Good service, very good hotel, comfortable and very well located, close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and the food is just wonderful. The logistics in event is good although the spaces between rooms let pass a little sound from room to room.

The hotel with the theme of the renovation of the rooms has also changed in all the aspect, the service this superior have enough attention to the customer, the new rooms are of charm very fresh and pleasant, have a clean and cozy look invite you To rest, and not to mention the beds are super comfortable. The restaurants as always good food and attention. They improved the issue of vouchers for breakfast and that does not exist, ie you no longer have to worry if you stay the breakfast ballot in the room can pass without problems.

My party arrived at the hotel late and Check in was quick. After enjoying a relaxing and free welcome drink at the bar upon arrival we listened to a live band wind down for the night. The rooms are typical Hilton and the beds and room were clean. The breakfast the next morning was an incredible spread of food. Enjoy the wide selection of flavors including your typical breakfast foods, also a turkey carving station, tenderloin, a ceviche spread, a juicer (make your own), and a plethora of breads and fruits. The coffee tastes so much better here ☕️

Great hotel and very classic. Service is at the same level as any Hilton and the staff is always available to help. Check in is slow, but overall experience is very good. Restaurant is awesome and breakfast is top notch. I would say is one of the best places in town and with an additional elegance. Rooms are recently renovated and furniture inside are also great. The rooms are also impeccable when talking about cleaness and attention to detail. For sure when in town I will come back. At least on my first time I'm impress by the hotel. So far the experience is the best. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the city.

Excellent hotel, very good facilities, the locals for very good events and very well catered for. The food is very good, despite being full, it gives you desire and pleasure to continue eating. Pass a spectacular meeting, I hope to repeat and I would like to recommend it. By the way, the price is honorable, but it's worth it.

I went to the international bank that is inside the Hilton facilities and I had to pay parking $1, 20. Next time I park in the street. The worst is Q do not give a ticket to the entrance to know how long has been one there.

What a nice, elegant hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi is great, the breakfast is outstanding, and the spa is a dream. I also enjoyed the free happy hour for executive guests. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I haven't tried any other hotels in this city, but I wouldn't have any reason to.

Not a 5 star attention, staff treats you like if you were invisible, cleaning service was good and friendly, everyone else don't care about their clients, very expensive too, they were remodeling a floor underneath mine and not even an apology for all the noise they were making, I been to other hotels in Guayaquil and this is the worst experience I had, honestly I prefer Hotel Ramada, is smaller and just a 4 star hotel but their staff is way more attentive to your needs.

Great city hotel for executives or businessmen. A bit expensive. Very nice rooms with all ammenities needed for your stay. Close to Mall Del Sol shopping mall with major brands, huge supermarket. Quiet place. The only issue with this hotel is the Wi-Fi in the rooms is hard to get connected but once you do it is fine. I changed rooms and Wi-Fi was better in the other room. I recommed this place for not on a budget travellers unless you get a good deal prior to your stay. Beautiful hotel.

My party attempted to get an early dinner from the cafe colon instead of waiting until 7 for the buffet to open. After waiting twenty minutes we received a main dish, a soup, and a dessert. Fifteen minutes after that we received two salads and an appetizer. After which we saw no more of our waiter or any other meals (five of seven entrees still missing) and waited thirty minutes before finally getting the attention of a waitress and explaining the situation. We received three of the entrees over the next fifteen minutes, all of them cold — they had obviously been sitting out. The most disgusting part of this is how little the staff seemed to care at this point; there were no apologies and every time we tried to replace a cold dish or ask where one of the missing ones was, we simply got a brisk nod or wave. One of the entrees never did show up. I went to the front desk during this waiting period, got the manager's attention, and got her to agree that 90 minutes (what we were up to at this point) was far too long to wait for a dish. She had some words with the staff and finally ended up saying that the latest dishes would be deducted from our bill, nothing else. The early dinner we tried for became a two and a half hour battle to get something decent to eat and end up paying far too much for it. This was one of my worst restaurant experiences and I was wholly unsatisfied with how the hotel managed the situation.

Big size room, high quality and comfortable bed, many restaurants inside but a little expensive when compared to Ecuador prices. Internet was free but a bit unstable and slow. Breakfast was very good. They provide a handy free airport shuttle. Next time I would stay at the Sheraton because it stays right in front of Mall del Sol with many restaurants and movie theaters.
