Really a great experience, sauna is great on the highest floor and the service is really exceptionally good and warm.

Great room. But too many 125cc rev heads across the road.

Nice hotel, rooms, and management. The breakfast and dinner options could be better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was a minus four days ago to change the towels (on our request) and never kona the floor. The room was large enough (living in a deluxe) with all the necessary tools, a separate bedroom, a 50 inch TV and a modern shower. Close to 10 meters of the grocery store, at 300 meters, probably one of the finest restaurants in the city of Tornio (Mustaparran Paamaja), 600 meters a shopping mall with many shops and food. There is also a shopping mall and Ikea on the border with Sweden within 1 km.

This is a good hotel as far as quality of a room service, personnel friendliness and breakfast is concerned, however it has one huge downside — it's located next to a nightclub, which works till 4am. If you are one of those types who can't fall asleep when there is a lot of extra noise outside including low bass music beats and people screaming and laughing on the street all night long than you would be better off staying somewhere else.

Stylish and clean rooms with delicious breakfast. Easily found right in the center of Tornio. Friendly staff and the most big-hearted owner that took good care of us.

The room did not have the required condiments like hand soap, etc. Room was not cleaned properly (extremely dirty mirrors) and the necessary room service information was missing (no lobby phone number, check-out time, etc. ) Customer service needs improvement as informing about the lack of proper etiquette resulted in the hotel manager insulting the guest. An apology would have sufficed but alas was not provided. The hotel is brand new so maybe the lack of proper procedure can be explained by lack of experience, but at the moment I do not recommend this facility to any new customers.
