Apartment 15 massive balcony, great view
Close too centre and train station.

Clean spacious n new concept.

Aallonkoti Hotel Apartments are well positioned in Helsinki, with lovely quiet views of the parkland and lake. Even though the apartments are close to the train lines and a very short walk to the central station. The apartments are very quiet, due to good design and window glazing. The overall care of the apartment is good along with the building. A big downside for us was the state of the oven and dishwasher and the freezer needed a defrost washing machine and dryer (mould and lots of hair and gunk, far to yuk to use). These are all a monthly maintenance and would take a longer time to clean, a few lights didnt work but once again a maintenance problem Bed was comfortable along with the general furniture both inside and on the verandah/balcony, west balcony facing apartments are best in winter If the Aallonkoti Hotel Apartments were better maintained, we would have given 5 stars, also the apartments are wheelchair friendly.

Hieno paikka, siisti ja moderni ja sijainti todella hyvä. Talossa on oma autotalli mikä helpottaa, kun saa matkatavarat hissillä kuljetettua autosta asuntoon. Naapurista löytyi herkullista kiinalaista ruokaa tarjoava Sunny Bay. Varmaan tulemme jatkossa aina tänne, jos vain tilaa löytyy.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, everything you need. A good option when you need more than one hotel room.

Top accommodation. All very high quality. Location ideal. In the middle of the centre. Everything is within walking distance. The only downside is the small double beds.

Great apartment. Only 7 mins walk from train station. Lovely view and wonderful apartment. Highly recommend.

Big room, good facility inside room, new and clean, friendy staff, good location.

Good quality self catering apartments. Rooms are nice and a decent size and layout. Facilities are good. Located not far from the train station and several restaurants.

Location very good; within 10' to Railway Station which ease of transportation to Tram; Metro; Rail n Bus… Apt is clean n spacious with an excellent friendly; jovial n most accommodating front desk manager.

Note this is a block of apartments that you can rent and there is an office that is manned when someone is checking in or out if you arrive when the office is not manned you can phone the number on the door and someone will come and check you in or in my case as I pre warned them of my arrival time the keys to the apartment was left in a small safety deposit box and we were given the key apartment was clean, large and the kitchen area had an oven, hob and microwave there is a book of instructions and even a Wi-Fi password for the apartment the apartment is centrally located with two supermarkets nearby as well as the bus station and tram stop.

Large appartment with good bathroom and kitchen (building has common shared sauna). Good location half mile from the train, team and metro stops. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance.

Small apartment hotel. New, clean, and centrally located.

Totally nice staff! Into the apartment everything man wants! I would also like the bed! Very great and very tasteful! We would have liked to stay longer with our family (3 children). The situation is also hard to beat. Small — hair of predecessors in the bathroom.
Next time we want to rent the penthouse.

Thank you for the best birthday venue I've ever had. Me and my friends had an excellent time. The appartment was luxurious and location and the views were spectacular. Looking forward to coming to Aallonkoti another time too. :)

What a great location, very peaceful. We were very fortunate to get a great big rooms at the 2nd and 3rd floor and loved our stay at this innovative hotel/apartment genre property. The staff is fantastic and very helpful, and probably the best part of the whole package. The rooms were comfortable, the bedding adequate, the water pressure great, the kitchen functional, Latest amenities. Near by to centrum area. Supermarket is few blocks away.
