➜ The price is not too expensive but can do better I think.
Staff was patient and helpful. Room had rotten floorboards, smelled like cigarettes, dirty, and was hot. Hotel located next to a police station — so sirens can be heard around the clock. The location is moderate — not too far from a few major Metro stations, but not really walking distance from the heart of the city. There is a few neat bars/bistros right in the area that I liked. Supermarket around the corner. Would not recommend for solo traveler. Would recommend for someone on a very tight budget, as Paris is a very expensive city.

Good value for location-price-care, but needs a remodel. Wet carpets and something old: ambient with heavy smell for it. Mold on some walls. Shower with plenty of hot water but temperature my very difficult to stabilize. Space shower very uncomfortable: any bodily movement closes the handle of the water faucet. Wi-Fi with good signal but with thousands of Internet outages, and sometimes disappears for hours. Shots current French-style that prevents you from inserting the dowels in europe. Just work the pins in european FINE.
