Charming hotel close to transport. Friendly home. Nice room and very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Superior double room. £267 Positives; — Not far from Gard du Nord (Eurostar train station) which made it easy to get there — Had a bath — Light in room had a USB plug in it, which was great because I’d forgotten hours — great bars on the same street — close to some lovely restaurants — staff friendly — classic side street property feel — bed comfy — clean — had a safe in the room Negatives; — Wi-Fi poor — room very small which made it feel stuffy — overpriced (though I don’t have another Paris comparison) — bathroom needs upgrading. Shower curtain didn’t stop water going all over the floor every time we used it. Sink was so massive that I had to sit sideways on the toilet (not funny at the time) — tiny corridor leading to rooms made it very claustrophobic Overallw — did the job. Comfy and clean but nothing to write home about.

Very convenient place to arrive by train to Gare du Nord as for any other city shift. The hotel is good value for money.

Convenient location right next to a parking lot and close to the Metro, the rooms are simple but clean.
The small is not exceptional but sufficient.

Of passage to remake my Passport. Clean room, the gentleman at the reception is very nice he even offered to keep my suitcase all day while I was visiting.

Literie correct for the price, pity for the finishes and the bathtub of 120 cm really too small, I enjoyed the magnifying mirror but it does not make the three stars announced, and also the soundproofing to review, I hear even the neighbor snored that's all to say.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Room rather pretty and comfortable but very thin wall. And TV that wasn't working. Feeling insecure. I didn't sleep all night because of a neighborhood jealousy crisis. Doesn't deserve 3 stars at all!

A very enjoyable 5 day stay, clean comfortable bed and a constantly clean ensuite bathroom flat screen tv, free Wi-Fi, kettle for room brewed tea/coffee (provided), mini fridge for nibbles. Staff friendl, very good English, patient with fractured French! and unobtrusive. Reception (Toufik) very helpful, all staff friendly and helpful. Would imagine couples would find the rooms rather cramped but Paris is to be visited and if weather a little inclement, the reception area very comfortable with tea/coffee available. Will be returning later in the year.

Location is great, very close to Gare du Nord station and close to a few bars and restaurants open late. The check in and check out process was very quick. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. Hotel itself was just ok, very simple with very tiny corridors. Room was also small and some places were quite dusty but bathroom was very clean. There's definitely nothing luxury about it, no room service, etc, so it works as a budget hotel for a quick stay.

The worst hotel I've stayed ever! Many dirt in the room with a broken wall. The room is full of unpleasant smell and I can hear the chat of guests living next to me. Only the location is good.

Nice little hotel, well located near the train station, close to the Metro. Very nice staff, good breakfast. Come back for a short break, because more than a good bed and clean rooms are not needed in Paris. Simply good value for money.

Well located in close proximity to the action in Paris this hotel features comfortable rooms with modern furnishings. Minutes away from Gare Du Nord station makes it easy to get to Charles De Gaulle airport and access the Metro system, and enjoy the sights of this vibrant city.

Nice staff. Small fine and still beautiful. We like to have slept there. Definitely not the last time.

Clean hotel, in area easily accessible by means, friendly staff and moderate prices: what's more? (only Neo, heating not very adjustable)

Smallish rooms, but clean. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, shower worked great, and Wi-Fi with decent speed… Overall no complaints.

Rooms OK no more, no air conditioning. Wi-Fi had to walk 45 minutes on the 4 days of stay… Internet void and not walking. Staff Really for 450 euros that leaves a lot to be desired.

Location near the Gare de l'est. Breakfast was included in the price.
Breakfast is not lush but OK, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, jam, some cheese and sausage. Baguette, small raisin buns. Me and my girlfriend did it perfectly.
The first service was attentive and filled the buffet if something was missing. The last two days was the next service, however, good to overlook the guests and to add missing only on demand, eg coffee, knives or buns!
The breakfast tables are quite small, just suitable for 2 people.
The room was also small but clean and quiet, also OK! A bit missing we have a German TV channel, but you do not drive to Paris to watch TV!
All in all the hotel is recommended, the front desk staff was invariably friendly and helpful. As a starting point to discover Paris a good location!

