Very small but clean, comfortable room. Very close to Gare Nord which made it easier to catch an early morning train to London.

Very clean. Small rooms, but that's normal for Paris. I loved Daniel and the young Bangladeshi man who worked reception at night. They were helpful, funny, and very kind. The only negative was an African gentlemen with glasses who worked the night shift reception. He had the lights in the lobby off and was very irritated that I wanted to go in and out during the night. (I believe he was sleeping on the lobby chairs! ). Excuse me, sir, but I enjoy Paris at night! His attitude was very rude. I paid a lot of money to be reprimanded for coming and going as I please! This isn't your house, sir. It's a hotel lol. It was very strange. Otherwise, I loved the hotel.

Rooms are small and cut differently than one would expect. However staff is friendly and cleaning crew does An excellent job. Great location in terms of access to transit. Many good late night snacks nearby as well.

Hotel close to Gare du Nord station. Very friendly. Our room was equipped with all comforts. Was like many hotel rooms in Paris relatively small. Very clean.

Room was only small, but it was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location, surrounded by bars and shops and all within a 15 minute walk to central Paris and 5 minute walk to the train station.

Good area just around the corner of Gare du Nore. Lively area with local, diverse and non tourist diners and shops. Quality vs costs were good. Breakfast is simple and self service in the celler. Will visit again. We booked the room on the 7th floor with balcony. We slept very well in the comfy bed. Great view.

Good location, close to Gare du Nord. Not the sort of area you would like to be wandering alone at night, but fine if you keep to the main roads. Service is fine. Room was clean, but small, no problem if you are only using it to lay your head. Overall, decent for the price.

The rooms are clean, not very spacious but you can circulate in the room properly the reception is warm, you hear a noise from the street (double glazing) the service is good. Great Hotel.

Hotel was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful to work with and was very patient with helping with directions etc. We stayed on the street side and the noise was nonexistent. When we left the lobby onto the street it was very loud and it surprised me how quiet the room was. The bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure was very good. Beds were comfortable. Close to the train station and little cafes. This is not the Hilton in Paris but well worth the money. I would stay there again.

Great hotel for spending short period. The room is quite small, but the size is ideal for one night stay. For me it was great as I had to stay close to the train station.

The hotel has perfect location from Gare de Nord station easy access to Metro, the room is clean and perfect, it has safe box which some hotels doesn't have. And most important thing is the staff, they are friendly and helpful specially Dinelle, Milton, Tapon and Lucille. I would like to say special thank to Lucille because I tripped from my luggage and she held me when I about to fall. I will highly recommend your hotel because of the excellent service and value for money. Definitely we will come to this hotel.

A great hotel! During our stay one evening we had a blackout of air conditioning. My father being diabetic he could not stay in such a situation. So we report the problem and the next day everything was arranged without worries. Breakfast is plentiful and cheap for Paris. I would recommend it personally.

To be Paris very good quality price. They were very friendly and the hotel very clean and quite new. The rooms are small but worth it. I'll be back for sure.

Very clean hotel, ideally located just a few steps from the North station. Welcoming and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to stay there. Good to know: if you go there to attend a concert (as I often do) breakfast is offered the day after your concert if you show your ticket!

Awful customer service and shady business practices. Let me start by mentioning that we are very frequent travelers and my wife has worked in hotels. The poor service, rudeness, discrimination and dishonesty we experienced in this hotel made us speechless and are absolutely unacceptable. We booked a double room for just one night through an online hotel booking portal for our little family (we have a baby). We arrived in the evening around 8pm and were refused the room. The receptionist argued that a law in France does not allow for a baby to sleep in a double bed and wanted to force us to upgrade to a more expensive room – which was slightly bigger, but also just had a double bed. We naturally objected, wanting to keep the room we’d already booked (and paid for), but he continued to refuse to give it to us, eventually making vague threats and racist comments based on the language we were speaking. After a very distressing hour of arguing, we called the booking platform, who, after another half hour of discussion with the receptionist, managed to arrange a reimbursement and cancellation. To refuse a customer a room he’s already paid for is arguably illegal. To turn a family with a small child out onto the street with nowhere to go late in the evening is plain heartless. The hotel has an artificial construct of room categories that has no logical basis. They make up laws to price discriminate, as customers would be reluctant to question legalities in a foreign country.

The service was good. I arrived​ too early to check in but they able to hold my bag until I could which was very much appreciated. The receptionist​ spoke English very well when I checked in. The room and common areas are clean and well maintained. The location near Gare du Nord is very convenient though the immediate area is a bit rough. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Too bad: everything had the area to go, unfortunately proven noise did not allow us to sleep. And no repairs were granted, other than a proposed breakfast. Ridiculous, in all shops in case of problems we offer the refund.

Comfortable and cheap CONSGLIATO.

I use this hotel every time I go thru Paris (approx. Every 2 years). Very welcoming staff and a practical location if you want to be near Gare du Nord. The breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. If you stay 2 days or more, check the deals on their website.

I spent a night in a 1 bed room this week and I am very satisfied. The room is clean and we can see that it has been renovated recently. The only downside is that the Tete was hung on the wall and turned up without opportunity to straighten it, so we see anything in the bed, the colors are reversed and disturb a little. Otherwise everything went very well. Breakfast is not included, I didn't so take it to 12euro.

Lovely hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The room was small, but that's what I expected anyways. More important, the room was clean and had a nice modern look; perfect for a short stay in Paris. Even better… our room had a beautiful view over the city and we could see the Sacre Coeur from our window. Then there's also the excellent location for people who travel with the Eurostar; it's very close to Gare Du Nord with excellent public transport connections. There are bus stops very close to the hotel and I can really recommend travelling by bus; you'll see so much more of the city and the bus system works great! I loved my early morning walk to the Sacre Coeur, before the big crowds would flock the place. Seeing the sun rise on top of the hill is magical! Overall, I am really pleased with this hotel and will book it again on my next visit to Paris :)

Very friendly staff and close to metro with quite a few good café's near by. Modern room with some nice added amenities in your room like water, tea, and espresso machine. Free Wi-Fi that works great. Private smoking area at hotel garden so you don't have to smoke on the street.

Conveniently close to Gare du Nord, modern room, friendly reception staff who also speak English.

My first visit to Paris was made fabulous at this hotel. Very clean and great value for money. Excellent service 24hrs counter service. Friendly reception for people who dont speak French. Very near to Gare du Nord and Gare du Est! Very convenient in terms of transportation and you could just walk with your luggages to the hotel. Many restaurants nearby, particularly near the train stations. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. I really appreciated the coffee making machine in the room, good coffee in the morning. Good service and the reception is opened 24 hours.

Great location when arriving from CDG (train ends at Gare du Nord) and continuing on to London via Eurostar (leaves from Gare du Nord). Short distance to G du N and Gare de L'est. Quite modern and quiet. Great breakfast. Good restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable but with a tiny bathroom. We had a brief stay here before catching the eurostar home and found it to be a pleasant place to rest our heads. We arrived late and checked in with minimal fuss. The bed was comfortable (although we had just spent a week sleeping in hard bunks) and the satellite TV with movie channel a welcome respite from a long day of travelling. The bathroom was perfectly adequate and not a problem for us really but if I had to find fault, it would be the only one. Would stay again.
