Excellent hotel, very well preserved, impeccable facilities, with very good restaurants and food.

A brilliant venue and team of people. Evenly priced and all in all a great experience. I loved their Turkish coffee!

Amazing luxurious hotel. Beautiful views and very nice service. I attended my cousin's wedding there. Haven't stayed till the buffet so not sure about the food. But the place is super clean. I highly recommend it. It is also accessible.

The room is very good, capacious and well furnished except the pillows which were not neck friendly. Bathroom is well equipped and the room service are really fast in response to guest demands. The lobby is extraordinary in design, with a modern taste in seats and art pieces, but still not luxurious enough for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good, with a reasonable range of choices but could be improved. Overall, the hotel staff are smiling and helpful and they behave in a welcoming way.

Amazing place, with super friendly stuff members the inside view was super good the food was good, I had an amazing time there but it's far away from touristic places, I was there for a conference so I couldn't leave the area where the hotel was. But overall great experience.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel. Check in was easy and fast. Rooms were comfy and quiet, however I could hear doors closing and knocking around, so I think better isolation should be done. Food was perfect. Shuttle bus driver was very friendly. I'd love to go there once more.

One of the best places I have visited in Cairo, the only flaw but perhaps because it was early, there were few people.

Whilst a decent hotel with good staff and many facilities — including a night club. However if night club plays load bassey music till 2 am every night, no chance of getting much sleep. Even with ear plugs, the beat just penetrated and the room wasn’t even near the night club. The area is also supposed to be an up-market region but in truth isolated and largely run-down.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Can be difficult if trying to sleep during the day. Beer is cold and comes with bar snack nibbles.

Very spacious rooms, well equipped, very close to Cairo airport. Very nice. The only downside: the menu of the pool bar is a bit short.

Absolutely brilliant and amazing! I never even knew this place existed! I went there for the first time and already want to go back. There's a huge pool for all ages and a jacuzzi with a bar on the pool. There's also a kids pool and around it there are activities. Rooms are fantastic and service is excellent. At the end of the day, you could enjoy diner with your friends. There are a lot of meals and varieties. You could even have breakfast in bed. The lounges are quiet and breakfast/lunch is delicious.

Love the rooms, love the pool. It's such an adorable place. People are very friendly.

The first hotel to take my 5 stars. I have nothing negative to say about Renaissance. Very polite staff, breath taking views, beautiful, large and comfortable rooms. Serene environment. Very affordable prices, quite cheap for this standard.

A very nice hotel to spend some time with family. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and well equipped. This is my second visit, definitely will be returning.

Starting from the architecture of the hotel and staff politeness, support and professional services. The room was clean, comfortable and I loved the softness of the Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet and the bathroom towels. The Renaissance surrounding was quite and safe. Certainly I will recommend it to my friends.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with awesome customer service! Very modern and chic design with a fantastic pool. Although not centrally located, I prefer this hotel over our previous one directly off the Nile.

New modern hotel. Large rooms with trendy furniture and looks. Location is central as the hotel is 0.5km away from the ring road (easy access​ to east and west Cairo). 10 minutes away from Cairo airport. Hotel management is customer centric (great). Breakfast is rich and overlooking the amazing hotel pool. Lounge for Marriott rewards members exceeds expectation. Entry to the hotel is very slow due to the security check that creates long queues and the parking ticketing system which is using hand-written tickets and a hard to comprehend parking management system! Speed of access to hotel and reliability of internet & TV service are the reasons I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

Uncooperative hotel and I don t recommend it if you are planning your wedding, I am wedding guest and according to the hotel regulations I have to contact the wedding planner to reserve a room. Its a night mare for the bride and the groom to call the hotel to reserve a room for each of their guests. When you are making the reservation process so hard it shows that the rest of the wedding procedures were a hassle too.

Close to the airport. Good service and the rooms are nice. Marriot is not too far away either. The bar is small but has a good selection. They also have a live band playing once in a while.

Dirty several time am staff not very available. Seems that I am at their services. Spent 5 weeks in this hotel and 15 weeks in Marriot JW. No comparison!

Extremely beautiful place, But, the credit card payment process is horrible, I and many other people and friends have canceled our credit cards right after check-out. We did not feel secure following the credit card procedure, which is not explained or mentioned for guests on the hotel's website. You think you have already paid your accommodation through your credit card, and on the reception, they ask you to fill in a credit card form, along with your signature on a copy of your credit card; front and back. I asked one of reception supervisor, why is that not mentioned on your website? He answered: we can not post the form on the website. I told him, but you can surely highlight your payment procedure and ask the website viewers to send an email to a specific address to acquire the form after they have provided all their personal and credit card details on your website … basic marketing communications! And. If you are joining a conference or a convention and your company, host or government is paying for you, make sure they scan and fax or email the credit card form and signature of card's holder on a copy of the credit card … or else, either your pay or get yourself a sleeping bag.
