Due to Covid we were unable to enter the country last year and I have been requesting my refund since then. All the other hotels were very honest and processed our refund immediately but this one is giving me the run around. Definitely not a good way of doing business. Almost one year and a half to process a refund? Now they don’t even answer my emails…
