cleansed in the morning.
On the third day a receptionist tells us in French (because they do not speak another language) if you find out well if you do not also make the least effort in trying to speak either English or Spanish, that when we leave the room we have to leave the keys there. Which does not seem right to me and in no hotel has I ever been asked, which also creates me distrust and right after that same day I will have the room without permission.
Overall lousy stay I do not recommend it at all. A real hotel waste.

Facilities and location are great. The metro station is just around the corner and many restaurants are not far away. The staff is friendly and speaks English. Breakfast is fine for French conditions. The minus point is only that the rooms to the street are very noisy. You should definitely have earplugs with you.

I just came out of this hotel and stayed with my family from May 29 to June 5th. The hotel is old and badly cared. No AC! So watch out summers in Paris tend to be humid and very hot. Infrastructure is decaying don’t be surprised to find out after long walks days that your elevator is not working, same with your parking space a total trauma. Don’t eat there breakfast either.

Good quality/price/location.

This hotel met all my needs, and more. The service was impeccable. The employees were friendly and helpful beyond all expectation. The location was very convenient to the metro and many cafes, bars, and markets. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice room for €76 for 2 people but last minute we had an extra person and surprise €93 in addition for a folding chair and the room is very poorly soundproofed by cons garage for €22 the day see a little more, a comfort additional Quiet, view the difficulty for parked in Paris.

Reception on the part of the manager and the employee who is at the reception during the icy day on the contrary of the charming gentleman who is there in the evening. The reception is rather cold in general, it seems to ask the moon for banalities and the prices are high maximum without the possibility of negotiating if you stay several nights. Besides the parking is at €22 at night while at the hotel just right when you come out offers €10 for parking. You can also use the parking of the hotel just next door, same sidewalk:-) (I no longer find the name) so hotel to avoid unless you have no other choice:-)

Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. Located in a strategic area of Paris, easy to reach with both bus and Metro. Only downside during our holiday, for one day it missed the hot water. Recommended.

It was nice but the shower was very small.

The hotel is nice, in a great location, in a lively area, with shops, restaurants and various Venues. The rooms are simple but cozy. There is a need to make coffee and Tea. The heating can be adjusted directly on the Heater. The windows are double glazed and also the street rooms are very quiet. The bathroom is minuscolobe the shower is of a small size. The towels are great.

A nice clean establishment. But the shower was very tight and impossible to bend over. The faucet handle also is very easy to knock because the shower was tiny. Lastly we were given a room with two single beds Instead of a queen and we were told there were no other rooms available, but we noticed the next morning that the hotel was not at all full but more empty. I will not stay again.

Lovely small hotel, friendly and helpful staff, everyone of them were amazingly amicable, this is a hotel where I would stay again.

Located a few meters from the metro, the hotel is clean and very warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended. The breakfast offers little variety of food and drinks. Good value for money.

The negatives were as follows: — the bed sheets were not changed throughout one week — some things in our room were damaged (e. G. A lamp or the bath tub) — toilet flushing was broken — very expensive breakfast — weird and intense sented candle smell throughout the stay everything else was good, especially the cleaning of the room, modern furniture, complimentary safe.

Very good property, locals are nice and in good condition.
Bright room with a large TV. Only negative point, the street is quite noisy, quasi-redhibitoire to open the window (there is however a small balcony).
The room is done on a daily basis.

The hotel has a nice flowered courtyard and breakfast that can be taken there is of pretty good quality but lack a bit of variety.

Home pleasant. Free Wi-Fi. Ideal location for the metro. Great breakfast > €12 no dinner. Cable ok. Small room. Lack of creativity.

Very friendly, welcoming and patient with foreigners. The tree-shaded courtyard gives the little breakfast bar the feeling of an oasis shielded from the noise and bustle of the working-class neighborhood outside. Not necessarily where you'd want to spend entire weeks in Paris, but ideal for a night or two before catching a train at Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est.

The service was good, the bed was more comfortable than other European hotels, and the free breakfast was good, but I feel like you could get a better hotel for how much we paid.
