One of the worst experiences you will ever have, very bad staff specially reception employee, not recommended at all.

Worst experience ever, checking in is like waiting in a bank queue at a pay day. The front desk always lie about the time to finish registration or the problems for finalizing the check in, guest relations are incompetent, when I asked him why my room isn’t ready. He replied with “I’ll make it for you with a free late check out”! 🥴 Twice in a row of my stays had to wait more than an hour to get my room, despite I was already confirmed booking! Never recommend this hotel for any traveler!

The worst experience you will ever pass with the worst staff not recommended at all.

First of all it took me 3hrs to wait for my room to be ready then the room arent satisfiably clean, some room amenities are not functioning such as bath tub and etc. Then the moment we check out we were told that our shuttle service to airport will be 6 am but it took us 1 hr to wait and the staffa are not friendly and approachable. They dont value their customers time.

My experience was very bad and I consider it as the worst Hotel as they were perfect in cheating us.
In November 2020 we went there to ask about the wedding halls there and they insisted to let us pay 50%of the wedding package in december though the wedding was in May 2021and they appliead increase of 20%even that we pay in 2020 and we should take the rates of 2020 as they told us.
Then they closed the wedding halls due to covid 19 circumstances and from first of feb till end of april I asked them lot of times to cancel my wedding party and get my money back but they refused to give me the amount I paid and I went there so many times and every time they promise to give me cheque of the amount I paid but nothing happen.
And now I paid 45000 they didn't return it babk to me and the wedding halls not opened yet and the wedding party is after one month and I don't know what to do.
This is the worst experience I have ever seen in any Hotel.

The atmosphere is incredible, amazing cooperative team, I wanna thank some of them by name for how professional and nice they were to me

I had an amazing experience in Radisson blu Cairo. It wasn't the first time to held our training there but it's the time we had a several challenges i'llnever forget the date 10th of Jan to to 14th of Jan. And with the professionalism and dedication of the amazing team we got through it all and I got outstanding feedback from my colleagues and management

Really Amazing and friendly, polite helping staff and I appreciate Mrs dine mostafa and mohamed sadek and Mr baymen for their efforts for making my company event more than great in everything. They are efficient pleasant and helpful and the food was absolutely wonderful from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

I visited their spa several times infrequently but repeatedly, but every time I do not feel alienated because the place feels comfortable in dealing with its staff and their clear experiences while providing services and dealing with guests. Feel like you are with your close friends. The prices are very appropriate in addition to the boom that occurred after the return from the period of the spread of the Corona virus with the safety factor followed and with the presence of the new management of the spa.

I would like to say I'm really enjoyed today in 1122 bar with the best staff specially sayed helping us 2 times to assist to comfortable very good man very accommodate to ask. I'm so very happy to meet him.

I was planning to come for my sister's birthday for a day use, the one on the phone insisted that there was no reservation for day use and that we can have our triple room on the spot. Went there with my sister and brother to find out that they have no triple rooms and that I could have reserved and had to leave as the manager did not even care to offer a recompensation of any kind! Terrible choice of a hotel, totally unprofessional!

They scam tourists don't stay there Had a horrible experience at Radisson Blu Cairo, I booked the hotel on Agoda and went there around 4pm and hotel staff told me that booking is only for locals and I can't stay there and there was no mention in Agoda saying it was only for locals I wouldn't have booked it otherwise, and they asked me for absurd extra amount to stay as an international guest, so I refused and asked them to cancel the booking and went and checked in somewhere, (i had a tiring day and they disappointed me when I wanted to go and rest) after few days they deducted money from my credit card saying It was a no show, and I contacted customer care both on hotel and through Agoda and they refused to refund. They scam tourists don't stay there.

My brother in law held his wedding at the hotel … it was really a great day … the staff were very helpful and friendly … the organizing of the event was good and the food taste and presentation was way beyond my expectations … many thanks to mr. Micheal the banquet manager at the hotel who was very helpful and his effort made the day wonderful.

Location is very close by international airport as well as friendly staff with good speaking English, So Just Awesome…

Staff are not professional at all. Very far from the 5 stars standards at least at banquet and meeting rooms. Employees are teenagers or in the early twenties with very limited experience in handling business and customers. No cleaning for the meeting rooms from the coffee cups and empty water bottles. … And many more. I have the photos on my mobile phone.

Horrible spa experience, very unprofessional and impolite way of dealing with there shortcomings.

The lunch buffet was not so good, but breakfast is gr8 and room service food was really good, kinda small pool, very good for meetings conferences.

