Nicholas who runs this establishment was 10/10 the best part of mine and my wife’s visit to Paris. Small but very clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, and a surprisingly quiet location all made our stay great.

Hotel well located between the train station and the city centre. Many restaurants nearby and especially Asian. Very nice.

Very nice hotel, ideally located in Paris. We came with our family and car over 4 days. Car placed near the hotel at acceptable rates.
Clean family room (cleaned daily), very nice however some small work to be planned to replace the case of disrespectful customers.
Room of the little breakfast a little small but very well organized in the rotation of customers and the resupply of food.

Nice hotel. Stayed 4 nights without any problems. Only double beds but staff are willing to separate them into 2 decently sized single beds. Bathroom with large shower behind a sliding door. Lift, though very small, is also available. There is a kettle, fans (but no air-conditioning) and a hairdryer in the room as well as a TV. Metro and busses nearby which go to most sights directly. Only downsides: after a shower the whole bathroom is wet and the TV only has french channels.

The room was comfortable and the front desk was very helpful!

Price-performance ratio for Paris probably appropriate. The rooms are very small, bathrooms hidden behind a sliding door. The furniture somewhat taken with you but generally everything neat and clean. The staff very nice!

Hotel is clean, efficient, and comfortable. Convenient to Goncourt Metro stop. No air conditioning as is generally customary. Elevator is available. Reasonably priced for Paris. I would return.

A little disappointing for a 3 star… But suitable for 1 night. The room is a bit cramped and although the décor has been redone in a modern way (the shower curtain makes a little "cheap"), this seems to be quickly faded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room would have deserved a bigger space. It made me rather take it elsewhere.

The rooms are very small and the breakfast is very nice. Poorly soundproof. Good location. Price too high for the service.

The rooms are small but the bathrooms are newer and well maintained, the bedding is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Very well placed.

Not bad, a little pat on the eye in relation to the quality of services. Decent bedding but finishes of non-existent rooms and bathrooms. Damage. Otherwise convenient parking. We did not have breakfast.

Rooms clean, bathroom small but functional, reception staff very courteous and polite. It is located a 5-minute walk from Place de la Republic.

At the moment of the review, I am still staying on it, so far there has been a problem that beeging the the card to enter the room, stoped working, but they attended me well and solved the problem.

Rooms need TLS but in general nice place with friendly staff.

Nice little double room with WC and private shower. Very clean. Very good bedding, comfortable. Very good reception also at 02h in the morning. (24/24h reception) A little noise in the morning because of the works just downstairs, that's all I find to reproach. Thank you.

Excellent Hotel A few steps from the Republic, very clean and nice, the staff is in the small care. I recommend.

A good place to stay Small, quite, clean and modern hotel, Goncourt metro station 2 minutes to go and bus station line no. 75 is so close. Helpful and kind Receptionist … room with TV, water boiler, tea, sugar and Nescafe … private bath room but there is no refrigerator in my room The republique palace is less than 10 minutes walk … there is many restaurants such as KFC, McDonald's and Buffalo Grill A market is near the hotel and many coffee shops around Room Tip: Room 31 is small one with back yard view.

The rooms are big enough and cozy, has a pressure shower, includes the breakfast buffet paying €12 more, is close to the metro station, the service is cordial but if you touch the French receptionist blonde you're lucky it's very Kind.

Passage for a training in the area. Subway next door. Price lower than €90 with breakfast. Rooms to refresh but there is everything you need, a large bed and a spacious shower. Original home, I came across a very dynamic actor, it's nice in the capital of "not happy". For this price there, there is everything I need, I recommend!

Acceptable. Knowing the hotels in Paris is acceptable. Don't expect luxuries or big rooms. It's actually a tiny hotel. No area of any kind of service, just a small area of the entrance is enabled as a dining room with 3 tables for breakfast and no more. The rooms were very small and the room was very nice. The null space. I was in a family of 4 places for my solo and was minuscule. I had to get into the bed by the feet because there was no space on the sides, it was stuck to the walls.
The bathroom is an all in one, Minilavabo, mug and shower all together.
Still, it is acceptable as it is usual in a 3 star Paris.
The location is very good. It is next to the Plaza de la Republica and 5 minutes by Metro from Notre Dame and other tourist areas.

Room and bathroom were clean. Room was good sized and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel withing easy walking distance of the Metro and really good coffee. Would stay here again.

Hotel in very bad condition, very bad finishes, furniture broken. Away from the romantic images on the site.
We refused to spend the night.

I had a very good experience here and would go back! I stayed a total of four nights late September early October. Clean place, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent location and friendly staff. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi isn't very strong sometimes.

Ruhiges Zimmer Richtung Innenhof. Ausstattung gut. (Wasserkocher) Die Zimmerkarte hat mehrere Male ihren Dienst eingestellt, was aber an der Rezeption schnell behoben werden konnte.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room small but very clean, bed comfortable. Metro very close and if you like to walk le marais is 20 minutes away. If I'll go back to Paris I would like to stay at the element again.

