Hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are of very small size but beautifully decorated. Wash Rooms are clean with all accessories. Hotel Staff is cooperating and helping. Breakfast facility is available. Location is good.

I do not recommend Hotel Regina Opera, I checked in, Wi-Fi is included, but DOES NOT WORK, TV channels do not work, AIR CONDITIONING ALSO DOES NOT WORK, I went to reception several times to complain, and nothing was done. And the room is dirty, I took some pictures of the bathroom, the Shower is very dirty, I can send you the photos to check, the room service does not exist, the maid only makes the bed, but does not vacuum the floor, and neither clean the bathroom, note ZERO.

I love Paris and this hotel is very small but I loved it the people were happy great friendly and little bar across the street were beautiful green sign can't wait to return to Paris.
