Decent lunch menu for good price (main course + soup around 110 czk), good beer. Fish was good, ham filled dumplings with burnt onion… maybe an accident, but shouldn't go on the plate.

Really like it there. Lunch special is good and not expensive. Hardly any tourists.

It's a great place!
Visited in July, a nice veranda with peppers. Inside the interior pleased: a motorcycle under the ceiling, Merlin himself (probably it is him) there) ) ) ) fabulous in general. Prices are average, portions are huge and hearty. The food itself is delicious, as everywhere in Prague is greasy to my taste and it seemed that the garnish is too much in relation to meat. In general — I recommend!

A nice place is nice staff. Was there for the World Cup final. Beer burger pistachios are all great.

Large plastic piece in the soup! the only reason its not 1 star is that they removed it from the bill without me asking for it. Would not recommend

Do you often meet tourists that make untruthfully reviews? There's no reason for me to invent something that didn't happen. Instead of taking RESPONSIBILITY you're blaming the client of a false claim.

We were there tonight and I was very happy with both the food and the service. We had two burgers, pepper steak, and a pork chop dish. It was all delicious and reasonably priced compared to most other places in Prague. The highlight was our waitress who was very kind with none of the surliness you find in many waiters here. Will definitely be back again before we leave.

It's excellent Burger and the meats are top! the prices are OK… Yum…

A great place to stay. Quite a large selection of beer, and most importantly there is Guinness! Very tasty dish "Irish feast", it is just huge (we had enough for 4 people) ). I recommend to visit this place! Just plus that it is not far from the center (5 minutes by tram to the Metro "I. P. Pavlova")

You just have to visit, you'll understand. For those who did not visit because of tobacco smoke, there is now no smoking in the room.

Wednesday evening — Fast service and friendly staff. The music is mixed by rock about Irish folk, jazz etc. The volume is so that you can still have a pleasant conversation in a cosy atmosphere.
The portions are pleasant, no uber-eating, great instead of mass. The prices are absolutely acceptable.
Verdict, A nice eatery in a beautiful setting without ripping off tourists.

Excellent hotel and location. They greet you with a bottle of wine. Breakfast is awesome with fresh fruits, meats, cheese and eggs. Toast, rolls, coffee and three different juices. 10 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. Recommend not using a map to navigate because you will find everything and then some wandering away in this gem of a city!

Staff was great and very helpfull. Room fantastic: big and spacious, good beds. Regrigerator in room is top! Free wine as a welcoming gift very nice. Parking permit in front of hotel is great service!
Wifi and TV not working proper. Breakfest sufficient, cheap but not luxery. Changing bed and towels every OTHER day suits the very nice pricing.
Little gardenterrace very nice, location really REALLY very great!

Good beer, tasty food. It was a birthday, everyone was happy. The only thing that didn't really like is rock music, but it's an amateur. The service was not exerted, but if the pusteli glasses were always in time.

There are days when a Pils beer just wont do, and you are craving some dark. Darker. Thicker. These are the days you find yourself in an irish pub to pay the extra for the black liquid gold, and if you can avoid the hordes of tourist in the inner city, even better. Merlin will provide a safe haven, and even some decent food, mostly. Also great in summer!

It was the second time we went to Merlin. The first time was 2 years ago, during our honeymoon. We were in Prague for a vacation and decided to go back. Interior design is awesome and the beer is great! BUT we had the beef burger and the meat was really weird. It was really tough and had a funny smell. We're not sure it was beef! I had a food poisoning on my way back home. So to summarize it wasn't the best experience to say the least. We won't go back!

A very nice place. Interesting surroundings and scenery. Everything is delicious, the service is great, beer is just a song. The prices are reasonable. Recommend!

Quite tolerable for three stars. The breakfast has everything you need. The rooms, however, spartan, but in the room come only to sleep and wash everything for these purposes and functions. Are cleaned every day, but not enough. There are summer tables on the street and courtyard veranda. Prepare delicious and fast. There is a possibility to leave things in a storage room before arrival. The convenient location of the hotel.

It's cool! Food does not need to buy a pass for built-in 100 CZK!

Midlle class hotel with slow Wi-Fi, poor breakfast and impolite staff at reception! Great location just 15 minuts walk from Charles Bridge and centre of Prague!

Well, what can I say. It's just obaldennoe place. Cheap and the portions are of such size that just waw. All delicious to madness. I barely got away.

Great place, huge portions and very delicious. Plus, the menu in Russian. Beer is cheap, grades seven. Lunch with a beer will cost 100-200 CZK. You can take only soup for about 40 kroner.

For low budget a good hotel apartment.

My mother and I spent a few days in the hostel Merlin and us seemed Super! The location is quite comfortable and very well communicated, is near the metro and the tram but is can go walk to all parties dede there. THE staff is very friendly, if you ask them information help you in everything they can (in English). The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and very appropriate for cold days since they have good heating. They ask you if you prefer to clean you room every day or day of by half, so everyone chooses according to his opinion. As soon as the food, have a great medieval restaurant, where you can have breakfast (buffet) for only 90 ckz (more or less € 4 If you do reserve the previous night. The breakfast is delicious and pricey and also serves dinner, typical Czech food and kids who care are reasonable!
I really liked this place, I recommend it and if I return to Prague will go again to the Merlin Inn.
