I loved this hotel! Clean room and bathroom, access to sauna and gym, very pleasant staff, and vegetarian dining on request. Ideally located in front of the train station and very close to the city centre with the shops.

Nice clean hotel with good size rooms. Only stayed one night but did not find it welcoming. Staff were offhand and in the bar and restaurant downright rude and discourteous both in the evening and at breakfast.

Usual Mercure hotel good size rooms. Clean and service excellent.

Hotel of standing located opposite the station (and thus next to the tram).
Clean underground Parking at the hotel available.
For a 4 star, it is very nice even if a slight modernization of the hall would not be negligible. The rooms as for them are new.

Ottimo hotel. In generale ha soddisfatto ogni mia aspettativa. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Sono veramente dettagli quelli che ho notato è che andrebbero "corretti". Consiglio anche per la posizione. Vicino al centro e a due passi dalla stazione dei treni. Non ho usufruito della colazione ne del bar/ristorante quindi non posso dare un giudizio in merito. La camera pulita, personale cortese.

It does not pay mine from the outside, but rather efficient inside the comfortable rooms just a few steps from the train station.

A classic mercury… Simple and warm decor… Always basic room facilities; Very nice staff Staff room Service One has the impression that it is better not to disturb them under penalty of retaliation! Location of the hotel very good in the city center a few steps from the train station and not far from the bars etc…

The hotel is quite standard, but the restaurant has an amazing cuisine: try it.

Great Hotel for the traveler. Simple and tidy rooms, modern bathrooms, cleanliness more than acceptable, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast not really up to par with other hotels in the same Mercure chain. Strategic location between train station and Old Town.

The restaurant staff is very attentive and the woks are excellent.

I just ate after a conference, it was very bad. Lack of taste, C wines were piquettes. I had already experienced a few years ago under the same conditions it has not changed.

Convenient to the station, good structure, the rooms privilège are cozy, the beds very comfortable. Rich Breakfast Buffet.

Rooms were fine, nothing amazing. Breakfast was good but watch out for the razor sharp knives, 3 of my party of 18 cut themselves at breakfast buttering bread!

The reception was very nice and my room was easy to get into. The lights were a little difficult to turn on but everything else was great.

Comfortable, clean, opposite the station, nothing to say I advice.

Near the train station, very good bedding, kettle with teas and coffee at disposal DS rooms.

We arrived at the Mercure for an overnight stay on the last leg of a continental rail trip. Within minutes of getting our room keys we were all back at reception complaining about the excessive heat in our rooms. So hot it was hard to draw breath! There was no apology and the excuse was the air conditioning had been turned off for the winter! In consequence, no-one was able to sleep which was annoying as we had a very early start to catch the Eurostar in Paris. Also the food was quite dismal. So Nil Poins for the Mercure.

1. The air conditioner was not cooling and they refused to change my room. 2. The room smells bad 3. The breakfast ist far from the level of other hotels of the same level 4. Bad service of staff on the reception TERRIBLE!

The night staff is adorable, I know not one of which must be also.
