Very good service And atmosphere perfect view ♥️. But rooms needs updates.

The place is very special from everything, clean and large rooms, excellent service and a romantic atmosphere, the menu in the place is very diverse and distinctive, I recommend it.

Very disappointing, very old, water damage, PowerPoints are dangerous, just not good enough for what we paid, Staff were excellent though.

Thank you, Sheraton Hotel. Every thing is nice. The food, the cleanliness of the room, the people, especially the security, they are respectful and help me with every movement outside the hotel.

Worst experience, unprofessional staff with broken air conditioner in the room. Waited 4 hours to get our check in.

Excellent location and view of the sea, however the rooms need a lot of maintenance and renovation. Would be much more convenient if not neglected like this.

My stay at Sheraton Hotel is outstanding. The service is great, the room is clean with magnificent view, their care for customer service is perfect. I have to extend my special appreciation for Mr. Ayman Reception Manager and Mr. Mahmoud Hotel Manager for their exceptional service and attention to details. I asked them to solve a minor issue, they went above and beyond to solve the issue and kept on checking on me all the time. I highly recommend this hotel.

This excellent Marriott Hotel is located right at the beach. It has wonderful views, a very nice pool area, delicious dinner at the Beach restaurant and overall excellent service.

The place is good but old, price for value I would say fair.

This is the worst hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone to stay because it is out of rating.

The staff are exceptionally lovely and friendly.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, staff are very polite and friendly. Not to mention the wonderful view of Montazah and Sea.
However I recommend some renewal to the hotel lobby and main restaurant and that will make it even more wonderful.
for sure this is not my last visit and I recommend it to my family and friends.

Nice ocean view, TV remote wouldn’t work, fish and chips looked good but was average, no hair dryer and no room safe. I would consider staying here again but would be very uneasy about my passport not being locked in a safe.

Nice view of sea front. Side rooms are not good. Rooms are generally smaller than average hotel rooms and even average Sheraton rooms. Food is OK with nearly all varieties available in breakfast. Fish and shrimp dishes are nice to order. Employees are generally helpful.

Best views of Alexandria. Great service, clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is great, I just wish they introduce a no food waste policy, I've seen too many customers filling their plates and then leaving more than half of it.

Slow Wi-Fi, low quality service, old furniture in rooms, poor management… everything is low quality. The only positive point was the good sea view. I would never stay there again, though. All they do is reply back to messages on FB with an apology after ruining the stay at their hotel. They offer no compensation for their low quality service and they made our stay miserable.

Hospitable people we felt so much welcomed, good is great and tasty. Pool and beach well maintained rooms are checked and very clean. Actually all 8s wonderful.

I have to be at the hotel on a professional trip the service is professional, the furniture is old but did not worn my stay to be comfortable, and the staff to be helpful.

I have just deleted a message that I wrote a couple of weeks ago where I blamed the hotel for extra charges that were on my credit card statement. After many investigations I found out that the charges were indeed made by my husband who's memory is failing him with age. Although the rooms were small and with no nice view, I am now putting 5 stars because the hotel staff deal with this issue in a VERY professional and patient manor. I commend you for that and I apologize for my mistake and for the time you spent investigating it.

The hotel is basically okay. Since I was here on business, I put more emphasis on the rooms and the infrastructure. But for tourists the location, despite the proximity to the beach, is not optimal, because very noisy. Numerous restaurants, bars etc. Close by.

Service is slow and restroom in hotel room is tiny. Faucets leak. Beds were very comfortable, but can hear the noise from the nightclub in the hotel.

I enjoyed the Hotel’s place very much as it is in corner that make you see Montazah’s Palace & the sea at the same time. But I have few concerns: 1) The hotel rooms is very very small and the balcony does not have any chairs or sofa to enjoy the sea view. 2) The room’s furniture was old and the shower was not working properly as it kept moving to direct the water towards the wall (Room 504). 3) The housekeeping didn’t change the blankets every day & we found out that one of the towels was not replaced with a clean one. 4) Breakfast & dinner’s food were tasty, but the open buffet of the dinner lacked of varieties & portions. 5) The elevator is very old but thanks GOD it is still working.

It is a still old architecture but they are doing all they can to improve it. Everybody is friendly and wiling to assist you. Recommend their main restaurant! Excellent food and they will try to find something suitable for you. It is close to the beach and from the main street. Surroundings not really clean but this is the part of Alexandria. Very strict security system, for people interested in this. Rooms are big enough, free Wi-Fi in the room, just call the reception for code. Air-con available. Good cleaning but could be improved. Any way, I can recommend it.

Good location and very nice view you can see the sea, gardens and the palace of montazah and the corniche road. And at night you can see the lights of the city that is a magnificent view. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional really they are good people. The hotel includes bar, nightclub, laundry service and business center. It fits the business trips are more than family trips. The hotel have a private beach but is not attached to it and must cross the Corniche road to reach it. I highly recommend it.

It was a nice experience. Stuff is so active, friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet is so good and the espresso is great. It is included in the breakfast without extra charges. Overall experience is so good.

It is nice location that is very close to Montazah palace. But it has some defects. The rooms and toilets are old and worn out. The hotel has a beach but you have to cross the road that is full of cars. It may be good if you are coming on a business trip, but I do not recommend for family vacations.

It got a very wonderful view, nice staff, however with the below standards Mintainance It is depreciating.

Helpful staff, couldn't make it myself in the rooms, but my sister did, convenient service and value for money. Hygiene tho is not there beat priority, give some guidance to the house keepers and you will be fine. Enjoy.

Outstanding view, otherwise subnormal facility, old rooms, old furnitures, basic regular breakfast, bad lifts (elevators), staff are under average (normally Alexandrians are much more welcoming than the working staff)
I didn't like the first night and I cancelled my second night.

Rooms are bit small but it's very modern. The private beach closes at sunset and opens at 9am. The rooms that offers sea view is wonderful. I had checked into the hotel on the day of my birthday. The receptionist noticed it coz she copied my passport. Sadly, the hotel didn't even bothered to provide a complimentary drink or cake. If Sheraton is committed to customer's satisfaction, then this is a basic service they should perform because even small restaurants will offer cake or drink to their patrons on their birthday.

Check in a disaster, rooms noisy, hotel dated, management not organised, food bland and served on cold plates. Go to the Four Season's hotel along the road.

I don't know how this hotel is 5 stars. There are many of disappointed issues. Rooms are very small, Not maintained as some area is rusted, not cleaned. The blanket was teared. No varieties at restaurant such as honey, there was no ice cream at the cafe while we were in the summer!. The recepition staff were not professional.

Good place for one-night stay, no more. Guest rooms that overview the sea and Montazah palace have an amazing view. Rooms that overview the city are just a waste of money and time. Rooms are small and old furnished. Beds and pillows are not so comfortable. Bathrooms are small too with not much space to move and with old and narrow bathtubs. Also they were not so clean. The hotel is expensive with respect to the service given. It relies on its name and reputation in attracting residents. But I have no doubt that other less expensive hotels in Alex provide much better services.

Great location and professional staff. Beds were comfy and clean. The room was very small and so was the bathroom. Also the furniture was dated. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement especially for the bathroom. All and all enjoyed the stay and the hospitality.

Not bad for the price. Excellent breakfast. Close to Montazah beach and the yacht club.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life, I'd much rather get a hotel in Compton. This by far has the worst guest services, more half of the staff cannot speak English and will purposely give you an attitude and treat you worse just because you do not speak Arabic, do not EVER waste your money on this hotel! Oh and room service hung up the phone on me twice because my order was too complicating … Yet I'm paying them my money for their shitty food.
