Excellent location on a quiet street off from the busy noisy parts, but close enough and central to get anywhere. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms perfect size, with everything in nice working order and good repair. A/C on the weak side, but typical for European hotels. Good breakfast too. Definitely would stay here again.

The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and the room is a good size with high ceilings. They had a crib ready for our two year old. They have a free smartphone available with data to help you get around the city.

This hotel and staff really suit my preferences: informal, friendly and personal. All of the staff, reception, room service and cafeteria/lounge, are very accommodating, whether you're an old fogey or young, with or without kids. I heard guests addressed in Spanish, Czech, German and English, only a partial sample of language capability of reception and cafe staff. If you're feeling friendly and they aren't too busy with other customers, they will chat with you and suggest places to visit and things to see and do. If you want to sit in a corner and read while you drink a pot of coffee, they are happy to have you there. The breakfast that comes with the stay is excellent and surpasses most places I've stayed in quantity, variety, quality and availability. In my opinion, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Good hotel for your money. There is a free smartphone with a navigator for walking around the city, ordering a taxi etc.

We had lovely stay, close to walk all the places Specially girls at the reception are super and do everything to make your stay comfortable … All day breakfast is good for late risers. My permanent place to stay from now on when in Prague! Cheers.

A small modern, cozy hotel with a super friendly staff who always have a smile and are willing to help you. Even tea they sell public transport tickets which is a bit tricky to find outlets.
The rooms are comfortable and modern, they include a kettle out there you want to make yourself an instant tea or coffee at any time. Very good value for money.

We booked this place last minute after our 1st hotel didn't work out. Not only was the service excellent but the manager Kirill went above and beyond personally helping us book at a reasonable price. Rooms were very modern, breakfast was delicious and bar is open 24/7! Great location with easy, affordable and healthy food nearby. Very convenient for sightseeing and going out at night. Will stay here every time in Prague.

We stayed at the deluxe room. It was very equipped, including a Bluetooth speaker and a very comfortable bed. The location is prime and the service was personal and excellent! Recommended!

A most enjoyable anniversary stay at the ICON hotel. They really have thought of everything. Fabulous service from before we arrived to when we departed. Rooms are great and spacious (standard ones), breakfast is lovely and runs all day, so no need to wake up early! Tasty Tapas. Each room has a DVD player and you can borrow (for free) DVD's which are great to play when resting your aching feet! Bathroom toiletries are great quality too. Close proximity to all of the local attractions. If you have time for a Thai massage — highly recommended! We had to leave at silly o'clock in the morning and they made us up a breakfast box — how great is that! Would highly recommend.

Really friendly staff, good bar. The are swing nights on a Sunday. Not my thing but certainly worth dropping by if it is. Room size ample. Don't bother with the massage though, they seem a bit stressed out.

Very well placed staff welcoming and doing everything to facilitate the stay in Prague, addresses, stamps, availability of tram tickets at the reception.

Super Hotel,
The rooms are spacious and the whole is very good bill.
However, prefer the garden-side rooms to the street-side rooms.
Hotel to recommend for its quality, its cleanliness, its ambience and its proximity to the center of the city.

Very recommendable, hidden in a calm street, against one of the multiple, precious and recommendable galleries of the Prague. Clean and taken care of well. We will always remember gintonic special that it prepared one night the barman to us who was been working in Spain. Thanks.

Very elegant hotel with tasty tapas restaurant. Great location in calm side street, watch out for a stylish tapas bar when looking for the hotel. The Icon Hotel’s Swedish hand-made Hästens beds come with a twist: They are soo cosy that it would be a pity to have to get up in the morning because the breakfast buffet is closing. Hence breakfast is served until 11 pm…

Old building that has been modernised inside. Very warm welcome by 2 receptionists and show to our room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fantastic location. Great breakfast options, quick service. Didn't try the tapas restaurant. Had to ask for extra pillows which the reception gave right away. Despite being in the higher price range for Prague hotels this is good value and I would stay again.

Nice roof top room. Service very polite and friendly. Breakfast ok but quite little variation between the days. Location good and calm but still most of the tourist sights was really easy to reach by foot or easy to take metro/tram.

Large comfortable rooms without being too pretentious. Staff here are attentive and super helpful. Perfect three night stay for us and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent hotel just a quick stroll from the old city. We loved the mattress which you do not often meet in a hotel room, very clean, delicious hot plates in breakfast and lovely spanish cafe/restaurant on the ground floor. Staff were kind and ready to help with restaurant bookings and suggestions. Also we have read before arriving that rooms on the 1st floor are noisy. That is not true. Thank you for your hospitality and keep up the good work.

Excellent Hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff with excellent English, who make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and could not do enough to help us. The room was fantastic with an extremely comfortable bed and beautifully decorated and modern bathroom with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Buffet breakfast both mornings was delicious with Continental or hot breakfast available. This hotel is in a very good location with trams and underground within a 5 minute walk. 5 Stars. Excellent hotel. One of the best I've stayed in. Thanks Guys.
