Please DO NOT FOOLED with the photos on the website, we couldnt stay more than 30mins there, I share some photos so u can see the difference!

Hôtel Nord Est is located at near by the Gare du Nord which is one of the biggest and most busiest train stations in Europe. Hôtel is quite cheap and very convenient to travel through out the Paris and also easy to travel to the Charles de Gaulle International Airport and Orly Airport. You can also get local buses from the Gare du Nord to anywhere in Paris…

Clean and easy accessible.

Catastrophic, ageing hotel, ceilings worn by humidity, shower room to redo, bad soundproofing, cleanliness leaves a desire especially as we saw 2souris! One in the hallway of our room and one in our room! To avoid emergency, this is not a hotel 2etoiles away from there.

Hotel under Renovation and they are making money still by giving third class rooms, don't go by the photos posted in online websites, rooms doesn't have plug points for charging mobiles laptop if more than one person staying. That too would be near TV where u need to hang your phone. No blankets, heating is worst as they put tape in the windows to close the cold air check pics. Got sick. Receptionist not aware of what to do except the night shift guys. U cannot ask for anything which is not usually available at hotels at least. Should be given zero but unfortunately Google doesn't allow.

It was ok and the workers very nice.

The Hôtel Nord est is located near Gare de est station and Gare de Nord station. The hotel is well connected. They are reforming it (December 2017) and there are fewer rooms, but the service is good and if you ask how to get somewhere you are told.

Old soap in shower, one towel for two people, half a roll of toilet paper, missing light covers, and one outlet. At least the beds were comfy.

The worst experience I've ever had! The hotel is in terrible conditions is completely dirty, abandoned and disgusting. For the price paid we could have find something better. But the hotel is a nightmare, we tried to talk with the staff but they pretend not to understand, and don't help at all. I have to say they are not professional in many aspects, the cleaning is terrible and all the this are broken, destroyed and dirty. The rooms are extremely small. I have no words to describe this.

Nice, comfy and the people there are very gentle. A good spot and service for an afortable price.

Bed was comfy and room ok but walls thin and place a bit run down. Close to main station but not the best value for money!

If I could give this place no stars I would, it was vile! It was dirty and discusting, and was not fit for human living. As you arrive at the hotel and see it from the outside it looks like a tiny little traditional french B&B, that will then be the first and last good thought you will have about this place. The room was tiny, the walls were carpeted (which just traps the heat, not good when its 30c outside and no aircon), the floors were dirty, the walls were dirty, the bedding was dirty, with cigarette holes in them, the curtains were dirty, everything was dirty. The shower leaked through the wall into the tiny cupboard and the bedroom, the one and only plug socket was hanging off the wall, there were all sorts of stains on the floor and bed. All in all it was just plain wrong. I am taking this up with Thomas Cook who I booked through and if I dont get anywhere with them I will be sending the photos and videos to Holidays From Hell! Seriously it was that bad, I can't believe this place has not been shut down.

The hotel is ideally situated literally 5 minutes walk from the Gare De Nord station and metro and the guy's at the reception desk speak very good English, but that's about the only good things I can say about the hotel. We were in a room, that was cleaned each day, however the bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned / decorated for many years, oh and the bedroom came complete with broken curtains! Finally, to sum it all up, the last day, we left behind a camera (our fault admittedly) — however, within 2 hours we realised and went back to find the room had been cleaned and there was no sign of the camera! VERY unhelpful staff literally said go and report it at the police station and left us to sort out everything. Clearly it had been taken by the cleaners / staff, but no way of prooving that. Annoying to say the least, and even though not worried as much about the camera — but wanted the photos of what was meant to be a special trip to Paris, the staff didn't really seem to be too worried. Would NOT recommend leaving ANYTHING in your room if you stay at this hotel. There are lots of hotels along almost every street around this area of Paris, and so take a look around before booking into any of them.
