Very nice hotel, delicious breakfasts and dinners. I didn't expect anything different from Hilton.

It is very easy to drive up to the hotel by car, in front of the hotel open parking 4 hours free with hours! Or hotels parking closed paid parking. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works great, breakfast arranged for 80% very pleasant girls immediately offer hot drinks. We didn't get to the basain, the restaurant makes very tasty cocktails and the food is priced as in the city! In general, happy again be sure to come!

A slightly dated hotel with a dark ambience, the Helsinki's summer can't seem to overcome. The rooms are on the small size, but with all the amenities you expect. The shower and water are comfortable and warm. Two great benefits of the hotel are the views from your room — amazing! — and closeness to most of the individual tourist places. The executive lounge is small, food choices are OK.

Decent Hilton branded hotel. Good location — not too far from city attractions. Rooms are good, as expected. Sauna on the top floor was not as hot as expected, but I guess the hotel cannot run it properly hot in order to avoid potential accidents. Still very nice to have a sauna in a hotel. Restaurant is expensive, but good is not bad. Breakfast buffet is quite good, but at 22 Euro per person I'd expect it to be very good.

Only a cold pool slightly spoils the picture, and so everything is wonderful.

Short stay of a couple of days. Not very satisfied of the room because really small but for everything else I would say nothing to say. Great breakfast, pool and decent gym. Overpriced bar fridge prices. Small water 6 euro.

Nicely located at the seaside, a very well organized staff, great breakfast, nice executive lounge. City center right across the bridge. One must try reindeer — a Finnish delicacy. Not bad selection of wines and liquors. Rooms tidy, USB charging ports in sockets. Would recommend this hotel for both group and business trips.

Nicely located hotel, easy walk to the town centre, with decent restaurants nearby. Waterside location and excellent bar area. Rooms of very good standard but had a room with adjoining door so a bit noisy. Trams and taxi rank close so easy to move around.

Great place, a lovely sauna, the ultimate men's and women's, cozy rooms, and breakfast… Oh, there's just no word on it.

The restaurant is so-so, and the problem with the Russian language is with the staff, no one speaks Russian.

Nice hotel. A bit expensive. Service has always been between neutral and great. Parking space is limited and expensive. Stayed there several times because their location is good if doing business in Helsinki.

I had a wonderful experience at this Hilton. The staff is great and the location is very convenient. During my outbound journey, I had misplaced by winter coat at the Helsinki airport. I needed to pick it up from the lost and found office during my return leg. However the lost and found office was scheduled to be closed during my overnight layover in Helsinki. I emailed the hotel explaining my problem and they picked up the coat for me! When I checked in, they already had it waiting for me in my room. Amazing service!

Little bit old fashioned, but OK. Breakfast could be more options, but you will not leave hungry. But do not ouch the coffee machine. You will find a lot of coffee houses with better coffee in the city center.

Not far from the city centre, friendly staff, good breakfast, good rooms, cafe bar, garage, albeit with a limited number of seats. View of the sea.

I love this hotel. Good food, nice lounge, gym is sufficient, and we'll situated. The staff are always very accommodating, breakfast is one of the better options as far as hotels go in town, and they have a killer whiskey selection at the bar. Highly recommended.

Newly refurbished and very well situated for business. Swimming pool small and not suitable for training, good gym and sauna. Rooms large, very well equipped, with good internet. Decent restaurant for breakfast and dinner, although there are many alternatives within close reach.

Fantastic hotel. Great rooms with lovely views of the sea. Some of the communal areas are a bit dated but the rooms are modern and well equipped. Executive lounge has delicious food and alcoholic drinks available during the evening. Breakfast is also fantastic with a huge selection of items. Staff are very nice. It's not cheap but it is worth every penny.

Not central but in good location price a bit high.

Oh my god this place is nice. There is a gym that is very clean, you have to reserve a sauna but it just takes a talk with the front desk. The staff is just amazing, my girlfriend was feeling ill and they helped me showed me how to get to the hospital and make arrangements. This place was awesome, the room was so nice overlooking the water and in walking distance to everything.

