The Hotel is not recommended, it is not more than 1 (if at all). It is the purest disaster. The Breakfast buffet is of a very unloving, hardly selection, not replenished, really, it was missing constantly to Cutlery, no clean tables. The staff/ service was very noise and unfriendly. To change, no possibility of money, even though there was at the Reception, a Change switch. The rooms are in a beds, in need of renovation, hard beds, old Vernshenen with no Remote, No mirror in the room-hallway, dirty carpets, everything was very unkempt. Despite the do not disturb sign the cleaning staff walked in to the room. Internet, only against the Geühr! Very disappointing and not a 4-star value!

What a disappointment. The rooms are depressing and neglected. Crumpled curtains, creepy bubble bath, which probably has not been replaced in years. No light in halls (mostly) and in rooms (half of the lights was working). Broken toilet seat, no hangers in the closets. The staff is very nice but completely inept. Thank God we spent there only one night.

This Hotel is absolutely not recommended. It has supposedly 4 star, but our rooms were only 2 star. The rooms were ugly, dirty (totally blotchy carpet that is not cleaned Windows for years, and deleted), not bad, not vacuumed, dead insects on the walls and the ceiling, the TV worked, we had a constant temperature of 26 degrees in the room (in December) and were able to sleep at night only in the slightly opened window, because the temperature was not to regulate, the bathroom was still acceptable, but not 4-star Standard. But apparently there is a 2-class society. As a guest in our group complained, they told him that our rooms 4 are in the construction of B stars — great! We had booked half Board and on the first evening, a Buffet to get, the food was totally inedible — cold and not seasoned. From the lettuce, there were cucumbers, tomatoes, green salad and cabbage salad, but all to no Dressing, the Oil was already assumed — it was more imitation. The staff seemed to me to be totally incompetent and poorly trained (with a few exceptions). It is also very far to the outside and with the public transport you need at least 30 — 45 minutes to the city centre, our Bus journey took about 20 to 25 minutes. I'm actually a person who doesn't need luxury — I'm also with a 2-star Hotel, but if a 4-star offered, and you will be happy, it is a joke, to get something offered.

Hotel on first doesn't look bad, it is actually fine. But, after entering the room, I saw disgusting things. First, room doesn 't have main light, just two or three night lamps. My bed was broken on half, they masked it. After all, their staff are watching you over the eye, very rude behavior. I would not recommend this hotel if you want good service.

I should have read the comments in advance. Well I didn't and so I booked. Firstly they haven't received my reservation, ok this might happen elsewhere too. More unique were the stockings I found in my first room. I giess the blond lady who used the room before — I found some hair on the bed — had forgotten them. Well, I changed the room and it was hood to see that the hotel keeps its standards, since — as in the forst room — neither the minibar nor the aircondition worked. As the receptionist me told, this stuff dosn't work in most of the rooms. Summary: Hostel rooms for hostel prices. Just do not believe the 4 stars, they are just a bad joke.

Clean rooms and not that difficult to get into town but unfriendly staff and a breakfast that is a good reminder why the iron curtain fell.
