A modest hotel at a modest price. Been here 4 times over the years and always had a friendly welcome. Hotel is old fashioned in terms or decor but makes up with a good breakfast!

Great location A very good address!

Creaky old hotel with lots of minor niggles, but all the basics are perfectly ok. Good beds, great breakfasts, helpful staff, good free parking 3 minutes away (parking lot included some oversee by police station security cameras), and a top-notch location in this gem of a mediaeval city.

Nice staff, ancient building and no elevator. Characteristic location 2 steps from the beautiful old town. Price and service aligned. Recommended for easy Stop.

An absolutely charming welcome, spacious rooms and very well entrenues, a continental breakfast pantagruelique… and very good location at the gates of the old town. In a nutshell: Wonderful.

Simple but comfortable, on the other hand it would have been nice to warn for stairs, room on the third floor no elevator and a husband with a problem at the knees…

Petit hotel sympathique, au coeur de la vieille ville. Chambres de bon goût, propres et plutôt spacieuses si l'on choisit bien. Un peu bruyant. Accueil perfectible.

Past two days ago for work in the area. I was surprised to find a hotel of this quality for so cheap.
Breakfast varied, room clean and friendly as well as staff very nice and attentive.
On my next trip I will go back.

Lovely light spacious room, quiet location just minutes from the historical centre. Delicious breakfast and super-friendly staff. Good value. We hghly recommend Hotel Arlequin for a night in Troyes!

Very welcoming hotel, next to the historic centre. Very clean and quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value.

Nice Hotel, clean. Small but comfortable room with ensuite bathroom (shower, hot plant, hairdryer). There is no elevator, but some narrow and characteristic spiral staircases. At the reception, kindness and friendliness. Very good proximity to a parking (surcharge) and the old town.

Very friendly, the room very spacious and family. Breakfast very complete. The situation in the city center is especially nice.
Only downside, lack of parking place near the hotel, but parking within 10 minutes walk.

A little grim as place. Close to the Center, it is convenient.
The reception is good. The room is not very large and dusty. Shower broken. Certainly it is not expensive.

Cold atmosphere. Gloomy limit, this hotel would need a good rejuvenation. I have benefited a priori special offer, but frankly for a similar price I prefer IBIS for example. Are no photo.

A very nice hotel, located near the pedestrian streets and the Center. Friendly, good breakfast, nice room. The only negative is that night of high heat, it is very difficult to have a good night. He must choose between the AC blower, stifling hot in the room or open the windows and suffer the constant noise from the street. Too bad! Positive point: ample free parking 200 m. Extremely rare commodity in Troyes.

We have been very well received, I am disabled, and everything has been implemented to offer me a room on the ground floor.
Room was clean and Nice.
Breakfast is worth the price of very good quality, hearty and will.
Provided us information on the city of Troyes with kindness.
Pleasant staff, as has the Welcome to breakfast service.
Parking has 200 M free and accessible even for a handicapped person.
Very good memory of our passage.
We will return with great pleasure at this hotel.

No hot water and clean to avoid.

Hotel for connoisseurs of antiquity and not very demanding tourists. Located in the old town in a historic building, with all the consequences. Two stars, and not wait for more.

Not far from the train station (5-10 minutes maximum)
Very good value for money, clean room.
Negative points:
don't take a room on the ground floor, very noisy. See even annoying.
We hear the passengers, the cars, the Prosecutor's office on the 1st floor Squeak and noise in the corridors.
Otherwise very good stay.

Good location and good service. Perfect hotel to make a step in the journey and visit the city of Troyes. This price is hard to beat.
