Nice, excellent infrastructure, well located and with vans approaching the mall but neglect details of cleanliness with the room which is unforgivable, especially in the bathroom and therefore do not give 4 stars.

Excellent choice for long waits at the airport. They offer free transfers to the airport and to a shopping mall. The hotel has a spa and pool. The rooms are spacious and modern.

Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Best coffee at any HI yet! Complimentary hotel shuttle thats is under 5 minutes away. They also have a breakfast buffet for a nominal fee.

Comvenient location near the airport. Gym is ok. Small pool available. I had problems requesting a special meal at the restaurant. Beware if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Nice hotel. Nice waiters, but food is not very varied and service is not that good. We had to wait 30 minutes for a wine bottle opener and in the end they told us that they didn't have one.

Modern, Clean and Friendly Hotel… came here with my family wanting a nice experiencing while visiting friends and extended family in Guayaquil. The experience was great, modern clean rooms and the staff was extremely accommodating to my wife and I and our 3 children. We'll be coming back for future trips.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel before and after our Galapagos vacation. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better way to begin and end our adventure. Proximity to the airport and the rooftop pool made it the perfect location to unwind from our busy work/family lives before heading over to the islands. It was even more enjoyable to spend another relaxing night there before taking our long flight home to Canada. The staff was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to the Sky Club floor. What a treat! We felt like royalty.

Back from the airport, modern hotel, very comfortable. Good gym, very good breakfast. I don't like the Wi-Fi, it is not bad but it is not comfortable.

An excellent choice of lodging in Guayaquil, strategically located and superb service.

Great hotel at a great location. Very nice room, great pool and ok gym. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the less than expected club service. We paid for an upgrade to the club level. It was supposed to have included happy hour snack and drinks. There was little to none present when we walked in. There was no staff in the club and when I called they sent someone with a plate of snacks that was definitely not enough for the 10 people or so that were there. Also, it was advertised as "quick checkout " but no one was there to do it.

Why we don't have Holiday Inn s like this one in U. S. Or like the one in Costa Rica. The location of this Holiday in the Guayaquil International Airport is so convenient for business travel, but once you are in the Hotel the feeling is like you are on vacations. People on both Holiday Inn is so nice, from making a reservation, which I like to do directly, till you live the attention given to the passengers is like from a five star hotel.

We are the first and the best.
