I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an incredibly pleasant experience. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. However, what truly made my stay special was the staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, always smiling, and ready to accommodate my every need.
A special mention goes to Saeed, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. He was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay.
Perfect location and you can reach DownTown, Cairo Festival Mall, Coffees & restaurant by walk.
Also, very quiet and clean rooms with a new concept of hotels and apartments.
Last, the staff is really supportive and I recommend to try this place.
Very classy and elegant place. The staff are welcoming, attentive and accommodating. Food was delicious and they have a lovely pool area and jacuzzi too (photos attached). Kudos to the General Manager Mr. Peter for employing stellar staff and providing excellent facilities.
It is perfectly located as it is walking distance from Downtown Mall.
