Lovely place and location by a lake. Excellent breakfast with fresh local bakery products. Friendly and helpful staff! Pensionat was still under renovation, but it didn't bother us much. Hence four stars. Would visit again.

I visited Johanna’s Hembakta for breakfast (aweome miljö and Johanna was super nice). She introduced me to Stalldalen’s owner. Stalldalen’s story is unique and the owner might the most helpful and customer orientated guy in Åland. I haven’t got any plans to stay at Stalldalen but I loved area’s personality and people’s hospitality. Place was fully booked. Still thw owner organized a room for me somehow. Bicycles were included for the price (reasonable). I rode 1, 5km to local brewery for dinner. In total I had a pleasure to enjoy the Stalldalen experience. This is the place to stay in Åland.
