Very nice hotel, modern, clean and well located near Central pedestrian mall. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of foods to eat. The bread was to die for!

A wonderful hotel. The kitchen chef is Chaine Confraire and thus the quality and choice of food is at a correspondingly high level. The offered wine of the house is also very well selected and harmonizes with the food on offer. The service is discreet, confidently friendly and professional. Overall, a very pleasant stay in picturesque surroundings right on the river.

Decent Hotel Good location Beds rather comfortable. Clean room. A sauna reserved for women and one for men. Good buffet in the morning. Less well in the evening. Could offer more towels for the sauna and other amenities.

The hotel is centrally located and is convenient to all services. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with bathroom. The restaurant is international in type, but on the map you can order local dishes (reindeer). Also the breakfast is of international type with possibility of choice between sweet or savory.

Nice hotel with very polite staff, spa room is included in the room rate. The hotel is on the central street of the city and not far from the promenade.

There's a shuttle bus running from the airport to several hotels nearby at a cost of 7 Euro. Just check with the drivers which hotel you are staying and get on the bus. So getting to the hotel is easy. The hotel room is nicely decorated with a simulated aurora lighting installed which is quite interesting. Breakfast was ok, though not remarkable, but plenty of choice. Check in and out was easy and staffs were very very friendly, even the housekeeping staffs were smiling and greeting us everyday which I felt welcomed, and extremely homely. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel. Situated right in the heart of Rovaniemi. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the Sauna. The beds are very comfortable and cozy, the engineering that goes into making those frames is absolutely fantastic. Would choose it again on future trips.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been in Finland! Rooms are spatious, gym is amazing, as well pool and sauna. Breakfast is various and delicious. They have also bikes so you can visit the town for free with very good directions from the smiley personal. Really recommend this place!

Central location, large room clean, great colaziome, nice staff.

Great service, warm atmosphere and modern and functional rooms, also pleasing to the eye. The hotel staff were very helpful, when we had to ask about food restrictions and also some remedies for insect bites. Will most likely visit here again, if I need to stay in Rovaniemi.

Quaint hotel in Finland, pretty pricey but well maintained.

The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The prices of the minibar are insane: 4, €15 a small bottle of water that at the nearest market is located at 0, €99 is excessive.

Clean room and friendly staff. Our room was not that large, but no problem for few days stay. A bus station to Santa Village is right in front of the hotel. You can find a nice view of Lumberjack's Candle Bridge just few min walk from the hotel, it is out side to the left.

Great arctic-themed hotel in a central location.

Muy céntrico, habitaciones muy cómodas y modernas, staff agradable, desayuno y sauna ok.

Room was cosy, but a bit too small in my opinion. The shower stall had a huge gap under the door and it wasn't elevated meaning that water would flow out of the stall easily during a shower. The service was good however. As we had a kettle that looked disgustingly bad, we requested for a change and they did it without hesitation. There was also free Wi-Fi available and the signal was strong. All in all, a hotel that is pretty nice to stay in Rovaniemi.

Perfect for a stop in Rovaniemi. Great location and good service. Rooms well equipped and quiet, average restaurant with typical dishes and international cuisine. Wi-Fi is great. Recommended.

The installations is good but the room is too cold and noise.

It is horrible, right now I'm in the room and the walls are vibrating with the noise of the disco, I say that until the wee hours of the morning will be running the sound and don't want to change my room. It is not advisable for nothing. Evitadlo if you want to sleep in peace. Is to report it but how?.
