Are there any cheap hotels in Paris? I am wondering since it does not seem to be the case. Fully renovated and very comfortable, Hipotel Paris Belleville is a dream address for budget travellers in Paris, offering really cheap rates for a main tourist destination in Europe like the capital city of France, with its countless museums and tourist attractions. The hotel is really close to Colonel Fabien underground station, allowing direct access to the major sites of interest of Paris, such as the Champs Elysées, the Sacré Coeur, Pigalle and the famous Le Père Lachaise cemetery. The Hipotel Paris Belleville consists of three buildings, which surround a lovely flowery courtyard offering guests an enchanting view and the possibility to enjoy a particular and even rare aspect of the Parisian buildings. negative or positive: Directions: Get off at the Colonel Fabian metro stop. When you get out of the metro exit, turn left and cross the street. (You should see a cafe. ) Turn left again and walk down the sidewalk until you see the street Vicq d'Azir. Turn right. Walk until you see the big blue sign that says "Hipotel. " I stayed in the cheapest room possible. The room had a small table with a tablecloth, a decent bed, open closet, extra blanket, a sink, and a towel. No toilet or bath — — there is a shared one for everyone on the same floor. Warning: the toilet is a hole on the floor! I never used the shower so I can't say anything about that. The staff was very helpful and nice! But I have read reviews complaining about the staff. It might be better to try speaking French first. Anyway, in my experience with the staff — — I met three — — they were very kind and smiled at me. The surroundings: it doesn't seem to be a place you can walk freely around at night. Other than that, it is a very interesting place; there is a lot of diversity, many Far Eastern Asians, Tunisian restaurants, and more! Also a lot of internet cafes.

Nightly rates from $70
