Very bad experience last night at 8… thought Four Seasons offered the best service in Egypt but it’s not the case anymore.

Dont ever think to visit zitouni on the seafood night! Very very poor buffet! Doesnt deserve its 1020 Egp at all! I went to several hotels in cairo serving seafood buffet a way much better and less expensive!

This is the best Hotel And Service I have ever encountered. The staff of “The Bar” on the third floor, knew what I needed before I knew and I wanted it. Incredible. I am a casual person, but the service here is beyond compare.

Rooms and suites looks the great Nile river and Guezeera island. The hotel has many ballrooms, conference halls and a casino. Food is very delicious and of all cuisines (A la carte). A very nice place to stay.

Enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks! Great hotel, clean and fancy. All guest were treated with outmost courtesy. I love their In-room menu dishes. The servings are almost good for 3 people.

The hotel entrance is not as majestic as other Four Season Hotels but what lacks in Majestic entrance it make it in customer service. The staff in this hotel tries to make your stay in this hotel as comfortable as any of the best hotel I have ever visited around the world. During my 5 day stay I inquired about dishes that were not on the menu and every time the staff made efforts to accommodate my request. The rooms are very clean and include nespresso coffee machines which set my mornings for a good start. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Equally I can't say the same about the Four Season Hotel in Amman. It has the opposit the Grand entrance but the customer service lacks in a few areas. The lounge restaurant for example I had to wait 3 hours for a pizza. Very poor customer service. My stay in this hotel was much shorter only 2 day which was enough.

One of the best views in whole of Cairo. We were lucky to get a Nile facing window table. The food is incredible too.

I reserved yesterday at 8 Restaurant in Four Seasons — Nile Plaza for an international business meeting & private dining that sponsored by my company. Literally, I can’t be more thankful for the really nice service I got. The restaurant manager “Ms. Cherry” was extremely helpful & friendly. I’d highly recommend 8 Restaurant for any business purposes and for a really unique dining & service.

Fantastic experience at the Four seasons, attention to detail is impeccable. Special mention must go to Ismael from the lobby cafe area who saw that my wife’s drink was barely touched because it was too sour for her… and he brought out a new sweeter drink for her immediately after. It’s the little touches that make this a true oasis on the Nile.

The staff were very polite & friendly whenever you meet them.
The food served at Chinese restaurant 8 was beyond my expectation. The Peking duck was surprisingly good & so were the other dishes.
I must admit some of the local staff at some F& B outlets may not understand English too well but they try. And given time they should be ok. The other staff from Philippines & China were excellent.
Overall Cairo is a great place to visit and The Four Season Hotel is still a very nice place to stay.

Dream land place over looking the river Nile two islands, you can have a nice meal there with excellent service but with the price tag. The food in the Italian restaurant is good but not exceptional. Going down the stairs from there is pleasurable with artistic work and beautifully architect features, this is rather than using the lift.

I loved the service very much. Also, the view is epic you can see Nile river, Opera and Cairo tour from your room. Food is very good starting from the starters to the main dishes. Conference rooms are good many sizes and a lot of screens there. Bathrooms are clean and the people are nice.

It's a beautiful hotel with rooms offering stunning views of the Nile and spacious balconies. The service is excellent and definitely try their Chinese restaurant "8. "

Food and service around the pool was good; but Four Seasons, you have to enter the 21st century. The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Time to ban smoking.

One of the best hotels in Cairo. Very lively place with a good selection of premium restaurants. The rooms are clean but not as luxurious as other four seasons properties. The room views are very nice. Service level is very good and with friendly staff.

We were at Four Seasons at First Residence in February and now for the New Year here, at Nile Plaza. All I can say is that these Four Seasons hotels are the best thing I have ever seen. The stuff is so professional, food is great, rooms are heaven. They are threating the guests very nice and polite. I have only good experience and my stay here is wonderful and very classy. Thank you a lot.

Worst experience ever! A complete disappointment when trying to have a nice Christmas dinner with family. Ruined the whole night for all of us. They insisted on a set menu which was terrible. Risotto was flavorless, antipasti flavorless (not sure how they managed to ruin mozzarella buffala). We were told we could exchange items on the set menu but they ended up charging us for the set menu AND any changes as if they were additions not replacements. It really felt like the only thing they wanted was to make sure we paid as much money as we could with the least amount of effort and service on their part.

For one of the best hotels in the world and Egypt, it was nothing impressive but it was good enough. Many celebrities are there but so what. But if you can trust that it won't let you down in front of VIP but don't expect to wow them. Food was good enough, nothing fancy.

Great view from every floor. Two restaurants one stake house and a buffet. Near downtown, museum and Tahrir square, shopping, Niles river at night! By the way I felt much safer there than I did in San Francisco!

My favorite Cairo hotel. Great location, excellent service, lot's of amenities. On top it has some of the best Cairo restaurants and a real gym with almost everything you need. Fantastic breakfast and good sleep quality. Always a delight to return. (Something to improve: There is dust in the electrical sockets, not a real cleanliness impression).

