Best hotel in Prague, very nice rooms and very clean, the stuff are very friendly, breakfast is super good, the location is great, minutes from everything.

Perfect location, clean, friendly, breakfast not your normal breakfast included hotel, wonderful.

All perfect in a unique location clean hotel full of style and elegance without being too serious.
At the heart of all the attractions from Moldova to Venceslao to the Way of Luxury in a few minutes you reach everything with very few steps.

Great location. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, big closets and big windows facing the street. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again :)

Very nice appts, f*****g beatifull city center and lovely shops in the neighborhood. Love czech beer. Baile Átha Cliath.

This hotel had been such a treat to stay at. The staff are lovely, the rooms are plush and breakfast is awesome. I was not expecting such a great spread from fruits, pastries and some cooked treats. Being right on Old Town Square has been really convenient for us meaning we can pop back whenever we need to, but watch out it does get busy round there. I've never stayed anywhere fancy before but I definitely would stay here again.

Great location very kind staff and the breakfast dining room is beautiful old style. Only problem is parking your car: a valet is taking your car and it takes 20-30 minutes to have it back. Very unpleasant if you need your car several time a day.

Great location! Close to everything. Bars, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Jewish Quarter etc… Fantastic service. Breakfast buffet is awesome. We spent the day touring the beautiful city today and when we came back we were told we could enjoy complimentary tea. Which was wonderful because it was chilly today and we wanted something warm to drink to warm us up. Thank you to the wonderful staff for great service and you made our stay here in Prague better :)

I love this hotel. It has so much old world charm and elegance. They greeted me warmly with a glass of champagne and have been extremely helpful with directions and recommendations. My room is small but elegant. I am less than 5 minutes from the central square and anatomical clock. Very convenient to all of the main tourist sights. A++++

We had an amazing stay at the Ventana. It is so perfectly placed for the center of Prague. We had a beautiful ensuite room with views of the ancient cathedral. We were there off season so we got very good room rates. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A real pleasure.

Fantastic! Loved this motel. Comfortable, beautiful quaint room. Super front desk staff especially the three on over Christmas 2016. They couldn't do enough to assist me. Don't bother looking at any other property. Just book it. You won't be disappointed. Ooh, and did I mention it's location? Perfect! Right in the heart of Old Town. Walk out your door and the magic of Prague is right there to enjoy.

I've been a regular customer of this hotel for over two years and love it! Simple luxury, welcoming and friendly staff, private environment for both business and personal meetings. Can't recommend it enough!

You feel like you're in a castles. The architecture is breathtaking. Everything else was just as great. Service is impeccable.

This is a 2-day tour of Prague. Hotel was beautiful, the location is very good. Service was great, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is also very good. Room was great, very great.

Being a hotelier myself, I would have to say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Absolutely flawless and highly recommended!

Excellent option in the centre of Prague. Quiet Hotel, with not more than 40 rooms. Very clean and room / Bathroom very spacious. The staff is very attentive and gives you any kind of help. Breakfast more than correct. A step of everything there is to see in Prague, 1 minute from the plaza of the astronomical clock). If he came back to Prague, not dudaria.

Outstanding hotel and friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious. Fully stocked mini bar but no tea making facilities (haven't asked for some yet so not sure if available). Bathroom is huge and immaculate. It's just round the corner from the main square but not too noisy. The heating in the whole hotel seems to be stuck on max so we have the window open. Beautiful, stunning city. 2nd time here and will be coming back in the future no doubt.

In the heart of the old town, this hotel while a bit old fashion it has awesome rooms and they serve a very complete breakfast with sparkling wine ;-).
