This hotel is SMALL. Fitting for one person the room we booked. Cannot comment on the breakfast because it wasn't as describe. If you're looking a quick weekend get away then YES but expect nothing more from this hotel.

Hotel has no AC and is located in a very rough area. Area is also very noisy at night and you won't be able to sleep with the window open.

Good clean, standard hotel. Very handy for metro, train and plane.

Unhelpful and rude staff. I asked for help several times because my internet was not working (the room was too far from the Wi-Fi antenna), and they ignored me. I asked for another room and they refused. In addition, the rooms are super small. Really really tiny space; they don't even include a wardrobe to put the clothes.

That is to say that in the years 90 ', the hotel was very good. But not much changed in the meantime. The dilapidated is partly compensated by a very friendly and present team but it is not enough. Breakfast, served in a 3 * 3M room, by a Damme (not at will, no) it's a little surreal. Very noisy area and no air conditioning so… complicated in the summer. Wi-Fi unusable: open and (probably) speed dial-up. If you have to work, forget… Well, not so bad, but very very expensive for what it is.

The room is super small has nothing to do with the photos of the web, the shower impossible of how small that is, well located cleaning justita, well lunch.

The hotel rooms are slightly small but Hey, we are not here to sit in room but to enjoy a beautiful city. The room was clean, bed comfortable and all staff were warm and welcoming. Lovely, friendly bar next door. Had a wonderful time.

Nice hotel near Gare de L'est (2 min). Wifi was ok, slow in the morning and evening. Small but modern rooms. Staff was always very friendly and supportive.

Very good hotel because would say it's in d centre place nd u communication is great… rooms are good and airy. A bit small but it's nice.

Budget hotel. The rooms and toilets are very small. The lights in the room was flickering. Room was not at all was as cold the air sneaks in from under the door. It's in a good location and the joy ends there.

Nice clean hotel in town-center near. Everything was relatively easy to reach on foot.

Hotel quite central, with a metro stop very near… the day that we sounded the fire alarm for a power failure due to the floods that had those days… and it took a lot of in clear it, and we all hope in the street with our pajamas a good time, because inside the hotel because of the noise couldn't be… the next day she passed the same thing… it was just bad luck, I guess, but I can't be objective because of this.

Not bad, good quality price, is very affordable, even cheap, depending on the season. Very well located, close to the north Station, two metro stops very close and is well located. The rooms are small but clean and for the price are very good. Breakfast included, but there are also the two side boulenguerie, all delicious. Very Good service in reception, yes they don't speak Spanish lol.

Stayed there for 2 nights. The staffs are accomodating and really helpful. The place is nice and close to Main station going to the airport.

Pretty quiet… Recently tastefully redone but with simple materials. A value for money not too bad in the neighborhood … Especially with the Booking promos… I've been there twice in a row. Staff not very chatty as often in Paris but ok. 5th floor without elevator to avoid with a large suitcase …

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy, plenty of power sockets, but the rooms were poky. Quite cold with poor heating. Overall, I'd stay again as it was a fair price.

Clean and modern hotel; The prices are a bit high but remain correct compared to the location of the hotel.

For a stay of a couple of days in Paris and visit the most emblematic places, is an ideal hotel. Is located in the center of Paris (district 10) and super well connected, between the Gare du Nord and Gare du l'est, 5 and 3 minutes away from the hotel respectively. The only downside is it can be put is that the rooms are small, but for a couple, there is no problem as you only sleep and shower is sufficient (and also cozy), but if you are more than 2 people the room is dwarf (not to be that they have more room for more capacity). The service from reception (we attended a young lady, a typical French, very educated, and at all times take care of help us in everything we need) is very correct. In summary if you want to visit Paris (I will be four days and move easily through the city, without hesitation I would recommend this hotel, apart from that I have not mentioned that is very well priced and above with breakfast included (this is not the typical buffet breakfast you get in most hotels, but it is a breakfast correct-

Hotel Simple, well located (close to the Gare de l'est and the North station), very pleasant staff.! The rub: very thin partitions.