Sub-par service all around. Just checked out of a suite here at the Four Seasons. After spending three days — two nights at a premium suite at the hotel for a wedding that was held on September 24, at the same hotel, I can definitely say that the hotel suffers from poor service all around. Before I start my criticism, here are some of the good things at the hotel, which should be expected at a Four Seasons, with a premium Nile View. So yes, the view, the rooms are we maintained, the hotel facilities are in a good condition, the food is excellent, especially the Zaitona premium open buffet, the quality of the rooms service food is great, pretty much everything anything you need you can find at the hotel especially with the Baymen mall being located on the annex. The negatives: The (practically non-existent) Reservations Department Almost all the groomsmen, including myself tried to make reservations by calling the hotel, and to our independent absolute shock, the hotel wasn't able to take our reservations over the phone because the reservation staff was never there, yes we called on different days at different days, past 9-5 and perhaps on weekend, but never at a very late hour. It is rather strange to be honest. The Front Desk staff Simply incompetent. From the get go, they entire staff manning the front desk was clueless about rates, slow, unprofessional at best, at points rude. With the exception of a manager, Ms. Inas M.

Although this is one of the best hotels in Cairo, with a great view and a beautiful atmosphere, it has one of the worst if not the worst front desk, reception, customer service experience I have ever had. I was checking in on a Sunday for a wedding into a premium room for two nights 24th September 2017 until 27th and literally took me an hour to be able to pay! To begin with a day before we were checking in, we called the hotel to reserve and no one was answering the phone! Then when we called again and again we were told that reservation people left! What kind of a 5 star hotel doesn't have people around the clock to take reservations. Then the moment I went in to check in, I offered my credit card without chip to hold the payment for the room and they wouldn't use it without a chip! So I said fine, take my debit card, which for some odd reason could work with their machine either even with the chip. Then I called the bank and my bank didn't even show the transaction so it as clear that it was their problem not mine and I was running late to my hair and make up appointment for the wedding I was attending so I was already trying to tell them please solve it cuz I need to get going. Took an hour! Seriously the worst checking in experience I have had! It seemed also as I was talking with people that I wasn't the only one, three other families that were here for the wedding checking in had similar issues including the bride, her mom and groom's mom!

A great hotel, that occasionally misses some of the standards you'd expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Staff were faultless, every single one going above and beyond to help and make the stay special. We received particularly memorable service during our stay from the guest experience team, the waitstaff in 8 restaurant, and the doormen. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with our room over the stay. One of the lavatories was broken when we arrived and the safe didn't work, the walls were also a little grubby in places. We also had some housekeeping issues — one day the room wasn't serviced at all (we were out from 7am — 4pm, came back to find it in the same state as we left), there were no fresh towels left one day, we had to ask every day to have the sofa bed made up for our children, etc. Each time it took a simple phone call to fix, and the staff were quick, courteous and apologetic, but these felt like such basic mistakes they just kept tripping over. So overall, we had a very nice stay, with some truly memorable moments, but I'd be tempted to look at the other Four Seasons hotel or the new Ritz Carlton next time.

I was first put into a room with no air conditioning in the middle of summer. I figured it's not such a bad issue because my room was pretty high up and I figured I would open the balcony doors. The next morning when I woke up, I realized that the belcony is linked on the entired floor and someone was at the doors while I was sleeping. I complained about it and was moved to a room which smelled like sewers and when I tried to open the wondow, I looked right into the building walls next to the hotel. No view. To make it worse, the belcony was dirty and covered in bird dudu… They only offer breakfast, which was 2 dry pieces of bread with only butter and a bit of cheese on the side and a boiled egg. That was it for the whole time I was staying there. It's noisy at night and you can't communicate well with the people who work there. They don't understand English. Other than that, the manager was friendly.

One must simply love the pool sitting area specially at night. Really wonderful for a date night If you really wish to have a 5 stars date.

The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are the best available in Cairo. Service levels are poor, need to be improved significantly. The food is just about palatable.

Amazing hotel right on the Nile. The staff from concierge through to room service & house keeping are extremely attentive. One of our best vacations!

I stayed on April 2014. Really good hotel, the best staff service ever, the food is amazing and big assortment. My unforgettable time with the best massage by oriental lady and really nice relaxing lounge after the spa. Its probably the only hotel with 100% 5* service and quality of hundreds hotels 'Ive been.

The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo @ Nile Plaza is an excellent hotel to stay in. The facilities in the hotel which include a great SPA and amazing and relaxing swimming pool with pool bar facilities leave very little else you might need during your stay here. The food in the hotels' restaurants (and you have a choice here of the number of restaurants with various cuisines on offer), is somewhat pricy. However, you can easily order-in some take-away or opt for the in-room service — which is excellent too.

The hotel is not bad, small and cosy, Prada from the sea stairs. It is windy. Molozhezhi there doing nothing! We went crazy from boredom. Neither the music nor the animation. Rest mainly foreigners and our «friends». A lot of MPs with their mistresses. In the evenings had ordered a taxi and go Нааму. Hotel — resuscitation.
