Very poor customer service and bad experience started when I first checked in. The receptionist offered to get us complimentary welcome drinks for me and my family. We waited for more than 45 minutes and after checking with her two time we simply left to go to our rooms without the promised juice/drink. Then, after a long day touring and visiting great places in Cairo, when we got back to the room we found out that we needed extra bed sheets for the sofa bed for the little one to sleep on. I called the front desk around 3:05 AM and asked for extra sheets, after couple of follow up calls and almost yelling at them over the phone they sent me what I requested at 4:55 AM. I won't go back. Awful experience.

The staff are very helpful, the food is very delicious. I just didn't feel comfortable n the room because it was so small and no balcony just a window. The hotel is located in one of the noisy streets in Cairo so u should be used to. I like the swimming pool and the variety of restaurants inside the hotel, also there is an ATM so u don't worry about exchange.

Clean and comfortable, they have various delicious meal. My favorite is cheff fresh egg and croissant. The bathroom also comfortable. Very cheap tea, coffee, and cakes at lobby. I think it's the best place to stay in Cairo. But the Wi-Fi is not really good.

It was a good hotel if you are staying there as you will be out touring. The breakfast was good and adequate.

Location is good, much public transportation you can use. But in my room 209 TV always turning off by itself, we call receptionist to fix it but no one come.

The noise outside is ridiculous! The food in the restaurant left me sick for 3 days. The rooms are outdated and nerd a serious cleaning. The Wi-Fi was horrible, constantly having to reconnect. However the staff was fairly nice and accommodating. This is considered a 4 star hotel but it felt more like a there, hence the rating.

The location is good in Cairo and the facilities although they are old are well preserved.

Great place to stay, well located, super friendly staff, great food, only opportunity for improvement I would point out is the room cleaning service to which more attention to detail could be paid.

Breakfast are superb! heaps to choose from traditional, oriental or western.

Such helpful staff. Beautiful place as hub for your visit to Egypt. Great ATM that also has money exchange. It's rare to find this INside a hotel. It was okay that my Arabic was horrible. Staff spoke English.

Surrounding of the hotel is aweful. I had to scream and beg for 10 minutes and it needed 3 employees until my luggage was moved to the luggage storage although we organized a training in the conference room.

Excellent spot in Giza place for nightlife, got a club called borabora most of Saudian like to go there.

From here you can see the pyramids and it's a nice flirt.

The hotel has a beautiful entrance, and on the outside it looks pretty good, the only bad detail is cleanliness, there are flats in which the manager does very well, but I got a manager not very detailed, so the cleanliness is quite superficial. With respect to the staff, mostly they are absolutely friendly and flirty. The rooms seem somewhat small compared to other hotels in the same category.
If you stay long, breakfast varies very little, but it is very good, it has a buffet of fruits, vegetables, eggs, sausages, potatoes almost every day, and a sector of omelets. Unfortunately the juices are artificial. They have a huge variety of breads and sweets, and also cheeses. The pool is tempered and the spaces around comfortable.
The hotel is on one of the main streets of Giza, the Haram, which takes you straight to the pyramids, and if you get bored of the hotel food, you can find close to everything from typically Egyptian food, and cheap, to Macdonald and Burger King.

The breakfast was good compared to other hotel I have known the rooms are comfortable and restful I recommend it.

Hotel in the line of the large spacious Cairo with many good pool restaurants and good treatment a pleasant stay and a relaxing merecudo after so much visit and both monument the pool can not be used oor the evening as they disinfect and throw a smoke insec Ticida with meaning type stores.

It is a wonderful hotel nice room The food is perfect there about the prices can also not say just mega the people as always in, all Egypt super friendly I can only say you have deserved it.

Two thumbs up for the services, food and the rooms they provided for their guests. Massage parlors, souvenir stores, bars, function halls and their pool are a must see and try place to visit and avail their services for relaxation and leisures.

Good hotel, Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Tipping for help is a general concern. Can be a better in many things. The receptionist is not that good. They always seem to be busy and not patient to explain the things in detail.

It’s a nice hotel with good services & helpful and kind stuff! It’s a really modern hotel in a good area if you compare it with other areas. The rooms are clean enough & the food especially some snacks was really nice. We had a really great time with the tourist driver from the hotel named Mohamed Salah! He was suck a helpfull and good man! For everyone that they’re planning to visit the hotel if they want a driver I highly recommend Mohamed Salah, thank you Mohamed for making our vacations amazing.
