Depend on witch room u r in but the Wi-Fi do not get all the way to the rooms and even within range not powerful. Other than that a preatty good hotel.

Nice place. With all the comforts. The pool has in the afternoon the water very warm. Its location is very close to the important points of Santa Cruz: The pier, the road to Tortuga Bay, the street of the kiosks, the lake of the Nymphs, the station Charles Darwin.

Very nice Hotel surrounded by many flowers and plants. Beautiful swimming pool, central but not noisy.

Quietly located hotel with a beautiful complex with magnificent Jacaranda trees. Pool unfortunately a little cloudy and not so inviting. Breakfast is sufficient. Unfortunately, the rooms are very simply furnished. Refrigerator is provided.
The village is a few minutes' walk away. Even at night we didn't feel bad.

The hotel is nice, but the restaurant service is limited.

The atmosphere is not the ideal, they did their best but something is missing, maybe the personalized service and the reception open until later. The Breakfast is basic and the rooms are very clean. But they helped ADO an early check-in. That was cool. Thank you.

Hotel very well located 5 minutes walk from the small and picturesque port of Santa Cruz.
Simple and quiet, to be relaxed and enjoy the surroundings.

Spacious and tidy Rooms. We were in a very spacious and nice cabin.
It Has a common area next to a pool that comes perfect in the hot hours. This area has sofas under the roof of a nice rooftop as a kiosk. In the public areas there is a Wi-Fi signal, a pin-pon table and a billiard.
The breakfasts are South all and varied, maybe a bit fair amount. While you savor several dwarf birds will come to greet in case they touch something, despite the signs that warn not to feed them.
In Short, a good choice!

The venue is very nice clean rooms and helpful staff. Checkin was painless but cost was in the higer side. The only negative comments I have are with the water, and while that may be an island issue it makes things challenging and less comfortable for the price. There is no drinking water from the hotel, but they do provide you fresh water and a way to refill for brushing teeth and for drinking. There was also no hot water to be found when showering. Besides that my experience has been good. (I did not mention breakfast because I have not eaten here at the hotel.

Great value and an easy walk to the harbor.

Nice pool, very clean rooms and area, friendly and smiling staff. The rooms at ground level have been renovated and is great. First floor is a bit worn. The air-condition is noisy but effective. Great location in quiet neighborhood and 5 min walking distance from the port and tourist area.

Good hotel. Comfortable. Quiet and well located. Good price quality ratio. In Pto Ayora is appreciates more the cleaning and comfort that those luxuries unnecessary and many times contaminants.

Clean and pretty in a great, quiet location only about 2-3 blocks to the city center.