For one/two nights in order if you only use the hotel for an overnight stay and don't want to spend any more time here.
The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. We had water stains over the shower, broken silicone on the tiles and a spotty toilet.
The staff was very nice.
The metro station is a 100m walk away. A supermarket (Monoprix) can be reached in 500m and a baker is also around the corner.

Summer nights are extremely hot, when the aircon doesn't work… But cool decor! Loved staring into the eyes of a festive steer wearing a hat, while falling a sleep.

The lobby is nice but the rooms are horrible. Air-conditioning doesn't work. Everything in general is a bit run down or just doesn't look "finished". Also a huge problem that I have is… RATS, there are rats! This is extremely unsanitary and in general gross. Overall, the staff are very kind but the room and not.

Hotel close to metro stations, paid parking space available, room comfortable and quiet. Home of the staff to the small care! There would be a little fridge missing in the rooms.

No air conditioning, we don't warn you when you get there. You have to discover it by making sure you sweat at 00 h. You ddmandes a solution to the home. "It's like that, open the window otherwise" screws come out of the floor (CH13), dust in the corners (CH13 and 15).
25 to change the batteries of a remote control …
Considering the price it sucks. You come here with your girl, you got a chance on two that it does. Lame.

Weird deco. Construction work in the nearby bedroom woke us up in the morning…

Nice welcome We take the time to talk with the customers. The room is good for two people and clean. Unable to sleep the window open because of the cars but it is PARIS it is not possible.

I don't recommend it, and these are the reasons: we had booked a room from our cell phone. A last minute deal that seemed very interesting. Once we arrived at the hotel, another customer who arrived before us had occupied our room, and we were given absolutely no reason, no explanation. There was no air conditioning (they said it didn't work all over the building). At least it was clean and it is a place with some charm, but it is not recommended for more important issues.

Small hotel near the metro, very clean and super friendly. One of the best experiences we have had. The hotel is very modern and the showers are phenomenal! Will be booking again!

The place is so cozy and comfy. I should also mention the staff are really kind and helpful. I came back to Mexico really pleased with my whole Parisian experience!

Located centrally in the area of Republique, near many metro stops. The area is safe and clean full of many cafes, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Room size was a bit small, but nothing you can't manage with. Free Wi-Fi is offered and works great in the room. Guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Everything is great except the Wi-Fi could be better. It's the type where you get a connection but can't really do anything.

Wow what a bad experience. Stay at this hotel only if you have no desire to sleep. We reserved this hotel through a discount booking website that listed it as a 3 start hotel, I can tell you that it is a 1 star hotel. We paid twice their published rate. Upon checkin we were told we could only have 1 room key, and that anytime we left the hotel we had to leave our key with the front desk. This was so odd it made me very uncomfortable. The hotel is located in an Alley with another hotel located directly across the alley. That hotel has a roof top gathering area to hold parties on their 3rd floor. The humidity was very high and we had to open the window as the Air conditioning did not work. Unfortunately the hotel across the street holds loud parties with large speakers and lots of alcohol. The party did not end until 0430 in the morning. Starting at 0100 we started to complain to the front desk staff to help resolve the issue. But they were not inclined to do so. Supposedly they spoke to the the other hotel and the response was that the party was "not a problem". They supposedly also called the police, but no difference was made. The noise, yelling, and thrown and crashing beer bottles lasted until 0430. I measured the noise inside of my room and it registered 72 decibels on a meter. The hotel's lobby has a large photo of a nude woman on the wall. This made me question what type of hotel this was. Overall, the experience was not good.

My room was robbed and reception was absolutely no help. Sketchy neighbourhood to stay at, and many doors at the hotel cannot close and lock. Spend a little more and don't get your stuff stolen.

I am very unhappy. 2 rooms were booked for Monday 16th. Booking had to be changed due to problems with terrorists attacks. We asked to changed the day and add one room for a monday night. Hotel refused to change the booking and charged us for the night. This is very poor service I do not advise at all to deal with this place!

Good location and you can find deals that make it a bit more worth the money. However, the room we were given was far from clean sadly.

Small rooms lack of comfort and services such as cabinets, etc Dinners with food extremely poor, breakfast repetitive. Do not notify you of anything if you don't ask not good treatment of the customer, and the output treated as a criminal. I think that with two-star iria sobrado.

Everyone has their own concept or perception of clean … anyway I would not … the pictures on the website do not approach the slightest reality rooms bathroom door broken and prefer to forget the rest … but in the end I think it's in line with the French hotels. Used only for sleeping and showering …

Clean, friendly, 2 steps from the Metro (Goncourt line 11) supermarket and bars nearby. The only negative (but not so important) bathroom small. Would have liked the bar fridge. Would do it again. Near there is the local Buffalo Grill where you eat well and you pay just on piazza Republique.