Hotel itself was great but buffet too expensive for type of food being served & virtually no service at it… we weren't even asked if we wanted anything to drink. Staff didn't speak much English & didn't appear to enjoy their job (again this is the buffet we are referring to)

Worst Hotel I ever stayed at! The room was disgusting! I do not know where to start my nightmare of an experience with this crappy rundown joint they pass off as a Hotel. The Hotel looks nothing like the featured pictures, the "deluxe suite" I was put in was deluxe on dust, dirt and mites! We ordered food upon arrival and were served food that had hair in it when we requested a refund, the hotel personnel refused to provide one and launched an "investigation" to figure out if we were even going to be able to receive another plate with no hair! Outrageous! The customer service here is lousy and the hotel is a dump. Save your money there are too many hotels in Cairo to waste a minute in this place! We ended up leaving the same night that we arrived, to be exact 30-minutes after arriving!

Actually I liked the place very much. It's a good option if you're staying for business like me even for tourism if you are not after an "all in" hotel I had only a problem with a concierge that saw us with lots of baggage and beside not helping us to get to the parking area, even didn't open the elevator's door for us and after our complaint he gave us a "malesh" and sure, that's not what we're waiting from anyone working at Radisson Blu.

Slow Check in, Bad attitude as I was checked in a room that was very recently painted and it smelled like paint that I couldn’t stand it, Bathroom smelled horribly disgusting, the whole floor was under renovation and smelled like Chemicals and I am sure they knew this in advance, however changed my room upon requesting. Excellent Breakfast and nice restaurant.

Staff is very unprofessional, poor service even trying to get coffee in the morning is a mission. Everyone stands around playing games or on their phones instead of serving. Our room had not been cleaned as there was food all over the floor, empty drink bottles and a massive stain on the carpet. Would not ever want to stay here again.

Run down rooms and no maintenance. It was once a modern place, but there is no maintenance. Loose carpets and fittings, and the very best of all, you can take the room safe back home. May be a burglar can do the same?

Absolutely Beautiful hotel. The breakfasts are great, close to few good eating spots and they have a super night spot/club restaurant (no dance floor) right in the side of it. You almost don't need to go further then 10min away from the hotel. Plenty of Uber in the area if you need to venture, not more then 10min waiting period. Few reasonably priced shops in the hotel too. Best Wi-Fi experience, definitely one of my favourite hotels in Cairo!

Really great hotel… only bad thing view not good as it's location at centre of Sheraton… But best hotel ever in business meeting… 9th floor so good with very nice pool… When you talk about eating do delicious. Really appreciate the cooking from all staff. Excellent taste. So spicy with different fantastic flavours. And desserts excellent as well as main course… Fresh juice… all good… a time for relaxing and business at same time… Greetings to this hotel management.

The lobby was cosmetically eye appealing and modern. Once upon our floor, it was a totally different story. There was a hole in the carpet, another area had been patched and a soiled, stained mattress was leaning up against the wall by our room door. Our room air conditioning only blew warm air… not cool or cold air and the fridge did not work. This was report immediately, promised to be fixed but never was. The room had an old musty, dirty smell to it and the "scenic city view" we had was of roof tops with satellite dishes and garbage strewn streets. Light fixtures were covered with dust and paint peeling on cracked walls. This is not a 5 star deluxe hotel as it states.

Oteli tercih etmekteki temel nedenim otelin lokasyonu. Havalanına ve Ring Road giriş noktasına çok yakın, aynı zaman da Heliopolis semtine de çok yakın. Trafik problemi yaşanmıyor gidiş geliş sırasında. Otel odaları geniş, hızlı internet, içerisinde 3 farklı konsept de restorant var. Personel gayet iyi kahvaltı zengin. Genel otel temizliği odaların kondisyonu gayet iyi.

A bit decadent, meaning old, but decent bar and restaurant. Price is very reasonable.

Nice and clean with very spacious rooms. Rooms have a good smell, soft life piano sounds can be heard even in the room. Friendly front desk service and very neat and clean housekeeping personal.

Three stars and I think I am generous. When I first checked in, they gave me a non smoking room on the eighth floor, as soon as I walked into the room, the smell of cigarettes was all over the place, I call the reception asking them to change it and they did do that within 10 min, The hotel was not so clean and needed some updating / fixing, Checking in out was ok yet they did ask for retain a copy of the credit add that I’ve used to pay for the room, I did say no and they accepted my decision (this was a little fishy). Lastly, the airport shuttle service is 10$ despite of the face that the hotel is 5 min away from the airport.

Stayed only one night for business. Staff was friendly, maybe a bit too friendly. If I tell someone that I do not need help with my luggage is because I do not need help with my luggage. This particular guy insisted and came to the room with me where he showed me where everything was, clearly hoping for a tip. That behaviour is not appropiate in 2018 anymore. Sorry to say. Room was decent, very good size. Kudos to their piano player, an old gentleman that really performed well. Breafkast food was nice. Room service also. Very convenient location very close to the aiport.