Hotel correct, even in Aillant spent a horrible night because of the room next door… The walls are very poorly insulated, so I unfortunately heard the ' torrid ' night in detail of those…

Rooms too small x two people and the area one sucks.

Great location and excellent front staff. Went out of their way to assist us with local traveling options, places to visit and give us advice. The room on the other hand was minutely tiny, uncomfortably so. Especially with two colleagues sharing. It was spotlessly clean and the balcony a bonus.

Room that we're staying was super small. Haven't see a room that tiny. A min u open the door u nearly hit the corner of the bed. The picture was taken from the open balcony. Haven't said that room was clean. Toilet was clean too. Very hot inside and you can't keep your window open because of the traffic outside. Very busy on the road and you can hear everything. They could leave a better choice for people who like coffee. If you have two cups in the room they should leave two coffees and two pack of tea's at least not one of each. Also teaspoon would be handy all we got was a plastic cocktail stick. There's no bar or restaurant in the lobby. Just few chairs. Check in is at 2pm sharp. We walked in at 13:50 at were told to wait. Over all we it's ok except the room was super tiny.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Very affordable and in a good location in the 10th Arrondisimont. 5 minutes walk from Gare L'Est Metro or 30 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Rooms modern and clean. Only negative was that there is no air conditioning.

Hotel located in a tactical point of Paris, has near both supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the metro station. The place is small but friendly tidy and modern.

Hotel located very close to train station with good links to bus routes, however also in a some what questionable part of the city whereby 'neighbourhood' splits are very evident and could be intimidating to some! Hotel was basic and moderately clean — beds very comfortable but very nosey and not sound proof! Reception staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was continental so very basic — does say self service but this wasn't adopted well by the lady who served as she needed to control n oversee everything! Basically this hotel does what it says and you pay for what u get… Good stay but if ever returned I would look for something more modern.

It's a good budget hotel. With free breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi.

Food was continental so not much to eat. Rooms we very nice but very noisy couldn't have window open because all night traffic never stops.

Very small rooms and noise from 8.30 in the morning because the cleaning ladies are busy, extremely noisy elevator, especially the voice that announces the floor. The rooms are clean.

Fake Photos of room This is a fake hotel all the people sitting at the reception will speak the same language. I have visited this hotel just for 1 night thank god I booked it for 1 day. Hotel room is toooo small if you have two suitcase you cant even stand in the room you need jump over the bed. Bed size is also too small my legs are outside the bed if I need to sleep straight. We are three my son and my wife it was difficult to sleep on that bed and I cant even ask for extra bed as there is no space to stand my son stroller was lying outside room. I will not recommend this hotel at all because all the receptionist have no powers to take decisions they will say manager is not here you need to write an email they will not even call the manager I asked them to refund my money and I was ready to leave they even not allow me do that as they cant take any decisions. I stay in Paris for 7 day and overall it was very comfortable except the last night when I have stay in this hotel. Thanks Ankit.

No air conditioning and room was extremely small. Clearly not worth its price.

Guest from 12/15/2012 to 12/19/2012 Poor Reception not a word both English and Italian shower room tiny bathroom idem idem communication difficulties the cold room in the bathroom pipes discovered small room for breakfast as well as the tables if we were all present needed to wait the turn Barbie House is more spacious.
Last thing to my request for a taxi to the airport after 10 min. I felt respond in French to speak at the train station where I would find the taxi.

25 years stayed at Alane Hotel, I have never had a problem especially with the different teams that have come and gone, we're always attentive as needed and the feedback from clients, there are a lot of renovations and improvements since last 5 years, the hotel is really very soundproof, you hear almost no noise when we close the vollets.
Cleanliness is impeccable, and breakfast and quite hearty.
Thanks to the quality of the service, I have already recommended and I continue to invite all people who want to find a hotel clean and convenient to come in Alane Hotel.

Does not deserve the 3 stars — soundproofing is very bad despite what is stated — no heating in the room upon arrival — dilapidated bathroom — without comfort.
