Very clean, comfortable, calm, excellent location thanks it was very nice vacation.

I had a blast! Experience is one of a kind. All staff members were friendly, helpful, decent, respectful and polite. Starting with the security men at the gates, the receptionists, the concierge, the elevator man, restaurant staff, chefs, and even the room service. The room was very clean and well-organized. They took care of every detail you might think of! Everything you might need is right there. Food was delicious, the variety at the buffet was incredible! Whatever you crave is there, and if you don’t find it, they do it for you! Needless to say that the balcony view was breathtaking! You can see the whole beach from your bed! It’s just a view to die for. I am totally going to visit you again! Thanks for having us ❤️

One of the worst hotels I have ever used, no changing for the bed sheets, very weak wi fi network, food is not fresh, AC is not cooling and noisy, not hygienic hotel, it was showing on the website the room supposed to be family room and actually is maximum for couple they can use, customer service is too bad, and no complementary water… such a waste of money.

Despite the high cost charge per night amounting to 110 us$ the hotel is very poor in service. I accommodated there for two nights. No complimentary water. No tea no Coffe. No tissues. No toothpaste. No slippers. No shampoo. The room standard doesn’t commensurate with 2 stars hotel. The room is not clean the carpet is not clean. They are good in taking money only. I reported all the above at my evaluation report.
I am very sad that we still have such poor Managment.
I was in room no 1003 tenth flour. I checked in on Tuesday 18th September and checked out on 20th September.
Change the management immediately. Do the needful renovations and clean your rooms.

موقع رأئع بجوار مول سان ستيفانو. لكن الفندق قديم شوية و محتاج تجديد. كمان من أفضل الميزات فيه الاطلاله على الكورنيش و البحر. القعدة في البلكونه بالليل مريحة جدا للاعصاب. كمان بالنسبة للموقع. فيه ستاربكس قريب جدا منه. تحت المول و القعدة فيه كمان ظريفه جدا بالإضافة لوجود كثير من المطاعم المناسبة للأطفال بالقرب منه.

The location is great. The service and overall experience was fair. I believe it is true that the rooms are a bit overpriced maybe just because of the location.

The bathroom when taking a shower will flood the whole bathroom… and they also don’t allow us to bring outside food into the hotel… today when we came back from dinner we saw another guest bringing food into their room… such double standard… come on now… we informed the security and they said oh if sandwiches can but pizza cannot… well it’s still food right?

The room’s AC’s are too loud. The ventilator in the bathroom is very noisy as well. The breakfast lacked variety and taste. No warm water in the shower. All this in a 4 star hotel which is too pricy.

Good facilities in clean rooms. The only problem that it is usually busy and dinnig tables are usually not available then.

Wonderful place with very friendly reception desk. Mr Ahmed at the reception on night duty was extremely helpful. He ensured a safe and wonderful stay in Alexandria. Thanks a lot.

The room was pleasant and clean. The breakfast was full of varieties of fresh food. The staff members were very helpful and decent. The hotel is very near to San Stefano mall and many street cafes.

Clean, nice rooms, staff and services are good. The location however is a bit far from the center, although connected with the tram. We had a sea view room but the balcony was so narrow that we couldn't really enjoy the view. The hotel is next to a busy highway and there are no sound proofing of doors so for some people that might be a problem in the night as the city traffic is going on until late hours.

Cheap bed and matress for the tripple room. Not comfortable and very small. I have spent a horrible night. Also Hotel refused to bring a better bed.

Probably one of the worst "4 star" hotels I've been to. The rooms are outdated, the service is poor and it's the first hotel I've ever seen that restricts the ability to bring outside food and drink. Also if you don't like a hard bed, avoid it. They're rock hard.

I have so bad experience with plaza … very hot rooms. No soap in bathrooms… good breakfast but not a 4 star breakfast and not a 4 star services … no boiler for hot water in rooms … u have to call the room service to ask for a cup of tea.

So good hotel with good view and location, breakfast is delicious and various, receptionists and housekeeping are friendly, room is so clean and tidy.

Do not book in this hotel completely not in accordance with the descriptions. Already you are in Egypt so know that there are tariffs for nationals and non-nationals. So basically, if you have booked on the Internet, know that when you arrive, the staff will ask you for $60 extra just because you are not Egyptian… A big scam… If they were an honest minimum, they would have counted these charges in the total amount that we make on the Internet but no, they prefer to take you off guard at the last moment when you get tired of your trip. Basically a big bunch of crooks. To flee!

For nice short stay in Alexandria this was a great, convenient hotel to stay at — just in the middle of the corniche (great view) & very close to San Stefano Mall. I do recommend to book in advance. The amenities were clean. In saying that the Staff were very friendly & helpful & I would recommend this hotel.

Good location, clean and nice staff. Our room was too small and the carpet floor has a funny smell, not bad, but weird. Breakfast was very nice I would definitely recommend it. We had sea-side view. If I go again I would choose sea view better.

Its location is right in the middle of Alexandria; but it has poor room service and almost no Wi-Fi inside the rooms.

Very good location with sea view and next to San stefano mall. Superior room and suites have excellent sea view. Breakfast is good. Service is very good. There is a porter called Ahmed Nagi he is excellent and very helpful. Hotel needs maintenance and house keeping team needs training. Parking is available in a near by building but not really convenient.

Amazing view, great location right next to San Stefano Mall. Only drawback is that the Corniche below is VERY noisy and the room's windows are not suffiently sound proof… so bring ear plugs.

It has a very nice view which is amazing, all the staff are helpful smiling all the time who are liking me to be very happy during the accomidation.
I felt happy with them and I am thinking to repeat that experiece again.
My advice to them is to keep on.

It is a great place with a great location but you need alot of companies to go there as you will not enjoy if you were alone.

The view is great but the Wi-Fi is so low and the bed wasn't much comfortable. What I loved the most is the agents in reception, they were so kind and helpful. The position of the hotel is so stratigic.

Excellent service, nice location in front of the sea, near sidi gaber railway station. Some furniture need little maintenance but it is very good place at all.

The Sea view is very amazing and the room is so clean. Also a friendly stuff and fantastic restaurant view.

Fantastic views of the coast and right next to the Corniche. Security are helpful but seems a bit lax… access is right on the highway so pay attention of the traffic when you are getting out of your car! Yikes! Not sure if there is another access but this where the taxis dropped us each time.

Excellent restaurant offers wonderful meals and is suitable for groups and service on the royal style. Great view of Stanly bridge and the Mediterranean sea.

Lt is a bad hotel no air condition very small rooms no fridge for cooling it's for keeping food no brivite beach as l saw it's for all populatio the vrivecy is only you don't pay to enter the beach Briefly it's a very bad hotel to enjoy in summer may be in winter I won't go to it again.

Good but not great, good enough for one night.

We rented the venue out for an engagement and had a great time. There were about 100 guests so it was a bit too crowded and also very hot which is the reason for only 4 stars. Normally the restaurant, food, and service are excellent.

Wonderful stay. Would be my favorite hotel whenever I am in Alex. For rate around 70$ it's unbelievable hotel. Stayed for one night then extending two more nights with my family. One of best views in Alex. Very next to the famous and expensive "Four Seasons". Room very clean even with small space it's practical. Night club is there with limited space, yet causy atmosphere. Staff are one of the best. They hotel provides a parking off-site but well-organized.

The rooms are small, but well organized and very clean. The staff are friendly. Excellent for its price range.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at. Very unprofessional management. Dirty restaurant, No hot water. The A/C blows hot air. Do not recommend not even to a homeless person.