Affordable Parking Price, many places, several choice of package.

Cool parisian hotel. There is temporary clim so you will have to leave the door open if you wish to use it.

A lovely little hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and a small fridge a nice touch. Location great only five mins from metro. I would use here again.

Convenient if you've got to catch a train at Gare de l'Est the next morning. Otherwise try to find another place. Everything is of a certain vintage and my laboratory was broken…

Clean and friendly staff. The rooms are not very large but the price is interesting. The subway is 500m.

I live in the street where this hotel is, many of our visitors have stayed here and always had a very pleasant experience. I have also popped in from time to time and asked for some tips or just some general neighbourly assistance and Dahmane was very helpful and kind.

Having recently returned home from a short Paris break I feel compelled to praise the friendly and professional staff at the Hotel Soft. Nothing was too much trouble; they listened, advised and assisted at all hours. Someone was always at the desk and attention was prompt. My friend and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay there. The room was basic (no problems with that) and clean and the continental breakfast was very tasty. When I return to Paris this is the hotel I will choose.

Hotel to avoid in any emergency, not at all to the height of a 3 star hotel. Very poor value for money
Very small room, cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom leaves to desired, we found an arranged 6 or 7 cm diameter on the bathroom door. There was a large wall in front of our room window at about 1M50, so no view, our room was located above the kitchens so very noisy. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9:30 if you arrive at 9am there is not much left. The staff at the reception is very rude except the lady who serves breakfast.
This hotel is a tourist catch not at all up to its requirements, we have been several guests to complain about.

If you're looking for an nice hotel (3 Star) with friendly service minded staff this is the one. Clean nice rooms — great beds — duvets — Free WI-FI — elevator — TV with lots of french channels, so you can practice your french skills — refrigiator in the room — free coffe & tea in the lobby — staff is there 24 hours & they're a helpfull & nice as can be — Gare de Nord & Gare de L'est are 12 min walk away — lots of good restaurants & supermarkeds in the street & nearby. I'll be back that's for sure.

We have been during a week of the month of August a family of 6 people, all very correct, small but comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and best of all, all the excellent hotel staff, receptionist (morning how afternoon both) and responsible for breakfast, all very friendly and attentive at all times so that you are not missing anything.

Conveniently located near the Gare du Nord Station (approx 10 min walk). SERVICE: Friendly staff (Note: if you arrive home late, be aware that you'll have to wake up a staff member for re-entry) ROOM: Cosy double is certainly cosy but of good quality. Excellent bed and comfortable mattress. Bathroom only comes with shampoo and body wash so don't forget to bring other toiletries. Perfect for a business trip. Would stay here again.

Well-located (5min walk to Metro, easy to get to the Louvre), amazing service — the Concierge was friendly, extremely helpful and easy to talk to, by taking the time to help us plan parts of our next visit. The same goes for the other staff. The perfumed room was a nice touch. Thanks for a great stay, definitely coming back! +++++ -Boyd.

When we arrived at the hotel our travel agents had only sent through one form to book one of our three rooms. Even though it was not their error they sorted out accommodation at a near by hotel for the other two couples and gave us all free breakfast for our three night stay. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast were good. Our bedroom we had was clean and bright. Good location in easy walk of the station, metro and whilst bike hire was just outside the door! Plenty for lovely restaurants and bars around.

At least they had a fan. The main thing that I didn't like was that it wasn't in a very nice place of town (lots of graffiti) and you have to pay a lot for a tiny breakfast. If your meal isn't included, go get some food at a store and put it in their mini fridge. When we checked in we didn't realize the meal didn't come with it and the guy at the front counter said "breakfast is at 7am till 9am" and never mentioned it wasn't included. We ended up paying $12 euros each for hard boiled eggs, cheese slices, cereal and coffee. Not worth it. The phone was very simple and you had no idea how to dial out.

Small Cozy hotel. Rooms are small too but their Wifi works well. Tv at the room and in a quite street.
