Lovely hotel, it exceeded my expectations. I loved that I was greeted with a free cold water in the fridge (very few hotels do this today) and that it had a shower head mounted on the bathroom ceiling.

Ok hotel clean and refurbished, but even in the high-end room the AC didn't work and it was quite hot. Area is not nice; topical downgraded railstation zone.

Good and the staff is really good and friendly but I don't know about free water but like we didn't get free water.

0:00h I arrived at the hotel, after 5hrs of travel. No room available although I had a booking confirmed by the hotel. This will cost me an hour tonight and another hour tomorrow to get to my business meetings. This is impolite, this is unfriendly, this is unprofessional and there is a system behind to overbook because it happened to me for the second time now! Adieu Mercure, adieu Accor, you disappear from my and my assistants travel options!

Nice place to stay, really close to the stations Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. Direct connection with the airports. The room was small but comfortable. 24/7 reception. I recommend it!

This hotel is located in a fairly central and comfortable area of Paris. It has a very affordable price the rooms are clean even though they are small the breakfast is pretty well served although it is nothing excessive. The quiet rooms have a minibar, hairdryer.
The location is very good because it has very close to two train stations and many buses that in 5 minutes leave you in the heart of Paris as well as being able to go to many other emblematic sites without having to make any kind of transhipment.

Wonderful hotel, I was there with my husband for a vacation. It was a very nice room. Good breakfast I recommend it to all Viva Paris.

Located very close to 2 train stations so easy to get to. Area is busy and a little noisy but has loads of restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. Hot is nice and cosy, good rooms and great staff.

Recently renovated little Mercure, very nice and modern rooms. The breakfast in a brick cellar makes its effect.

This hotel is located in the centre of Paris between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est. Comfortable.

Close to the Gare de l'est and the station of the north, and yet very quiet in a small alley on the edge of the Avenue Magenta. Very cosy rooms and vaulted cellar as a breakfast setting. Very friendly staff.

I enjoyed this hotel, its location, its sobriety, its simplicity. Very tasteful and even surprising decoration. Good facilities in the rooms, comfortable bedding. One of my remarks was taken into account, I appreciated.

Simply awful I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
It's is supposed to be a three star hotel, I would only give it one star.
