Basic but decent hotel. Good showers and friendly personnel. Breakfast is generally okay, but the orange juice is not.

Nice hotel, I would like the window in my room to open (it doesn't. ) Also, the room was a bit dusty, as soon as we came in.

Hotel was nice. Clean and staff polite and helpful. Also spoke good english. 300 metres from entrance to old town. 10 minute walk from ferry terminals.

Pros: location, great breakfast. The room is small, clean. The girl at the reception fundamentally did not want to speak to us in English.

Friendly and helpful staff, small room, carpets are disgusting, bathroom nice and clean, breakfast ok, location great. Rooms located on ground floor and windows to the yard will get smoke through windows from a lot of people smoking outside (and being really loud).

Great Hotel within walking distance of the Old Town of Tallinn. Also easy to reach The port Terminals even on foot (10-15min). Plentiful and very varied breakfast.

We got lucky & got one of the only exterior rooms that had huge windows to the street. Really enjoyed the view of the church towers. Location is very good, central but peaceful. The breakfast room had a really nice antique interior.

Very good location! We couldn't use the air conditioner (winter time). The room was too hot, because we couldn't open the windows.

Nice, not too expensive hotel in a good area with good connections to harbour. Little noicy at night, but nothing intolerable. Good breakfast and friendly service.

I did not have a reservation for my 1 night stay in August. Hotel Bern was the 3rd hotel I walked to and I got the last available room. The welcome from Reception was friendly. Special mention is to be made of Mikael. He was on his way off shift, however he stayed back to show me the room first, so that I could decide if I would stay there. The hotel is awat from the hustle and bustle of the main Old Town streets and so I got a good nights sleep. It is still near enough to walk to quickly. There is a large enough supermarket right across the street which was very handy for water. My room had a stocked mini bar but had space for some water. The quality of amenities in the bathroom was very high. The size of the room was adequate. It had 2 single beds. The interior was very sparce though, with spare walls except for one where there was a picture. There was a large safe and enough cupboard space. Breakfast was included in my rate. There was a wide selection of cold cereals, cold cuts, fruit, breads, pastries, cheeses and fruit. There was also hot oats and scrambled eggs. I wanted an omelette and it was made for me. I would choose this hotel again and would recommend it to a friend. I would reserve a lower standard room. I felt that the price paid was about 20 euros more than I feel would represent the best value.

Very nice hotel almost in the middle of the old city. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The room was very hot though, but we were too tired to figure out why the AC was shutting off after ten or so minutes.

The staff were really friendly and service was really good. I think price and quality ratio is good. Location is quite nice, because it´s so near to Old town and the city. Breakfast was good.

We stopped here twice, once the room was a tad small, the other time very large. Both similar decor. VERY clean and tidy, great breakfast. Can't fault it. All staff had excellent English.

A very good welcome, the staff is smiling and friendly. The rooms are decent and clean. The small tray with tea and coffee in the room is very appreciated. I regret, however, that the dishes are not changed or cleaned regularly. The breakfast was very good and varied. I keep a very good impression of your hotel.

Was in a double room with an extra bed. Everything is fine. Rimi supermarket opposite the hotel. To the Town Hall square to go 7 minutes.

Seen enough htls — this on is realy nice, comfortable, staff is very attentive and highly professional.
