We have stayed there several times, and we'll get to that. We will always seek one of the rooms that open into the patio (we don't want rooms on the floor). They are not large but are quiet and bathroom, basement is very spacious consisting of a bath and a shower. We recommend the breakfast at Marlette (rue faubourg Poissonnière) when your lunch or dinner at the restaurant just across The Elan 9 is perfect and succulent.

Its all but 4* hotel. It was clean, but the staff need major training in service. Not to mention that only a receptionist speaks English. No bread at breakfast. Tiny little "dining room", coffee machine nor the bluetooth speaker in the bedroom doesn't work (not in any room apparently) and its not welcomed to ask for anything extra. Handy location but thats about it.

I stayed during a weekend in Paris. There was a problem with key card access to the rooms. Whenever we had a need to access the receptionist had to open our door. The rooms are exigues. The bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is however very well located 30 meters from the metro station poissonniere.

The room was too small, we could not even open the suitcases. They did not put shampoo in the bathroom because they said they were lacking, instead they put hand soaps. The breakfast was very poor. We were asking for a croissant, and they were bringing a few more or went to the nearby oven to buy at that time. There was no living area near the reception, only 2 chairs and 1 coffee table. They did not have co-operation for guided tours Good impressions: satisfactorily clean. Right next to the METRO. Very helpful receptionist. Quite room. Comfortable beds.

You can pay certain figures just because out there is written to best western and then sleep in a room where to be able to go to the bathroom you have to climb up on the bed immediately after I walked in the room… not to mention the breakfast room where there are ten posts, half of which is positioned near the entrance of the hotel and the garden with the result that at every entrance and exit you get a pneumonia… bad Experience.

Great location. Microacopic but functional rooms. Comfortable bed.

The room was very small and the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Although warned, from the airport, my belt was never found…

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Small but a great hotel, the hospitality was good. The breakfast spread was really small and not much to choose from. The rooms are great and well maintained.

Great hotel located at the heart of the city. Stones throw from gare du nord. Right next to the metro as well. Highly recommended.

A good address halfway between the North Station and the Gare de l'Est. The room is "spacious" with the bathroom (shower and bathtub) in souplex.

Standard rooms are much too small! We were able to negotiate a cost-effective Upgrade incl. 6x Free Breakfast. This was not sufficient. Nothing special in a small buffet form. A pity that I have to take a shot forgot to. Otherwise, the stay was quite okay. The toilet was in the closet in the sleeping area. This one should move more to the bathroom!

The rooms are really small! The staff is nice and helpful thou, the Ac doesn't work most of the times, television hardly works, too ambitious to call themselves a five star or 4star hotel!

One stop from East train station on the metro. Metro station adjacent to hotel. You can get anywhere in the city easily and come back to drop off things or rest before going out again. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Location makes up for the small rooms…

Love this hotel. It's now my 2nd time staying here and it's great. The location is ideal for something close to gare du Nord if you're flying out of CDG but still central enough you can walk to a lot of things. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are amazing. Much better than Best Westerns you find stateside.

The room was very modern and not far from some sights. The room is on the smaller side but the staff were very friendly and willing to help.

We stayed overnight after flying in from the US. We arrived several hours before check in and the staff was not able to provide us a room yet. To apologize, they upgraded our room. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quite small but very nice hotel. Could use a more extensive breakfast buffet for a 4-star hotel.

Location was great with the hotel being a minute's walk from a metro station and within a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable bed. Some toiletries were missing however staff were quick to provide them. Breakfast was nice.

Good Location, Comfortable bed but caution to those who are claustrophobic, the room is very small. positives: 1. Helpful and friendly frontdesk staff. 2. Safe hotel. Didn't lose any valuables in this hotel (unlike stories which I heard of Hotels in Paris) 3. Great Location. The hotel is just beside a metro station. The metro in Paris is very well connected. The station is relatively safe. Don't see any pickpockets on the lookout for targets unlike other stations. 4. Very comfortable bed 5. Very well heated room. 6. Near a small supermarket — Franprix NEGATIVES: 1. Very very small room. We had problem to open our only large size luggage fully no matter how much we re-organise the room. 2. Inconsistent Housekeeping — At times, the housekeeping may just tidy up the room but forgotten to change the towels. At times, when the housekeeping remembered to change the towels, they forgot to top up the coffee and empty the rubbish. There was a day when I realised the housekeeping folded back the used towels instead of providing for a new set. We noticed this as we saw the same makeup smudge on the towel which we left on the floor for them to change. 3. Seemingly weak and moderately slow Wi-Fi connection. (e. G. You can stream youtube in 480p but not in 720p. You are able to view Facebook/instagram photos but not able to view Facebook/instagram videos properly. It stop and start every few seconds)

Nice hotel, good area of Paris, everything was in a walkable distance. Also pet friendly, we were there with our 2 dogs for 4 days and everything went well! The dogs really enjoyed the staying and Paris.

Clean, modern, good beds, good shower, nice staff. Will go again.

This hotel has been newly renovated and is conveniently located next to the subway, making it very easy for us to see so many sights during our stay in Paris!

Good service and friendly staff. Rooms are standard for a Paris hotel and the breakfast is good. Nicely located.
