Very happy with the room, sauna, food (truly excellent mushroom porridge) and service. Would be happy to come back. Couldn't be closer to the slopes: you can ski out and ski in from the door!
Beautiful hotel spotless staff are very friendly go out of their way to accommodate you, the buffet is gorgeous with the half board option. Cabins are amazing stairs are steep but wasn't a problem for us (young couple), might be for young children and older people. Only real negative feedback is the compete lack of shuttle buses to and from the town and ski lifts. Buses stop running to the hotel at 3:45pm and your only option is a minimum 30 minute incline walk or a very expensive taxi for a 5 minute trip. If this gets resolved I 100% recommend this hotel as the views are breathtaking and you are located at the best possible location for the northern lights.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the town. If you are older or not particularly mobile don't get a room with a loft the ladder is very steep and it will be difficult to get to bed. Restaurant has delicious food although not a lot of variety if you are staying several days only choice of 3 mains. Great breakfast and location is perfect for hiking — can start many hikes from the hotel.
