The hotel was satisfactory. The customer service at the reception was horrible, nothing nice, and you charge ahead, it is as if and not fiasen of their customers, accuse you of being a criminal in advance and that you're going to go without pay; in addition to spoiled me a suitcase and not be blamed. I've traveled extensively in several countries in both Europe and America. In Ecuador the hotels q we stayed were in Ambato and in the Galapagos islands the attention was very professional; when we arrived to Guayaquil at the Palace hotel the customer service was an experience of the most unpleasant, and I shall not return.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, the throb of Humanity is passing by the front door, all the sounds and sights of a city at work. In the room, silence, they did a great job of excluding all of that so you can sleep soundly. The room was not large but it did for us what we needed, the floor is carpeted, I am not a fan of carpet it is hard to clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom functional, which included a bedai, the shower and water temperature was very good. The entry door did not close automatically, the Wi-Fi was very good, the TV channels for us were poor, the only channels we found in English were news, so we used our Ipads. The staff were great no complaints there, the included breakfast was very nice good choice and we'll prepared. Overhaul our stay was very nice and we would have no issues returning,

Awesome location for a hotel. Rooms are comfy, a bit small though and the lighting is warm, not bright inside. Some Employees speak English, and will guide u to whatever place you need to be. Food is delicious!

I was only in the restaurant. Very good. There's a coconut lemonade that's a specialty of the house. Recommended. But it's a little expensive.

Fantastic and do not say this because the owner is Italian. Cosy, large rooms with extraordinary beds, impeccable breakfast in both variety and service. Great Staff.

I liked the welcome, L to room very well arranged, the perfect beds the amazing pillows and the excellent cocktail.

The Restorant has small menu but well chosen enjoy tasting the risotto of canaon and the Caesar salad.

This is a very nice, privately owned hotel in downtown Guayaquil. The price is reasonable, the breakfast is good and the rooms are nice. The location is fabulous.

Always enjoy staying at Hotel Palace Guayaquil, can be sure I'll receive warm welcome, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is really good and they have a good wine selection, had a delicious beef with a Carménère wine. Hotel is clean, rooms are modern and beds are very cosy. Hotel located very close to Malecon 2000 boulevard a great place to go for a jogging section along River "Guayas" one complete lap is about 7 kilometres.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Clean and relatively modern digs. Convenient, walk to everything location. I'd go back for sure; only note this is a nice hotel but not a "Palace". My bed was super comfortable and I slept great!