Stayed here during a conference. Enjoyed the perfect room, service and food. It is really clean and new. Close. To weather and walk distance from city centre. The conference held place in the hotel and we got really good service here to. The second day we ate lunch in the hotel. Good buffet with enough amount of warm and cold alternatives. In the afternoon we got waffles and chocolate mouse.

The location as well as the rooms were impeccable, nice and Clean. Also the checkin was Excellent.
however, we perceived the staff at the bar rather as unfriendly. Therefore a star Deduction.

You feel warmly welcome immediately after you have presented yourself, the staff is extraordinary kind and helpful. Spacious room with a splendid view to the port (from room 742). Meeting room is just perfect, food is good.

Old outside, very modern inside. We stayed in a suite and it had an amazing water view. Staffs werr also very helpful, and the hotel js near the subway and big tram stop.

Although a bit old fashioned looking on the outside the inside is very contemporary, clean and fresh. Room had a lovely view of the marina. Well maintained and good service. Friendly staff. The breakfast has an outstanding selection, all of high quality. Not too far to walk to the town centre …

Horrshij Hotel in downtown Helsinki. Horrshaja transport Accessibility. To the Centre 10 min. Nice breakfast. Really expensive-EUR 22 per person. There is a free sauna in the hotel room 5.

We had a beautiful fifth floor room with a view of the water. The furnishings were smart and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The sauna/pool was a welcome respite after a day of walking and sightseeing. It's a short jaunt into the main tourist areas along an easy route. We'd stay again.

The sauna is small and the breakfast and VIP service is very good and you can have a cocktail after the sauna.

Great service, front of house staff are really always have a smile on their face and generally very professional. I would stay here again. Gym is really great size too with an excellent view. Additionally the rooms are very nice :) Great location, can walk anywhere from this location. Very safe and breakfast is awesome!

A nice hotel with big rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast and friendly staff. Metro and Tram station is a few minutes walk away. But there is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms and we had to pay 20 Euros (! ) to get a voucher for 2 days. In the year 2015, this is just ridicoulus.
So 5 stars for the hotel, minus 2 for the Wi-Fi situation.

Split an old hotel and a restructuring at this time isn't all that great, very central.

PROS: Got a view facing south overlooking the canal. Nice! Work table also sat in front of the window which was a nice added touch. Rate was fairly competitive compared to other international hotels. Weekend Rate @ 99 Euro Sleep quality was decent and I did get a King size bed. Free bicycle rental. Very helpful staff Heated bathroom floor Hilton points CONS: 10, 00 Euro internet for 24 hours. A SLIGHTLY longer walk to downtown (this is really not a big deal unless you are averse to walking an extra 5 minutes to the shops and station! ).

Beautiful old building by the shore. Spacious rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff. Thanks to the massive construction of the building we weren't able to hear any sound coming from outside our room. There are sauna rooms, a gym and a swimming pool, which unfortunately had very cold water. As usual for this type of hotel, you pay for internet access (take a few gold bars), and even then the Wi-Fi signal can be pretty bad. Would score higher with better and free Wi-Fi.

A year from now I will probably not remember much about my stay. "Smooth" is all I needed and that is what I got. However the level of services exceeded my expectations. Although I avoid being a pain in the neck, it happened that one of the mornings I was late for breakfast. A lady form the staff did not hesitate to go to the kitchen and return with a plate full of food. I highly appreciated that.

I was a bit taken aback by some comments about the hotel being aged but still chose it for my stay. It was great — for 100 euro I got a large room. A reasonable price for the comfort, the wonderful sea view and the lovely service. It appears that you should visit the place and decide on your own whether to like it or not. I loved it.

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week in January. We liked the calm area, the atmosphere as a whole and the friendly service as they were crucial for making us feel at home. Furthermore all the discounts were so nice! Who does not like discounts after all.

Genuinely kind staff. The boat ride was great. I had the best salmon for dinner.