Overpriced and bland Bathrooms are as bad as public toilets Area is noisy as hell and the room isn't isolated, good luck sleeping with the noise of Cairo streets meters away from your room. Room service entering the room when I wasn't around despite the fact that I put the "don't clean" sign up. Gave me a 4 hour extension which was very nice of then.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, don't go there. The food, service and employees treatment suck, ONLY there aqua park is incredible I assure you gonna have lots of fun but the aqua park isn't everything though.

My husband booked a reservation for the two of us. As I’m American and he’s Egyptian we brought all of our documentation to show we were married, fully expecting to prove this. The hotel unfamiliar with every county and state seals of authority refused our documentation. They would allow us to stay if we were not together and had separate rooms. I’d never felt so insulted. Here was what I thought was a good hotel making judgements and assumptions on my character because they didn’t have enough knowledge to recognize a LEGAL document from my home state. I will never stay at Radisson. I fully understand the hotel policy, and we were respecting that policy. Therefore I expect if you are going to enforce such a policy, that you fully train your staff in recognizing legal court documents from other countries.

Newly established hotel with new amenities. Good services and reasonable prices. Easy to shop around without transportation, but you can call a taxi or get the hotel to book one for you. They offer limousin as well.

Worst customer service experience of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Starting from waiting staff, laundry service that washed my clothes instead of dry cleaning it, very smelly rooms, spa service where the place was not clean, very small, outdated along with the cold sauna and jacuzzi, bad attitude from the phone operators all the way to the door security and police guards asking for tips. Will never stay at this place again. (I would say that the night manager, Kareem, and one of the guest relations agents, Ingy, offered exceptionally great customer service that matches much higher expectations. ) To these two people I would give a 5 star rating.

Probably the worst hotel in the Radisson blu chain that I have stayed in. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. The breakfast buffet has went downhill so much it is now atrocious. The rooms are good and spacious and normally clean and tidy. The business lounge was very poor having the same stale bread each day. Unless it has changed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very cozy rooms and hotel design, I have been there many times and each time I enjoy staying there. The pool is small but good. Food is nice, service is good. The VIP lounge is small and nice.

Big space room clean is OK AC is good. Old place need renew. Good elevators 6 in two side. Unprofessional staff in front office need 45 minutes to found my reservation. Breakfast is not bad but like 3 stars hotel very bad staff in restaurant talking to each other with local words not give the guests any attention I ask for coffee 2 times to get other day 5 times for fresh orange juice and finally he said it's serve in fruit area and I can get by myself which I didn't expect and forced him to get. Parking is high price compared to other hotels and also staff keep asking for money every time I get my car. All of all its not worth the money you can enjoy other real 5 stars hotel with same price which I do.

Beautiful elegant and chic please. Quite place inside soo traffic stress city. Good bed and beautiful room with soo frish and cozy mood. I like it really and people there have nice attitude to deal with Guests.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. The shower did not have any hot water while I was there. It was like cool at best. The breakfast buffet was okay. I liked the honeycomb.

As an ex radisson employee in Kuwait. I am extremly shocked how the hotel is run in Cairo. 1. Bar had no knowledge of their wines
2. In room dining poorly presented, late, delievered with no cutlry, oh the best one was the fact I ordered catch of the day with mash potatoes they brought me a big fried fish (note specifically told the operator dont want fried food) and french fries! Hello? Can you see the difference.
3. Rooms are outdated and old towels looks like rags, shower is weak.
4. They make you all pay cash and you cant charge your spendings on the room
5. Lobby piano music loud reaching to the rooms disturbing to sleep
6. Rude lady at the bar named Sally. When a guest asks for help their job is to help and give the guest options. This lady just shuts you down.
7. Housekeeping wakes you up at 7am, untop of that if guest is checking out why clean the room at 7am. Found out they dont even have the housekeeping list that lists which guest is checking out according to the cleaner WOW Clearly staff is incompetent, management doesnt know how to run the show due to incompetency. Hotel is breaking down to pieces. Best part was Dora the massage lady and thats all. Horrible, shocking and I cant believe we even paid for the food or any of their services!

Half of the outlets in the room are not working.

I've been to many hotels in Egypt who have no beaches and a resort zone, just for a night's stay and a business meeting, and I'll say it's pretty good compared to the others. The cuisine is good, but it is not unimportant, but it is tolerated, the Internet is no problem, basin, sports room without extra pay, bars and restaurants offer the minimum water necessary and that is not bad …

At 04:00 am, last night I had a calling from someone idiot from the reception who informed me that the bus is ready and is waiting from me (my flight was at 10:30! ). The 3nd bed in room is terrible, small and crooked mattress. Wifi's signal inside the room is Poor.

Hotel near the airport, very comfortable and very good quality cuisine.

Far away from heavy traffic still in almost new conditions near airport many cafe and restaurants in 5minutes walking distance.
